1 starIf I can give them a negative star I WOULD!!BUYERS BEWARE!!what a horrible horrible experience I had and of course it had to be flowers for my Mother IN LAWS FUNERAL!!!OF ALL DAYS!!!long story short Was at service expecting to see the beautiful stand up flowers I had chosen and they were no where to be found!!!Me and church staff looked all over and they were NO WHERE TO BE FOUND !how frustrating!! I had to wait until the funeral service was over so I can call the customer service and blast them out!!!They wouldn't give me the name of the Company who supposedly delivered them at 830 am!!REALLY ??? god only knows if they even went to the correct church location obviously they DIDNT!!!They did refund me but bottom line this was totally UNACCEPTABLE and just made us so sad that the 1 Time I ever ordered flowers online that they screwed up!!!NEVER EVER AGAIN !!And up until now they still wont give me a straight answer as to where they were delivered to!!! 1 starOur son in ******** sent a floral arrangement via Teleflora to his mother for her 75th birthday. Teleflora sent the order to a local florist, who delivered a bouquet much smaller than I had expected, especially since our son had spent $80 for the arrangement.I contacted the florist and spoke to the owner directly, even though more than a week had passed since my wife received the bouquet. I also sent photos of the bouquet to the owner and she expressed regret over our dissatisfaction. She followed up and delivered a marvelous bouquet the very next day, and my wife was delighted.She told me Teleflora had taken a nearly 50% cut from the $80 our son paid, leaving precious little for Pretty Petals. This is a usurious amount for little more than displaying deceptive sample arrangements and then forwarding the order to a local florist to actually prepare and deliver the bouquet.So, bottom line, we're very pleased with our local florist and would certainly consider this florist the next time we want to purchase an arrangement locally.We would never, ever use Terleflora for a bouquet delivery. Far better to select a florist directly and avoid both the customer and the florist being fleeced by **********************.Teleflora

1 starThis company is unreliable and dishonest. They emailed me at 6pm on the delivery day to say that they could not make the delivery. Then they refused to refund the full amount, even though I emailed copies of the receipt showing the exact amount they charged my card. I am hoping to get my full refund by using the credit card claim process, but it's been a nightmare trying to make Teleflora understand simple math. I'll never use this company again.Teleflora

1 starThis is my first BBB review. I ordered the largest bouquet option from Teleflora for a significant milestone marriage anniversary (20 years). Instead, I received the smallest bouquet with wilting flowers. I gave the company a chance to remediate this, and they apologized and offered a $70 refund (total bouquet price was $111). That felt like a genuine effort toward reconciliation and I was content until I found that they refunded me only $29. I followed up again and was told to disregard the previous email (no $70 refund). So I was essentially just refunded the difference of the standard bouquet price and I missed the opportunity to make a big statement to my wife, which is what really mattered to me. They did offer me a future 30% discount that expires in six months, but I have to call in and order manually to use it. The thing is, I dont want to do future business with this company now, so that coupon is worthless. They didnt comprehend that it wasnt a money issue, it was a lost opportunity, and I would have greatly preferred that they follow up with the order I paid for, rather than throw a trifle of money back to me. Lets be honest here the markup cost on flowers and delivery service is MASSIVE. Sending out another delivery with the product I actually ordered and paid for, to secure my future business (and word of mouth praise), would have cost the company nothing. That is unless they make this mistake very often. Which based on the other user reviews here, demonstrates this probably would be a big cost to their business. Hence the tactic of sending out 30% coupons for remediation. Nice try Teleflora. Im not that ignorant and Im well aware of your margins. You dont care about your customers and Ill take my business to local florists that do.Teleflora

1 starIf you want a flower arrangement that looks even similar to what you choose, DO NOT use this business!! We ordered a beautiful, classic sympathy arrangement for a death in the family. Unfortunately, what they received looked as if it was just thrown together with a bunch of leftover flowers. We chose a beautiful arrangement of white flowers with a few blue flowers to match the blue vase. Instead, what was sent was an ugly group of different colored flowers. (mostly sun flowers). It was the ugliest, most unprofessional arrangement I have ever seen!!! We were so embarrassed when we saw it. We could have done better ourselves.Teleflora

1 starI ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered the day before my sisters 93rd birthday. Received a call the day of delivery at 3:44pm saying there will be no delivery that day but can deliver the next day. Its 6:16pm and her flowers have not been delivered! This is unacceptable.While I appreciate the delivery updates, there is a breakdown somewhere in the process. 1 starI order flowers from Teleflora the day before Valentines Day to be delivered on February 14th. I paid $72.34. My order number was 8 2 5 4 4 6 7 0 3. The flowers were not delivered. I got a notification from Teleflora that they would be delivered on the 15th. They were not delivered but Telefloral said that they were. But the family at that address looked all around outside the house and there were no flowers. I went on their chat area and requested an immediate refund. The person on the other end immediately broke off communication with me. I then called their help line and the lady I spoke to, (who had a very strong accent), said they were still out for delivery. But that was a lie. They were never delivered. So I am out the $72.34 with no flowers. My advice to everyone is to never use Teleflora. I have bought flowers from other online companies and never had a problem.Teleflora
