This is one of the most outrageous and despicable properties I've ever rented from. If I could give it a lower rating I would. During my tenure at this location I experienced discrimination, severe account discrepancies (again employee-related) loss of property (damage/theft) by employees, and now they are holding my security deposit. Not to mention LAZY, BIASED maintenance technicians. Not to mention the pest infestation! disgusting!!! There was no physical damage or monetary balance at this property. I paid on time EVERY month except the last month (paid in full). The staff is insulting and gaslighting you about issues they created. DO NOT rent from TWO COST LIVING PROPERTIES aka ************. Stay far, far away! They do not respond to clients. When I found their corporate number (Enclave staff refuses to provide it) and called they hung up when I asked it if was "Two Cost Living Property. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TREAT THEIR CONSUMERS LIKE TRASH!!! NO accountability what so ever! I will continue to post horrible accurate reviews of your lack of good business practice and ethic! GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!!!! FOR NC residents and Military Personnel the property is Enclave at ************** in ************ **************. Please get this property put on the prohibited list for our soldiers and their families.

Please, run from this apartment complex in **************. The entirety of my living experience with them was more than awful. Upon the initial tour of the apartment, the general manager showed me a recently remodel apartment but the day before the move in switched my apartment number to a different unit entirely. Upon checking in I was assured it was cleaned and remodeled to be the same as the initial tour, this could not have been farther from the truth. There was broken glass in the carpet, black mold around vents, there was paint over spray on all windows and the fridge, the ** did not work due to the wires disconnecting if bumped, there was mold in the shower along with roaches EVERYWHERE, the insides of cabinets were moldy and water damaged, the toilet was shimmed off the ground so it was somewhat level and leaked. Every attempt to correct these horrors was met with the front office staff telling me to place a repair request on the website, which subsequently would take them 2 weeks to come out to check on the issues and rarely ever fix it, or asking " Did you try cleaning it ?". The general manager is extremely rude and condescending, the initial rent price was $1400 but after all the ** fees I ended up paying over $2100. These fees included their own utilities bill (even thought utilities was paid through dominion), pest control fee (there is roaches everywhere inside and outside apartment), along with a admin fee, landscaping fee, utility turn on fee, along with a fee to cover move out expenses that was paid upfront. When I finally moved out of this horrible place, I still have not received my security deposit back after 3 months and ***** *********************** sent me to collections over $50 stating it was a move out fee ! I urge anyone who is thinking about renting from these people to please read the reviews here and on yelp. I promise there is millions of places in ************** that are better, safer and cleaner than ***** Arbor and definitely less expensive.

This review is for the Montage at ******************** in **************, **. We had a leak in our apartment that started in January of this year. Three unsuccessful attempts were made to fix it. During one of these attempts we were left with a hole in the ceiling with almost no communication about when it would be fixed. The last maintenance request made in April was ignored. We moved out last month. We received a statement saying we owed $300 above our $600 deposit. They are only supposed to charge you for damages beyond normal wear and tear. We cleaned the apartment before we left and were still charged for cleaning the apartment and for carpet cleaning. According to the assistant manager everyone gets charged for that. Why should we clean the apartment then if we are going to get charged for it anyway ? We were also charged for a full paint job when we did nothing to the walls (no marks, no stains, no holes). We spoke to the assistant manager who claimed she did not have access to the pictures the maintenance manager took claiming the apartment needed a full paint job. She supposedly spoke to the maintenance manager and then emailed stating the charges for the full paint job would stand. Absolutely ridiculous when we left the place as clean as when we moved in. I should have taken pictures and video before leaving.

I have waited and waited and have yet to receive my refund for security deposit from the application process at Citra Luxury Apartments. I (and several others) have been told the same rehearsed lines with no resolve after several attempts to peacefully receive my refund. It has now been almost a full 60 days!!! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I'm currently consulting a lawyer regarding this entire situation because there were several red flags throughout the entire process that I ignored simply because you want to believe that people/companies aren't dishonest. Two Coast Living has definitely proved me wrong. More details soon to come. I've given ample time to resolve this matter.

