    CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY FOR AN ORDER OF DOCTOR *************************** SOAP.NEVER GOT THE ****** THRIVE MARKET SAID THEY SENT THE ****** BUT IT WAS DELIVERED SOMEPLACE ELSE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND NOR HAVE I BEEN SENT ANOTHER ****** MY ORDER WAS $34.17 PLUS TAX.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.***********************

    They make cancelation of membership nearly impossible. They try to upsell you to stay and it is so hard to unsubscribe.

    I signed up two years ago and immediately cancelled, after seeing the prices and deciding it wasnt for me. I had to call (instead of chat or email) and practicably insist that they cancel, but I got them to do it. Fast forward two years, I woke up today with an email from them saying Thanks for renewing! and a charge on my credit card, which was a surprise to me. I did not authorize this! How did this happen?!

    Just chiming in, same experience as others, signed up to be able to cancel within 30 days, decided to cancel within 3 mins when I saw the selection. The cancelation process is lengthy and repetitive. I am crossing my fingers my $60 is returned.

    Terrible experience. Prices are not competitive and I only used the service once (it was a gift). I was then auto-charged for membership renewal for 3 years before I noticed it because they don't send renewal reminder emails; they just debit your account! With zero notification. I should have paid more attention and caught it earlier, but still very shady to me that they don't send any kind of notification.Canceling the membership was a very uncomfortable process. The customer service rep was very kind, but she kept pressuring me to not cancel the membership. I had to ask at least 3 separate times to cancel and the process took over 10 minutes. I honestly feel sorry for her. This company is so predatory.

    First of all i didn't appreciate how they automatically sign me up for autoship when i purchase my first item from them. If i didn't check my profile carefully i wouldn't have known.Lastly, they made it almost impossible to cancel the membership. I had to chat with an online agent. They wouldn't take no for an answer and kept shoving me with multiple discounts or promotions after i repeatedly ask them to respect my decision to cancel. Really upsetting and wasted my time.

    This company makes it Incredibly difficult to cancel a membership. They claimed more than one time that my ONLY email I use and ONLY bank account used did not exist in their system. They were quick to remove a hefty fee from my bank account (the same bank they claim doesn't exist). **************** is horrible. I was disconnected with little warning to respond from a chat service. I sent many emails and they all went unanswered. You cannot cancel membership through the app. I tried canceling the membership for almost 2 weeks prior to my mmm an automatic renewal of $59.95 and the app will not let you proceed to cancel. Do not do business with this company.

    I should have read all these reviews before getting suckered in like the rest. Same story as everyone else - prices are higher than other stores, inventory is limited and it's very difficult to get your money back despite their promise of a 30-day trial and full refund if not satisfied. At least I caught on to the automatic "auto-ship" bit and was spared that. Complete waste of time and irritating sales tactics -- go get a decent business model and it won't be so hard to sell to people.

    Their cancellation practices are incredibly predatory. You cannot cancel on the app. You must enter a live chat. Once you get on that chat it takes almost 15 minutes of their continuous offerings before they finally cancel your membership. I said multiple times that I did not want any more offers yet they kept trying. These practices are beyond predatory and disgusting. This company should shut its doors.
