      I ordered and paid for my subscription on November 29, 2022. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. I have yet to receive my subscription. I have written customer service numerous times and get no response. The contact number is endless ringing, no one answers and no voice mail message can be left. What kind of business des this? You've taken my money and I have nothing in return. I want a refund.

      I ordered a subscription never received it no money returned. It's been at least 6 months. The contact number to contact them is not in service. Yet they still advertise to subscribe to there company. No word either way. This is a number they give , no response. JUST A CLICK. THEY SEND ME PRODUCT ADVERTISING,BUT NO MAGAZINE. Would it be wise to ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS Company

      Subscribe to a magazine subscription and not receiving any issues. Support will not respond. Tried email and social media outlets to get some kind of response. Nothing. They just took my money. Reading through the other reviews this is a common issue.

      U will not receive your purchase or your money back. If you try to contact them you will not get anyone. In my opinion DON'T DEAL WITH THEM,for anything??

      This company is run by con artists. 2 1/2 years ago I was approached by a friend telling me to invest in High Times and that they were going live. Fast forward, they have not gone live and they do not return emails. There is no phone number to call. I invested $550 to this fraudulent company and I have no idea where my money is (I am guessing in the owners pocket and he is living the good life). I am reading they have not paid rent at their *** in months. If anybody knows if there is a class action law suit to get these crooks so we can get our money back, please let me know. DO NOT INVEST ANYTHING WITH THESE CROOKS.

      I purchased 100 shares a few years ago thinking what a great investment. So, I ordered a years subscription of ******************** magazine in 2021. Not even ******* arrived! I sent email after email looking into this; and, had ******************** claimed they had no record of my subscription request! As frustrating as this was I reluctantly reordered another subscription back in July 2022. So far no magazine has arrived. No way they could say they had no record of this subscription order as I completed it right off of their website. So, in contacting them multiple times I was apologized to and reassured my subscription would be delivered by end of November, 2022. Here it is December 30, 2022. No magazine; and, they havr stopped responding to me. I decided to report this behavior to the BBB! Which in doing so I found out this was happening to several people! So, if any of you decide to sue ******************** please include me. **********at) yahoo com

      If I could give a ZERO, I would. I purchased a subscription back in the summer time of 2022 and have only received one issue, August. Since then, I was able to speak to 2 reps stating publication issues and it will be fixed. That was 2 months ago. Now I can't speak to anyone because the phone numbers provided, don't work! Nonexistent customer service and money wasted!!

      The subscription that I paid for in March 2022 only received 2 issues. The customer support is non existent. One email that I received- the only one - mentioned an unspecified unexpected reason that "is being taken care of" and ussues will be mailed shortly. That was two months ago. Phone numbers either don't work, route you to nowhere, or disconnect after a few rings. I'm almost thinking class action suit is needed.

      Purchased a 12 mo subscription back in April 2022. I only received 2 issues. No responses to emails, and the phone number provided does not work. Unable to reach anyone. Do not waste your money.

      Purchased a subscription on 9/6/22 and never received a magazine. The contact number for subscriptions fails everytime and you can't get hold of anyone at any of the numbers given. A scam for sure!
