    In my experience everything is over priced, you have to spend at least $50.00 to receive free shipping whereas with other companies they offer free shipping no matter what you spend. The app is painful to use and it is hard to find anything. I can find a lot of the items considerably cheaper in my local grocery store or Whole Foods store. When I went to cancel my account, they make it extremely difficult to do. You can't cancel it through the app or by logging into your account online. Oh no, you have to go through a long and painful chat with someone who consistently pushes you to keep your account open. They tried to offer me 15% off and free shipping on my next 3 orders. No thank you Then they offered $20.00 off and free shipping off my next 3 orders. Seriously, no thank you. I literally asked the chat person 6 times to please cancel my account. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had to be rude to have the person do what I asked. I will never use this company again. I would recommend using anyone else but this company. Whole Foods is a dream come true compared to this and I don't think very highly of Whole Foods either.

    It is impossible to cancel a subscription. I tried the on line chat. Repeatedly said I ant to cancel my subscription, and then received an email saying We are so excited that youve decided to stay on board. I am really irritated. This company needs to be audited by the BBB for fraudulent membership practices.

    Predatory business. No integrity. I received a subscription as a gift and discovered that first of all, if you dont opt out of the auto delivery option they keep sending you your items and charging you. Then a year later they tried to charge me for the renewal subscription! For a subscription I got as a gift! When I called to cancel I told the person I thought they were very dishonest and I was not happy and I got some line about how they strive for integrity. Tricking people into paying your subscription fee is not integrity. Disappointed with this company.

    This is an extremely predatory company. To see the costs you have to sign up, which is an automatic fee. The cost per item is still very overpriced, not like what their website states. Even with items being on sale, when you factor in the subscription fee its a wash at best. In order to cancel you have to go through hoops to connect to an agent and then they still try to repeatedly sell you an annual subscription instead of cancelling, so you have to state multiple times you want to cancel for them to actually listen to you. Extremely shady and predatory business.

    First i will day customer service is fake and liars. Every influencer i see now that supports this bussiness will hear from me. I siged up to try it out but had buyers remorse so i canceled the next day. I was told i have to pay ***** for the next 3 months anyways. Whatever my mistake, so i put in an oder anyways to try sicce i have to pay anyways., first bux arrived crushed and wet and destroyed. i threw it away after taking photos and submittiung a complaint online. soon after i got an emailed saying my 2nd box shiped so i was confused and got back online to chat again asking *** when i canceled right away. Thrive automactically signs you up for reoccuring groceries from the last order you select and charges you. I called and said NO WAY! i do not want it period.. they couldnt help me and assured my account will be canceled . i go on my back today and to this date ive been chared ***** for my groceries, ***** for the month ***** for something else and now today a month after i cancel ***** for a year subscription . This company is a huge scam and i will NEVER say anything good ,... i feel i should be able to *** them for just taking money from my acct. for retalation of canceling , because i think the company did it on purpose because they didnt like my complaint.

    I had already canceled my membership. They sent me an unexpected charge for ***** and put me through a long chat process to cancel. They repeatedly ignored my request to cancel hoping I would change my mind. Im done with this company and hope others know they are like this before signing up.

    I was disappointed with Thrive Market's membership cancellation process, which lacked a simple cancellation option and required me to contact chat support. Unfortunately, my experience with the support team was the most obnoxious and lengthy cancelation process I've ever experienced.I repeatedly requested to cancel my membership, but I was bombarded with more offers to stay each time. This felt less like customer service and more like a tactic to prevent me from leaving. It was a time-consuming and frustrating ordeal designed to wear down my resolve.This experience has overshadowed any positives about Thrive Market. It's disheartening and unacceptable to face such obstacles for a basic service request. Future customers should be wary of this challenging and pushy cancellation process.

    On September 24, 2023, I discovered an unexpected charge of $59.95 from Thrive Market on my bank statement. Upon noticing this, I contacted Thrive Market's customer support through email. Over the course of several days, I went back and forth with their support team, kindly and clearly expressing my concern about the unauthorized charge and repeatedly requesting a refund. My concerns were consistently dismissed, instead receiving repeated attempts to upsell me their service - which I never wanted to begin with. Its frustrating enough to be charged such an amount out of the blue for a service I have no need for, and dealing with Thrive Markets subpar, unresponsive, and inattentive responses to my issue makes this ordeal even more distressing. I urge Thrive Market to rectify this situation by fully refunding the unauthorized charge of $59.95 and addressing the woeful customer service they provided.

    Chat bot people you have to go through to delete an account is literally illegal.These people are frauds.Do not do business with them, as I will be in yet another law suit with people who think they can steal your identity and sell it to third parties without consent.
