      I moved in this HORRIABLE place on 6/21/24. Example of issues: (1) refrigerator is old and has ROACHES coming inside and out to where I had to throw away my food I brought from a restaurant and other food. They're crawling all over the kitchen and laundry room. (2) refrigerator missing an ice maker and the bottom door you have to slam so it can close but sometimes it comes open. (3) laundry room missing two racks (3) light in the laundry room looks like a shortage it flicks on and off when you turn the light on. (4) light fixture/switch in the bathroom is so old and had black smear on it. (5) microwave inside is filled with black burnt to where it was caught on fire previously (6) washer and dryer are so OLD to where the washer in the inside is breaking off and the dryer has this THICK BLACK mess in it. But I was told by the person who took my application and showed me and my friend the one-bedroom model apartment that it wouldn't be a problem of removing the washer/dryer since I have my own. (7) the oven door slams to where it shakes. (8) I was told there would be carpet in the living room or bedroom and it's not in either room. I'm on the second/third floor. I had spoken with one of the staff on Friday and she had copied the pictures I had taken and said she would give this to her manager because she's in the meeting. I went back on Monday to speak with the manger to let her know the issues I was having in this apartment and to see if she had received my message. She was asked if she received my message and pictures from one of her staff from Friday and she said NO! I showed her the pictures I took, and she was told in April it wouldn't be no problem of removing the washer/dryer since I have my own. Mgr said that wouldn't be a problem let me see if I can find a maintenance person than she came back and told me to put in a maintenance request. I did and somethings was done not all! STILL HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS! I would like to take care of this issues

      The apartment complex in *********. ********************** is horrible. We moved in with no heat and air conditioning and was told that we couldn't turn on the heat and that Colorado is a cold state so they don't have to provide AC, though we are paying for it. The entire office staff is very unprofessional and there isn't a way to complain to any corporation supervisor.

      DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES! They will never give your renewal paper and then blame you for not letting them know you would like vacate even though wanting to renew before. They do not answer calls and their email address has incoming emails blocked. Have been trying to contact someone for days and no reply.

      Do Not go to any of their properties if you Value your Money. They Took our $300 deposit and refused to refund it. Said it was in a Disclosure we signed but was not Told this orally. Not to Mention the Manager at the ***************** is Transphobic and made inappropriate derogatory comments to me and my fiance. You have every to feel a certain way but you have no rights to voice it to me even after speaking up she still continues to spite hate . The Retreat at ********* in *************

      I moved into Chase Arbor Apartments on may 4th 2024. I have not had functional AC since that date. I have raised 6 work orders since then and each one has been closed with a repair that is not capable of cooling the apartment. My washing machine has flooded my entire apartment twice. Last time it flooded the maintenance guy said I needed a new washing machine yet they did another halfway repair instead. He also said that Two Coast Living gives them strict orders to never replace anything that is broken but rather do halfway repairs (explaining my AC issues). Everytime I talk to them they promise to fix it but still I do not have functioning AC and it is now summer. They are in clear violation of their lease agreements and I plan on taking immediate legal action.

      It is appalling to me that a company with such poor ratings and reviews no matter platform I look at is still allowed to be in business. I work for a company who provided services for this company at one of their properties in August of 2023 and I cannot get paid from them. We then did work again in February against my better judgement (but I was promised the check for the August work as in the mail) and didn't get paid again. After trying to contact someone by any means possible which was not easy I found a way to send a message through their site, never got an response for follow-up. Today May 31st 2024 I received a check for Februarys work. I still have not been paid for the August 2023 work. This is unacceptable from a company standpoint and I will be sure anyone I know does not associate themselves with one of the properties managed by Two Coast Living.

      This company is a joke. They cant keep anyone employed, always new faces and nothing ever gets fixed or dealt with. Luckily the one manager is gone. She never returned calls, gave us an ADA ********* when thats not what we signed up for. Have had issues with the ** not working, currently trying to get it fixed a second time. Took almost 2 months the first go around. Had a cleaning crew not hook the washer hose back up in the ********* above us and our ********* had water coming from the fire sprinkler and a hallway light. Reported it as an emergency and never heard anything until the next day. They take their time getting anything fixed. Trash is always full and spilling out of the trash area. Trash in the breezeways all the time. For what you pay they can definitely do better. Think twice before renting with Two Coast Living.

      I think this apartment complex is the worst experience I have had dealing with anything. They took my admin fee $ ****** and application fee $ ***** they told me I was approved to rent. However section 8 was paying a portion of the rent and requested an inspection. They kept telling me the city had not responded to any of their communications , this was a lie. I waited to hear from the complex and kept getting the runaround . They finally gave me a move in date, the date kept changing. Finally I told them I wanted to know what was going on, I was placed on hold no one ever came back to the phone ( I waited 30 minutes). Called back no one answered . After a month of waiting for the inspection and being different dates, I called the inspection office and learned they never requested an inspection. Trying to reach them is impossible

      They refuse to return my security deposit and it is impossible to find any employee who will help.
