    I love the variety of organic products I can find at thrive. It's so easy to search by vegan, vegetarian, keto, etc. I receive my orders very quickly and only had a problem once with a damaged item which was quickly resolved with the online live chat.

    There is no way to cancel your membership without going through rounds and rounds of arguing with customer service (a chat bot). This is a scam and these practices should be illegalnot offering a way for customers to cancel a service themselves seems unlawful at best and super predatory at worst. It took asking about 7 times to cancel before they would cancel my membership. Each time I asked I got a canned answer from a chat bot offering me a discount on membership. Stay away from this one, good luck.

    Wonderful selection of products with an easy app that helps you sort by various diets and allergies, which is super helpful for those of us with restrictions. They are also extremely helpful when issues arise, quickly refunding items that got messed ** in Shipping or if your package doesn't arrive at all.
