      I have multiple maintenance issues in my apartment. I have submitted countless request for maintenance for the same issue. No work as been done for my issues yet, they are completing the work orders I submit. ( these work orders are all for the same issue that has never been corrected). Unable to receive any assistance or progress from my local leasing office, I submitted formal complaints and work order through TWO COAST LIVING. They have no contact phone number and every complaint or work order I enter is rebutled with a response email that reads please contact your local leasing office.

      In the past 6 months our renters insurance coverage has increased from 100K to 300K which is ridiculous, but I can't get a straight answer as to why. Additionally rent has increased exponentially and the office is rarely open according to their business hours.

      I just moved in to ********************* apartments in *******************, and upon moving in we noticed significant damage - for example, bedroom door cannot shut (its not hinged properly), the stove cannot turn in, the bathroom tubs have chips in them, drawers in the kitchen/bathrooms are not on wheels and drag/stick, and the dryer has ***** and rust in it. When we approached the office with these issues, we were told to submit maintenance requests by ***********************. Within 24 hours all of the issues have been turned from "open" to "cancelled", and we are alarmed. We do not have access to a functioning dish washer or stove, and our doors do not shut properly. We need help, and are receiving none.

      Applicants beware!! They are running a scam that requires you to pay $400 as a deposit to apply, and then deny you and keep your money!! I applied on April 5th and still have not been given my money back as of 5/15!! This is a criminal operation out to s**** people out of what is a lot of money to most. No cool, completely criminal. I wish I could afford a lawyer, but sadly they would cost more than the $400 I am owed.Shame on you Westcliff!

      I have been calling close to 90 days to get my admin fee of $300 back from Citra apartments. My name is ************************* ph#***./96.9885. Im not understanding why no one is following up with my admin fee. Terrible customer service

      I went to their APEX property driving over an hour to tour a 1BR loft that was indicated as available on their website. After I arrived, I was told someone would be with me after they finished with someone. After 20 minutes, I made my way to the leasing office and found an agent just standing there (no one was coming to get me). The building apparently only has one concierge and she was out sick today (and building is supposedly at 85% capacity). The building is only 5 years old and they were already renovating it (taking space away from the fitness center to build a new leasing office near the entrance). ************ there is non-existent! After I was finally acknowledged, I was told they had no 1BR lofts for $2400, and that one for $2900 would not become available until September, completely contradicting what they have on their website. It's worse than bait and switch! It was a complete waste of time! Don't even bother with this company. I'll be making a full complaint to REBNY and the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce!

      This company is a joke I applied for an town house and they denied me due to credit which is not the problem I have been trying to get my 300 dollar deposit back for 3 months now the office says it has been mailed and returned twice which I don't think is the truth when you call there main number they finally answered only to hang up and not answer anymore they are nothing but thieves do not rent from them

      Currently looking into a class action law suit against this company my son and I just moved into one of their properties only a couple weeks ago and are already having respiratory issues, (were both on inhalers now) obvious mold, paint on everything, broken toilet which flooded our unit, a leaking sink (that was covered with paint) and thats just the beginning of it. If anyone else is experiencing issues please reach out Andersonaprilf @ gmail .com

      I am NOT pleased with this property or management company. I applied for an apartment in early March, paid my deposit and was waiting to hear back if my application had been approved. I called several times to check on it and was assured I would have an email confirmation of the decision within 2 days. I never received ANYTHING from the community regarding my application. I proceeded in looking for a different apartment and started the process to get my deposit back.I was told they mailed me the check on April 9th but I have yet to receive it.I called last week regarding a replacement check and was expecting a call back today, no call. I am in the process of trying to file a complaint with the *** on this property. BTW; I think the 1 star rating is more than deserved.

      ZERO STAR. I applied because I was totally assured in getting approved and ended up denied due to credit history at **************** apartments, ok understandable. Fast forward to getting my holding fee back which has taken two months so far, no one seems to know whats gone on or wrong with my $400. Ive called and called multiple times and no solution to how or when Im getting my money back.
