I paid $29.99 for a year subscription of the paperback magazine back in May 15, 2022. This business committed to provide me with a years worth of paperback magazines and has failed to deliver. I have attempted to contact them numerous times by phone, social media, and email and each one was a failed attempt. I was able to get someone on the line back in October and was told that there were printing issues and I would receive my subscription as soon as the problem was solved. I later on heard from a friend who happened to be a writer for the magazine that they had discontinued the paperback magazine. I never got an email or any notification stating any of the what was mentioned earlier. This friend was let go from High times for asking questions about them taking money for subscriptions and not delivering. It is now 5 months later and still no answer from this company. I feel there is some sort of fraud going on here. They are still taking money for subscriptions but obviously not delivering. Please help me get a solution to this problem because there are probably hundreds if not thousands of people having this same problem and this is not ok. I thank you for your time and hope to hear back soon.Initial Complaint

HighTimes Magazine collects money for magazine issues they have no intention of sending out. I have attempted to resolve things with them on several occasions and they have ignored my every attempt. I went on the Instagram and read the comments of many other upset customers who have also been scammed by them. They should not be allowed to continue this business of stealing from people.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to a yearly subscription to High Times Magaizine(12 issues) and I received 4 issues. Last issue received was July 6th 2022. After a couple months went by I contacted the company's support by email and I was advised by a support person by email the print was experiencing a delay "due to unseen circumstances, but would resume quickly. It's now been 6 months since and no magazine and they have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund for the remainder of the subscription. I jave read DOZENS of forums from people stating HT Magazine has stolen their money as well and no longer sending magazines. Something needs to be done to get ouroney back, our magazines, or we need info on how to start a civil suit against Trans high Corp.Initial Complaint

Just like everyone else here: i invested 550$ 3 years ago with many promises and many suggestions made by the company. The money was STOLEN. This company NEVER had ANY intentions of going forward with what they had originally stated. THIS IS A SCAM and due to FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS incurred by THEM, I wish to receive what they stated my investment would become within ONE year - 5500$ !!!Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern I purchased a subscription to Hightimes Magazine for $29.99 back in April of this year. I started receiving the subscription in July. After receiving the July and August issues I haven't received any more issues since. I'm now missing the September, October, November, and December issues. I have tried repeatedly to contact the magazine to get an explanation but I cannot get anyone to respond back to me whatsoever, I've sent several emails and made several phone calls to try and reach out to them with no one responding back to me. I would either like a refund or my missing magazines to get me current and up to date. I have attached a screenshot of the confirmation email that shows when I purchased the subscription.Initial Complaint

My subscription was up for renewal in August, the payment cleared my bank 8/22/2022. The last issue I received was the August issue. I've tried calling ************** and left a message on every single option, no one has called back. It gives another number for subscriptions ************** but this call will not go thru. I've emailed customer service (**********************************) 3 times (10/3, 10/14 & 11/19) I have never received a reponse. I really enjoy the magazine, keeping up with what all the different states are doing on legalization & so forth. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I have not received any issue of High Times magazine since August 2022. (August was my last issue) My current subscription was purchased January 2021 and is for 39 months.
I've been trying to contact customer service since early November, but none of the phone numbers I've found online connect to a magazine representative. ************ refers to another number: ************ which does not connect to a person or robot, and the email address: **********************************. I sent a message to this email address today and hope to receive a reply. This is not the first time I've had a problem with missing issues. In late 2020 I had the same problem, but it was easily resolved by phone.
The email address I tried in November is no longer active, and I have not been able to find any contact information for customer service in the actual magazine or online.
My account number was not provided when I renewed my subscription in January 2021, and I do not have the sleeve the magazine is mailed in. I assume my subscription is printed on that sleeve.
I did leave a message at the number below that you've provided.
Thank you
