      The apartment complex needs to be operationally better. I moved into the dwelling in the fall of 2021. During that time, my apartment needed to be sprayed biweekly for ants. I don't have pets and don't leave food out. Every time I requested the pest spray, I was charged $13. Thankfully, I was able to move out in the fall of 2023. Two years of paying $13 biweekly came to an estimated $338 to maintain the property from pests. I understand maintaining the property, but I need someone to investigate the issue with the apartment. Lack of involvement in any case was why I left this apartment. The staff was friendly; however, it was impossible to reach. This leads to my next issue. I received a letter saying I owe $93.07, for what? I paid my rent, verified in person with the leasing office, and rented my keys. So why are they asking for more money? Also, I have been waiting to receive my security deposit for over 30 days. I've left messages, and I'm trying to understand this amount owedno explanation for the $93.07. This is the worst apartment complex I've stayed at. If you are considering living here, "luxury" is a far cry from what this place advertises.

      *******************, who is apparently V.P of Operations, is trash. I was approved at ******************* and my boyfriend was not no problem at all. The problem is that they told me if I got someone who made (x) amount on the lease, itd be no problem. After trying to contact ***** MULTIPLE times once my dad was going to be added, they said I no longer qualified. It was Al extremely unprofessional and they did it al over a email and thats where **** was introduced. He was rude, unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest. They were supposed to send back the deposit of $400.. one month later, still no check and no response from Citra. It wasnt until we threatened a chargeback that **** responded that he would fight the chargeback. Piece of work and soooo glad I didnt move in.

      The only reason why I gave 1 star is ******* is "friendly" but that is it. I tried ignoring the bad feeling I was getting. I've been trying to contact her for my $300 "reserve deposit" which is due back to me. I'm $ over the 1 person limit. She has ignored my emails, message thru the website, and calls. Basically it is robbery. Horrible disgusting customer service, typical narcissistic sociopathic behavior. Stay away.

      My name is ********, I was deeply humiliated, unwelcome here at Montage. On November 7th, I had a scheduled tour of Montage at 2:45 pm. I had driven from ******************* and, by chance, arrived a bit early. I visited the office to inquire about the possibility of an earlier tour. There were two individuals at the reception desk, whom I believe were the manager and the receptionist. I was informed that there were no earlier slots available, and I was advised to return at my originally scheduled time. I checked the website and noticed two earlier slots, one at 12:45pm, which I booked. Returning to the office at 12:10 pm, I expressed my disappointment that nobody had made an effort to check for earlier availability and I asked for a manager. However, I was instructed to wait until 12:45pm for my newly scheduled appointment. At 12:45 pm, both the manager and the receptionist informed me that I should stick to my original 2:45pm appointment and that they wouldn't show me the property, despite the email confirmation I had received for the new slot. Within minutes, I was informed that I would not be allowed to see the property at any time, neither at 2:45pm that day nor on any subsequent day, explaining that they didn't like me asking for a manager. They not only refused to show me around but also informed me that they blocked my access and I would not be permitted to live there. I felt deeply humiliated and, as a final ultimatum, they asked me to leave, threatening to call the police. I calmly explained that I had a confirmed appointment at 12:45 pm and simply wanted to view the property as scheduled. Despite my non-confrontational demeanor, they proceeded to call the police. I waited outside for the police to arrive and explained the situation to them. They advised me to file a complaint with the owner, as the behavior I had experienced was completely unacceptable. I left feeling traumatized and extremely upset.

      We moved in from out of state and we were charged ******* for deposit another **** when we moved in mid month. The place was not move in ready very dirty we have filed work orders for all major appliances because none work cant wash clothes or dishes. we have asked for fees charged for *** pets to be removed they haven't. We asked for an itemized report of all transactions and credits still dont have it. Payments received in portal are not correct we have asked for this to be fixed. My car was towed 2nd day moved in while unloading saying it was in fire zone yet no sign or ********* to tell you that where I parked to unload to the 3rd floor. Took 4 days and numerous calls to get someone to come turn our heat, ask for a garage. Got one only to find out it belonged to another tenant. gave us a temp garage in another building to accommodate. Dont move here. dog p*** everywhere no cleaning of trash our apartment's is by trash and we have flies and bees come into the unit as there is no screen on patio door. The unit was not cleaned even thou we gave 2 month notice to move in. Matter of fact when we went to office to complain we were told we were not residents in the systems

