  I would give a 0 or negative star review if could. Ordered as a birthday present for husband on January 14th, 2023 and still have not received first issue. My first email complaint to them on this was answered back from their customers support claiming they had unforseen circumstances causing this and that i would receive it as soon as possible. So waited several more weeks and still nothing so emailed them again and have yet to get a response from them this time. Looks like I'm out $29.99 like everyone else on here....unless we all gang together and start a class action lawsuit against them...it looks like there's more than enough complaints on this exact problem. More than obvious they have scammed us all and after doing that to thousands with giving nothing in return they are more than rich. Everyone search to put in class action suit on them!

  Reading these reviews is killing me because I'm going through the same thing. I ordered the magazine last year 2022 I received one magazine and none after that, now they're trying to tell me they're going to renew my subscription and there's no way for me to get in contact with them so that they won't. PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. I used to love the high Time magazine but I wouldn't give them the time of day. SMH

  I ordered and paid for high times Feb. 15, 2023, money came out of my bank account, haven't received subscription, this is April 14, When you call one number listed it asks for an authorization code, even if I did have one it immediately, says We are sorry your call can not be completed. You call another number listed and can not get a person and directs you to the first number I called. I did leave 2 messages for *************** to call me back, no calls. Also emailed High Times, no answer. At this point I would really like to have my money back but doubt that would ever happen. Or better yet, the magazine I ordered would be nice. Sincerely, *****

  I would leave zero stars if I could. Received 2 issues out of a 12 month subscription. **************** does not respond to emails, and there is no other way to contact them. Horrible experience and horrible company. Think twice before ordering. Read all these reviews. Looks like this is happening to everyone.

  Paid for a 12 month subscription. Received my first issue and then nothing after that. It has almost been a year now.I have reached out with emails and across a few of their social media sites. Never received any sort of response.Wish I could leave zero stars.

  I ordered a $29.99 yearly subscription last summer, of which I received only 3 magazines. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue through E-mail with no reply back. I have tried to call the number they provide for magazine service to only get a fast busy signal, which has been that way for over 5 months. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I want a refund, or the remainder of my subscription! I give them a big "0" rating! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

  Paid for a 12 month magazine subscription back in October of 2021. Its now March of 2023 and Im still waiting on the first months issue. Im glad I didnt invest in the **** Its comforting to know that karma will eventually find these scum bags hopefully Ill have a front roll seat for the show! :)

  DO NOT SUPPORT THE **** ARTISTS AT HT MAGAZINE. Paid for a 1 yr subscription, received the first two issues but none after that. Reached out via email and was told that there was a delay in shipping and my current issue, as well as all back issues I missed, would be delivered to me very soon and all together. Here we are almost 3 months later and I havent received any magazine or any updates. They have also stopped replying to my emails. If you call their office at **************** you will be met with a recording that can eventually redirected you to the department that handles the magazine. Then you are prompted to call an 800 number for any issues with subscriptions. Wouldnt ya know, that 800 number isnt in service?! What cheap a** scam artists they are here. HT used to be a ************** and Ive had a subscription on and off for 15 years. Shame to see how they conduct business (actually how they DONT) and how little they value their customers and themselves now.

  If I could give them zero stars, I would. I signed up for a subscription back in October 2022..of course they took their money. Come December, nothing had come yet. I emailed them, and their answer was...it takes 6-8 weeks. February 2023 rolls around, still nothing. I have messaged them countless times, with no reply. So I canceled my subscription, but obviously out the money. CROOKS! DON'T INVEST ANYTHING INTO THIS COMPANY!!
