    You have to provide credit card information just to view their products. Screams scam from the get go.

    They automatically refill any order you place with them a month later and charge you. They also charged me for a membership fee that I know nothing about. I did not join Thrive Market!

    Thieves and scammers. Stopped my membership in December. Was no longer charged via my debit card. Sneaky scumbags have been charging me the membership fees on an alternate credit card. Steer clear

    Just to see their products you have to make an account. Okay fine but then they want to know how you will pay. I did not imagine that I would immediately be charged before I even 1) viewed the products to see if I like them and 2) before I had even placed a first order.Trying to get my money back has been painful. They do not answer their phone and I was able to text with someone but they wont give me my money back, they just keep making offers to get me to stay. Stay away from them, total scam.

    I attempted to place an order twice, but it didn't go through. However, my card was certainly charged for an order that didn't go through twice, and that they didn't have on file. If I could, I'd post my transaction history because they were incredibly dismissive towards me. Working with a customer rep over and chat, and phone was quite pointless. ******* on the phone finally said to wait 24 hours for my funds to be returned. But as this my first time attempting to order from here, I'll doubt I'll try again. For here on our, I'll stick with my local grocery store, where I don't have to deal with technical issues.

    My account was hacked. Thankfully, the credit card I had on file was expired because I hadnt ordered in over a year. I immediately changed the password and reached out to customer service to have my account deleted. The chat agent disregarded my very direct request. Only cancelled the membership. Did not delete the account. Then I said I dont even want my data in their server. I received an automated response about the process for data, but still zero information or acknowledgement about account deletion.I then reached out to customer service via email. I received the same list of questions for data deletion, all automated, no acknowledgement of the horrible service.I answer the questions and I receive the same automated email requesting information for data deletion AGAIN.At this point, Im considering a lawyer. Thrive holds on to your data, even when you give them what they need to delete it. They make you jump through hoops to delete your account, ********************** mine STILL exists.

    I regret starting a membership and allowing them to store my credit card information. I did order a few times and was satisfied with the products. The problem comes when you try to cancel your membership. It took several tries. I noticed after they finally cancelled my membership they still had my credit card info stored. No thank you! I talked to them several times and they kept saying they require a valid credit card on file. Thats fine if I have an open membership with you, but I canceled my membership! It took almost a year to get my credit card info removed. Many phone calls, chats, and emails. Never again.

    This company is awful. They make it impossible to cancel. You aren't able to cancel by a click of a button, they direct you to a chat and they still make it impossible to cancel. I asked the chat agent FIVE times to cancel and they kept offering different options. It's very discouraging to be pretty much ignored and ask multiple times for a simple request. They need to ******* their business model because I was contemplating coming back at a later time, but definitely not now.

    The membership says it is refundable, cancel at anytime. It took 11 minutes of debating with a ****************** care to cancel my membership. Cancellation of anything should not be that difficult. I took screen recordings of the conversation in case I don't get my money back & I have to go to my credit card company for help.

    Yikes. I had the same experience I am reading about here. I bought once, specifically opted out of automatic shipments and out of membership. A few weeks later, they charged my account without authorization. I called several times during business hours, never got an answer. They are very difficult to get ahold of. Disappointed, because I liked the product. But I will never buy from them again.