Good morning, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a matter of serious concern regarding one of your property managers in *****, AZ at 909 West, ******** Love. This individual is married to my childrens father ***** ******** and over the last couple years has posted several offensive and harmful statements about me and my children on their personal social media pages. The nature of these comments is not only deeply inappropriate but also highly defamatory and unprofessional. However, despite my sincere attempts to establish a meaningful relationship between us, her actions have made it extremely challenging, almost impossible to do so. It should also be noted that ***** ******** is a covited felon in the 2015 Freeway shooting in *******, ** who is living at 909 West off record with ********. The actions of ******** are in direct conflict with the values of integrity, respect, and professionalism that your company stands for. Allowing such behavior to go unchecked could severely damage your reputation and erode the trust that clients have placed in you. I urge you to take swift and appropriate action regarding this matter. ******** conduct is unacceptable and warrants immediate termination. The posts have caused significant distress to me and my family, and such behavior should not be tolerated within your organization. I trust that you will handle this situation with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to ensure that this kind of conduct does not occur again in the future. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

I have yet to receive my refund after calling and sending an inquiry via their website back in July. It doesnt not take this long to reconcile accounts and generate a check for an application fee. Based on these reviews this company has a track record of keeping deposits and application fees. I want an eta on when my check is arriving and i will not hesitate to make a formal complaint if need be.

We would love to help but we need the name of the applicant and the name of the community where they applied.

On August 6, 2024, I received an acceptance notification from The Vue Apartments, indicating that my application had been approved. Based on this approval, I was requested to pay a holding deposit of $350, which I promptly did. Additionally, The Vue Apartments agreed to accept a voucher from DHS for my additional move-in costs, totaling nearly $2,000.On August 20, 2024, when my husband and I arrived to sign the lease, we were suddenly denied the rental, despite having already been approved, having paid the holding deposit, and after The Vue Apartments accepted DHSs offer to cover the additional costs.Upon arrival we were immediately treated with hostility by the ** we had never met before; she only our VAWA status. We were told we should not be considered as we have currently pending litigation in ****************. The Vue refused to consider supplemental documentation that would have cleared up any concerns. This is not disqualifying in their lease or guidelines.According to ORS ******, a landlord may only charge a deposit to an applicant for the purpose of securing the execution of a rental agreement after the applicants application has been approved. This means that by accepting our holding deposit, The Vue Apartments indicated that our application had been approved, and a rental agreement was to be executed. The subsequent denial of the rental after accepting the deposit is not only misleading but also unlawful.Further, the statute mandates that if a rental agreement is not executed due to the landlords failure to comply with the agreement to execute, the landlord must return the deposit within four days. Despite this requirement, The Vue Apartments has refused to return our deposit, citing a 30-day timeline, which is applicable only to tenants moving out, not to non-residents who have been wrongfully denied after approval. We have attempted to resolve this issue amicably by contacting the **, but our calls have been met with repeated hang-ups.

We have contacted the on-site team to see if they can identify this case based on the description of the issue. If we are able to, we will investigate this matter.

I live at ******* and Crown in ************, ******** that has been managed by JRK. Currently and for over year the garage gate has been broken and last week two cars were stolen and this weekend car windows were smashed. This building is in a very nice area and we pay a lot of money to live here and the building is not kept up, there are always problems, and its such a disappointment. Everything is dirty from the carpets to the walls, it smells and things are broken. I dont understand why JRK doesnt invest more money to correct these issues as this is an upscale neighborhood. now its unsafe with the garage gate being broken and criminals are now coming to our garage every week to steal cars.

They are terrible!!! They charged us to redo the whole place when they were replacing the carpet with vinyl plank. They refused to give us an itemized receipt. They kept our deposit and were charging us an extra ******. They are making us pay to remodel there apartments. I tried to reach corporate to take care of this and I thought they were looking into it. Today I received a letter from collections. Dont trust them you will never get your money back. They will charge you to redo their apartments that they were already redoing! This is complete theft! I have no itemized receipt and am being sent to collections!!! Corporate is absolutely no help! Management absolutely sucks!

Any move out charges are for damages beyond normal wear and tear accounting for length of tenancy.

We are happy to look into this matter if they provide the name of the community, unit number and the date when they moved out so we can investigate.
