I paid for a 1 year subscription. I received the July and August one and nothing since then. After many attempts to contact them, I did receive an email saying that the September issue was delayed. But still not magazine. So now I'm missing 3 issues. I get no return calls, no more return emails. I've sent emails asking for a refund and get nothing. It's weird though almost every day I receive an email from them with an item for sale from their magazine. But no replies from any messages I've left or emails I've sent. Any help would be great. I invested **** dollars with High Times over 2 years ago on a scam investment. They have done NOTHING since their pre-market sales. This was a total scam, cash grab by a couple of crooks that bought the naming to the company and didn't care about it or the people they hurt along the way. This is absolutely abhorrent. Good morning,
Two complaints actually. The first is the stock which they have never issued which I see you have several complaints already. The second is that I subscribed to the magazine and so far they have only delivered the first issue and not the other two. I tried to contact them via email and was told that the email address which they gave me when I canceled my subscription only 5 minutes ago was not valid.

I purchased the yearly subscription on June 29th and it said to expect the issue within 8-10 weeks.
I've sent e-mails and the only reply is that it's coming soon and an issue is causing a delay.
This the last message sent to me on Sept 28th " Hi ******,
You will receive all 12 issues as paid for.
Issues might be arriving in shorter time periods to catch up with the schedule after the issue causing the delay is resolved.
The magazines will start arriving soon, thank you for your patience and understanding.

I invested 319.00 dollars in Hightimes Shares that were never delivered to me. I have no certificates or proof of ownership, nor will the company respond to any of my inquiries. They made false claims and promises; misleading investors in to believing the company would go public. I have requested a refund from the company, and they refuse to respond to me as well. They have stolen millions from investors like myself, and refuse to compensate myself, and their other victims with a refund of our stolen money.
