1 starThis review is for the ********************, however the two coast living overhead is responsible. I moved in two years ago. Towards the end of covid. It started out with great staff and promises. It turned horrible fast. I waited to cash the deposit check (which was late with no explanation and no invoice) to write this review. I no longer live there and I could not wait to get out. I both hate the staff there and feel terrible for them at the same time. The over head corporation puts them in so many horrible positions I can't imagine how horrible it is to work for two coast living. I also started living there when they organized and kept track of mail. They don't anymore. I think they've gotten to the overwhelmed over worked spot of not caring anymore and it shows. Phone calls are rarely answered and when they are its always a well idk or too bad answer. I know they have little to no power and are pretty much only there to work on getting new leases signed. They have to, the amount of people realizing how horrible it is and moving out is starting to show. Most of the amenities never came back after covid yet they pretend they are. Most importantly though, I got over charged falsly on multiple things multiple months in a row and as randomly as they could try to get away with it. I have a friend who also lives there experienced the same things. I can only imagine they are doing it to as many as possible with the likely hood some won't notice or won't try to fight it. I never got refunded only credited which through all other bills off. The business is failing and you can tell they are trying ANYTHING they can not to sink and scamming new and current tenants regularly. The only people I can say even do their jobs their are the landscapers. This is most likely because they want the outside to look nice and fake. I can't express enough DO NOT LIVE THERE. I am mad about alot of things I'd love to type here, but most importantly want to get across. Don't do live here.Review fromJacqueline V

1 starwish i could leave 0 stars my husband and i applied for an apartment - paid the $500 application hold fee to reserve the unit while our application processed. we were then approved and when trying to ask follow up questions regarding upfront costs they became unresponsive and than denied us with no justification. Now we need to try and dipute this charge and get it refunded.Review fromNicole R

1 starSaratoga Place Apartments ****** Ranch-When we moved in, we noticed the apartment has not been cleaned. A lot of the blinds don't work. ********** missing that apparently needed "special ordered" 2 major ones, a cabinet in the kitchen which is stained red. And a smelly, rusted sink that looks NOTHING as advertised. The *** we moved in the told us a new sink was ordered. 2 months later i contacted them again and they said they JUST ordered it. A few weeks ago we had an inspection and photos were taken of the sink and they said they were just waiting on a part. We called 2 weeks later for an update to find out NOTHING HAD BEEN ORDERED OR STARTED. We are taling 4 months of living here with NOTHING taken care of. Our washer stopped working. He gave us advice on how to fix it and we did it. It didn't work. When we called to ask about a sink update and tell her about the washer **** very rudely told us nothing had been started and "we will have to wait because we cannot jump the line." We have been waiting MONTHS paying a crazy high amount with extra fees to be IGNORED and to pay that much for junky living. I have pics of what it currently looks like. It's disgusting.Review fromLacey S

1 starTHIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I have been IN COMPLIANT with their renter insurance policy and they are charging me 60$ a month for non compliance. Speaking to someone is impossible. I tried calling their corp office in California, someone answered once, transferred me to voicemail without saying a word. I tried to call back and NO ONE will answer. I have had COUNTLESS problems with my upstairs neighbor, and the very rude manager at the property will not do anything to fix it. I cannot wait to move out this summer!!!Review fromRaeAnna R

1 starThe people they choose for management are very unsympathetic people who hate their job. They are less than helpful and make issues persist with no resolution. All problems have to reported multiple times and you'll be lucky if anyone ever even responds or resolves your complaint. I've had nothing but problems but them and I'm unfortunately stuck here until I can move into a proper house. The rent is astronomically high and more than a decent 2/2 house in the area. They FORCE you to use ************** package service which is anything but convenient. I've had a package stuck for over a week because management didn't have a master key (which they should have) and had to go over them and contact ************** and ************* to get my package! I just had FOOD delivered to the locker and now it will be stuck there until the 2nd so it will have gone bad. This place is a joke.Review fromCody Q

1 starIt's hard to rank "customer service" when you don't actually receive any; an incomplete rating would be more apt. ******************************** in ********** currently employs a property manager that has no civility nor tact with the residents who will end up paying tens of thousands of dollars over the course of a year lease. Upon my wife and I vacating our unit in October 2023, we did not receive a refund of our overpayment for the month of October: a full monthly amount was remitted on 10/01/2023 as the office did not adjust the amount due to account for a prorated/partial month. Since our lease was up 10/23/2023, we had remitted a couple of hundred dollars over what was owed. The "move out" accounting page is a joke, omitting credits and debits that occurred on/after our exit. The property manager refused to engage in a conversation about the shortage and refused to provide any statement or document that showed funds were applied lawfully. In the grand scheme of things, the amount is not worth the travel and legal expense to recoup since I'm in ****** now. However, future prospective residents should proceed very carefully when considering this business. This awful company is the only property manager I've engaged with that has been sued by the Attorney General of a state (and they were forced to pay out to all residents; maybe those funds are why they're shorting residents when they move out!!). My feelings don't address the condition of the unit (poor) nor the money withheld from our deposit (unsubstantiated cleaning fees) as those are subjective. Our experience with securing a refund of rent overpayment, though, is a little more black and white and SHOULDN'T be subject to mood or opinion. The math is unbiased and clear. Yet, here I am. Shorted money that was/is mine and NOT theirs. Run--don't walk--from ************************. There are plenty of other options in the area, with new ones being erected daily.Review fromHeather R.

1 starI have had nothing but problems since moving here. Upon moving in and doing my inspection I noticed that they did such a cheap paint job there was literally hair painted over so its stuck in the walls. Ive had at least 5 maintenance request in less than one year. Maintenance is not friendly. Now I have a broken washing machine that broke half way through the cycle so my clothes are sitting in a washing machine full of water. This happened on Friday and Im told that nothing can be done until Monday because its not an emergencyReview fromAshley K

1 starThis place is disgusting. Elevators never work, trash, furnitures, cigarette butts, beer bottles even syringes littler the property. The sheriffs are at my building alone multiple times per day. I cant even remember that last time I wasnt woken up by the trashy ppl who live here. I moved here from out of state for school. I was stunned at how horrible this place is. The office ignores phone calls and emails. ******* has a horrible attitude. She is extremely rude and thinks she knows everything. Which id obviously untrue just by looking at the property. She refuses to let anyone know about an environmental fee that makes our rent a different price every month. She sends out rude emails saying well get fined $50 if anyone props open a door. Ive never proped open a door yet I have to pay for other people? The buildings themselves are incredibly filthy. They have not been actually cleaned since before Covid. Once a week a loud cussing man vacuums. Thats it. Dog p*** is everywhere Inside and out. This place was decent before ******* got here. She wont even do anything about ppl sleeping In the pool area or in broken cars in the parking lot. Its so surprise why ******* cant keep any study employees in the office or with maintenance. Do not move to this dump.Review fromGabrielle H

1 starThis complex will continue to charge you for pet rent and not credited you back $1200 in pet fees, even though youve provided Service Animal registration for one dog and *** registration/psych letter for my other. Very discriminating against the disabled and continually causing more unnecessary stress for not correcting this as Ive been told since August that Id be credited all of the pet fees Ive been paying after being approved by their corporate office. If you have a disability or metal illness and require animals, dont move here because they are money hungry.Review fromSabrina G
