      The photo of what I bought and what was sent is not close. They also invalidated my coupon code after it was accepted. Then they sent me an email and asked me to review my purchase but it went to their online customer issue submission. I mean I could, but they dont answer those. I submitted one almost 2 weeks ago now, and its never been answered. Pretty much they are terrible.

      Used Teleflora for the first time last October. Was sending my fiance a dozen red roses for a particular reason. Not only did they not send me the roses i expected, but the completely wrong order. This one had no red roses and it looked more like someone going to a funeral.I then tried them again for Valentines Day. Ordered the same floral vase all red roses. The day of the delivery was canceled by them. Needless to say, fiance never received anything from this company.The first order that was totally wrong, the only gave me a 10% discount. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

      I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day and had them delivered to her hotel as she was traveling for work. I ordered purple tulips as both her favorite color and flower. The hotel did their part and put the flowers in her room. When my wife got to her room, she was surprised to receive flowers (this was good) and even more surprised by what she received (not good). It was a complete whiff by the florist and not at all in the range of what I ordered.I contacted Teleflora and they sent back that they will credit / refund $20. I think they should come back and pick up the flowers and refund the whole amount. I placed the order on the 10th and if they are not going to be able to even come close to what is ordered, they should contact me to either change or cancel.I do not see any options to add photos which is a shame.

      I placed an order for Valentine's *** for my girlfriend, and chose the flex delivery option so that it could be delivered on either Feb 13th or Feb 14th. It was not delivered by the end of the day on the 14th, so I did all I could to contact customer service and see what could happen about it. All they said they could do was issue a 30% refund and no guarantee on my order being delivered. I kept on messaging, and eventually the flowers were delivered towards the end of the day on the 15th. I gave a period of time that the flowers could be delivered in, and they were still late. On top of that, the flowers looked completely different from what I ordered. There weren't even any roses, for a Valentine's *** bouquet. Absolutely embarrassing, and very disappointing.

      I ordered a plant to be delivered on Valentines Day and it was not delivered. No one contacted me to tell me what had gone wrong. I called them and they moved my delivery date to the next day. IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. No one has contacted me again. Delivery *****. Communication *****

      Placed an order for a corsage for my daughter's winter dance on February 10 2023 to be delivered on February 11th. I received no notice whatsoever when it was not delivered. On February 12 received a text notification that the order was delayed and then finally a delivery person showed up 4 days later with the item.
      When I called, they said they could give me 30% back and when I said that was absurd, they said 50% + some future discount. This is totally unacceptable. If they had owned the error and given me a refund I would potentially use them again. However, now, unfortunately, they have lost my business forever. The 1 rating was the lowest possible, unfortunately.

      HORRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on *********** day for my mother. I ordered a PREMIUM Heart and Soul bouquet, which by the advertising, had about twelve roses to create a heart. The bouquet did not come until after 4pm on Feb 15 and the worst part was it was A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BOUQUET. I never received notice substitutions would be made. I called and complained and was offered a CREDIT of $52. I ordered a very expensive $174.39 bouquet. 200 dollars! I wasted $200 to receive a bouquet that looks like it was thrown together last minute. Very happy with this service. Do not order from Teleflora! Save your money and go to your local florists, since teleflora ends up contacting your local florists anyway.

      Ordered flowers on 10th for my wife for today - the Valentine’s Day, 14th. It’s 7:39pm and no flowers. Contacted earlier, the rep said delivery time is between 5 - 7 pm. Chatted w the rep again who confirmed no delivery today & will refund 30% the fee & expect delivery tomorrow. What the hell the service is that? Tried first & also my last with this shitt company

      I ordered "heart and soul" and what I received are random flowers in a vase that is no near what I paid for. Took photos and glad to share it. I want to return this item and get my money back. Again, THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Come and pick this up and issue my refund.