      Horrible customer service- rude, aggressive, false advertising, withholding a refundable $400 "deposit" for application review, etc. When the office manager got on the phone she started yelling at me and then hung up on me before I even had a chance to ask any questions after I was told my application would be reviewed within 24 hours it took over two and a half weeks only for them to deny it. And when I called in to ask when my money would be refunded for the deposit the manager got on the phone screaming irate and hung up on me. I still have not been advised when the money will be sent back or returned despite being told that no matter what my application would be approved or denied I would still have an opportunity to rent an apartment with a double deposit towards a unit. None of which was true nor did they apologize for the misrepresentation or false advertising

      I wish I could give ZERO rating . They added $996 after one year to my rent. I had a credit and I asked for clarity as to how much credit I had accumulated and no one have responded. They apartments are filled with Bedbugs and ***** infestations BADLY!!!!!! They lied to the city about monthly pest control treatment! These people are going straight to h*** for scamming people disguisedly. They are going to mess with the wrong person soon and very soon !!!!

      All of these reviews are spot on. We are former residents of *************************************************. We have had similar issues with the company in regards to poor management, hidden fees, frequent rent increases, unsanitary living conditions, unjustified move out fees, and etc.Current Issue:I submitted an early move out and still paid the full amount of rent and utilities. They stated I would be prorated and refunded my money in writing. When the money wasn't refunded into my account count I followed up with emails and phone calls and they never responded back. In addition, I received a phone call from a collections agency stating they sent me to collections. The company never responded to my requests in sending me an update on the fees for moving out which I felt were unjustified. They already kept my entire deposit 500, for normal wear and tear and wanted to charge us more We asked for an itemized receipt verifying these charges and they never sent it to us. We provided them with before and after photos of when we moved in and out since they refused to get to us on a walk through, and always made themselves unavailable, ignoring our requests. The photos show how apartment was not cleaned when we moved in, and how we thoroughly cleaned it upon move out. Next, I got a phone call from a collections agency. So they sent this to an agency before providing me with any documentation of the fees owed/receipts requested, and they did not try to reach out to me or my spouse prior. I went into their office the next day to obtain more information on who they sent our info to, and the manager was out. I emailed her, and I havent gotten a response. We feel the company did not do its diligence before sending us to collections, because we werent refusing to pay, and requested an update in charges, but rather than take the time to get back to us they sent us straight to collections, which we have no information on. We both have never had any delinquencies btw.

      I regretfully give a 1 star rating since there is no option for a zero. When I moved into ******************* in August 2020 my rent was $1412 per month for a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. By the time I moved out this past August, I was paying $1960 per month which would be increasing to close to $2350 had I renewed. That is an insane increase over the course of three years and not to have any amenities that were added. When I moved in originally, the carpet was noticeably worn so I mentioned it to the leasing agent who told me to make a note of that on my move in check list. The apartment was not cleaned prior to me moving in and when I called the office, they said the cleaners would be sent as soon as possible. I ended up cleaning everything before they had a chance to show up because I didn't want my furniture moved into a dirty place. I am now being charged false pet charges of approximately $2800.00 because ******************* is stating they found pet urine on the underneath of the carpet. I never had any pets nor had anyone visit me with pets and even sent my allergy testing which shows I'm highly allergic to pet dander, but **** told me he has the same report from his doctor and is also allergic but still chooses to have pets in his home. That is a response I could ever imagine sending to someone as he is basically calling me a liar. I have read so many other reviews stating similar false charges being sent to individuals that have moved out of Citra and this needs to be investigated. I am having to file a claim in small claims court to fight these charges but that's what I am willing to do to protect myself.

      Constantly breaking Lease. Will charge you more the $500 monthly in hidden fees. Manager and company are unprofessional in manner and make it difficult to place complaints. Manager **** lied straight to my face. Has a hostile and disrespectful attitude and forgets her main role as manager is customers service
