    They force you to buy a membership before you can see what they offer. They ask you 20 questions that have nothing to do with what you are looking for. I purchase a month membership because I'm a ********** thought they might have products that were good for mu clients. Took 10 minutes just to get to what they offered.. Difficult to navigate. They offer nothing special. I chatted within 15 minutes I contacted an agent and said the company wasn't for me. They sent me a link saying there was no money back guarantee for monthly subscriptions. It's a SCAM!!?

    They are extremely responsive. Had one order come with a damaged package and they refunded me within minutes. I do not know why they have such low ratings. I have enjoyed my experience with them. I get stuff 2 days after I order.

    Thrive Market is amazing. Great prices (and lot of sales), product offerings, app, and an incredible customer service ************** is fast and products come well packed. I also love the free products - it's a great way of trying new things. I highly recommend their in-house brands: Rosey, Thrive Brand, Wellmade - excellent, clean products, and comparable (if not cheaper) than other stuff in the market.

    I love shopping at Thrive Market. So many items to choose from, usually try and shop the sales. Love the free gift that is usually offered with every order. My order is always correct and very quick to receive. I appreciate the text letting me know when my order has been delivered which helps if I'm not home to have a neighbor take care of it for me.
