    I wanted to see their prices and promptly cancelled since it offers no value. Requested a refund and was denied. First time in my life the company didn't make it right with me. Basically I paid them $12 to look at their website. Seems predatory to me.

Thrive Market is a membership-based marketplace and the registration wall is something we do to protect our brand partners who are not comfortable with our discounted prices being publicly visible. When signing up, new members have the option to try our service with a 1-year membership at $59.95 which has a 30-day risk-free period, or with a monthly membership at $12.00. While previous monthly membership fees are nonrefundable, upcoming renewals may be canceled at any time.

    very good place to shop. sometimes it is hard to find things so don't try to do it when you are in a hurry! shipping is very fast. they are always open to HOLDING an order if you forget that you are going to be away for a few days so just let them know. REally is a great way to shop at home,

    Excellent way to shop for health food. Customer service is the best I've encountered in my 58 years on Earth. Delivery is quick and I'm saving money on my weekly food budget.

    It's a very good service. Just take your pacing with the app because it can be a bit confusing. I shipped to the wrong address because it reverted when I added one of their "last minute items" I was able to cancel it, get a refund, and even a new coupon code since I had used one on the order.

    I was excited about joining but in the process of placing my first order I saw that auto ship was set as a default, meaning they would ship that same order every month automatically. That sounds insane, why would I order the same thing every month? I spent an hour trying to turn off auto ship unsuccessfully before placing the order. At that point I just canceled my yearly membership before ever placing an order.

    Easy app to download and begin shopping. The ease of doing it online outweighs the yearly membership fee. You know exactly what your getting with the ability to see nutritional values on most foods. Healthier options all in one place!
