      I ordered flowers for a funeral. The flowers were a day late. Also the flower was not as advertised. I ordered a casket spray but received an arrangement in a vase. The **************** was not helpful and added stress to a very sad and stressful situation.

      They sent ** a dead arrangement with the wrong materials for my uncles FUNERAL. They failed to contact me about any of this and upon delivery, we called ***** and tried to explain and see what solutions were available and she hung up on **! The driver was a witness to this!! Horrible horrible service and to send this to a FUNERAL after paying $160 for DEAD FLOWERS AND PLANTS?!!!

      Funeral arrangement was NEVER DELIVERED! Do NOT use this company if you have flowers that MUST be delivered....they WON'T get there. I ordered a very special arrangement to be placed in my husbands casket that was from me to him to symbol our undying love. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Then....they won't tell you who the local florist is that should have delivered them so you can contact them directly. WORST FLORIST EVER!!!

      AVOID Teleflora at all costs. This *** FAILED to deliver the floral wreath to my nephew's funeral. I gave them an additional contact number. I asked them to call if there were ANY issues fulfilling my order, as my order included orange and aqua flowers. 30 minutes into my nephew's service, I called looking for my flowers. The representative stated, they were unable to fulfill my order. No explanation, no apologies and very callous! The next day I had to request a supervisor to get a refund and get an explanation. I was told that the Floral shop was CLOSED on Sundays! The funeral director explained that he has experienced many families having similar problems with this company! Avoid!!

      Dear Marcia,
      Your representative NEGLECTED to even look at the local floral shop's days of operations. Before promising a floral delivery to my nephew's service on Sunday, she should have simply checked if they were open. Teleflora reps neglected to even contact me at one of the 2 numbers I gave them. The lack of any human empathy or care when I called looking for my flowers was atrocious. Asking my address to send the flowers to?? This was not simply a mistake by one rep. Every single rep I had spoken to was neglectful, unprofessional and calloused. The fact that you, (Marcie S) referred to their actions as ISSUES, confirms that there's a companywide dysfunction and lack of care or concern for the customer. Perhaps training reps in **************** and knowledge of the business would prevent other grieving families from having to go through this!

      Flowers were ordered 3-4 days prior to event. I knew it was short notice but hoped Teleflora's network of participating florist would be able to fulfill. Immediately after placing the order I contacted Teleflora to confirm delivery would be possible and to request name of local florist. I was told they couldn't give that information and assured order was received and would be delivered. I was relieved. The next day I contacted Teleflora again to confirm that the order was accepted and would be delivered. Again I was reassured the order would be delivered on time. But, on the day of the expected delivery I received notification that the order was cancelled and refund issued. It is now too late to find another florist to order a replacement - even one that differed from the original design. I am devastated and the event is ruined. Teleflora needs to provide earlier notice when an order cannot be fulfilled - earlier than the day of delivery. I would have preferred to receive the notice at the time of order that special items or large orders require a minimum of xxxx amount of days so I could have sought out other alternatives. Now I am left empty-handed. This is terrible

      I am currently a Teleflora florist member (but won't be for much longer). I reached out to them back in July of 2022 because I had twins in the **** that were delivered **** 30th at 25 weeks gestation and had shut my storefront down so I could focus on their wellbeing. I was very specific in the questions I asked. At the time, I did not want to terminate my membership with them because I loved all of their products that they offered as hard goods and I still wanted to continue with them when my children would be home and I could oversee the operations myself again. I asked if there was a possibility to suspend operations with them for a few months and not be charged all of the monthly membership fees that came with the membership (it's not cheap being a Teleflora member). They said it was something they could do for me, so I made sure to ask the question several times to make sure there was no confusion about what I was asking. Fast forward to Monday September 26th, I was looking through my checking account and saw that they drafted $1023.67! I reached out to **************** and my area rep to see what could be done, but they said that I was being charged for non-delivery of items from JUNE. I looked over my clearinghouse statement and saw that the order values didn't even total half of that, and why is **** on my September statement? I am so disappointed in Teleflora because I thought it was important to take care of their florist members. This has been a difficult enough journey and now I have to worry about money that was already being stretched so that I could focus on my children's wellbeing.

      I ordered flowers for my sister after our father died. That was last December, 2021. I am receiving at least three emails daily from them, even after I have called and emailed them to unsubscribe me, for their link fails to work. I paid over $100 for a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a gorgeous pot...and what she received was a nice bouquet with an old grey wicker basket. The flowers were not nearly as large, and were missing many roses. The pot it sat in was hideous. My main issue is I wish for them to stop bothering me with daily emails. Because of that, I will never purchase flowers from them again...and told them so.

      DO NOT USE TELEFLORA! I ordered flowers for a friend's anniversary and got a confirmation they were delivered on 8/14/22 - but they weren't. A week has gone by and still no flowers. I contacted teleflora and they said they'd "send the flowers as soon as possible" - to me this would have been prioritizing a SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY since the order was already more than a week late. They credited $18.84 to my account - which isn't nearly enough for the trouble and embarrassment I've gone through with this. My friend is expecting her flowers and I EXPECT Teleflora to deliver them no later than TODAY 8/23 - otherwise I'd like a full refund so I can re-order flowers from a company that actually knows how to do their job and not lie to consumers. As far as I'm concerned this business should be shut down. I wish I read these reviews before wasting my time and money ordering with them.

      I recently purchased a bouquet from Teleflora (I was not thrilled with) and got an email saying the following "SPECIAL DISCOUNT JUST FOR YOU!! We are so grateful for our loyal customers. Please enjoy 25% off all bouquets as a thank you from us to you!" Then there was a button that said "SAVE 25% NOW." No code was provided. When I clicked on the button, it was offering me a 15% discount, not 25%. I tried the chat featured where I was instructed to purchase at that price and then reach out to **************** for a refund. Then I called and was told the total price for my order (the bouquet was $79.99) was $95 (less the "discount") I asked why is was now $96 before discount and he attributed it to the $20-something "service fee." Then he said he could give me a 20% discount - still not meeting the FAKE email offer. Totally done with Teleflora.

      BLUF: Do not use for special occasions as order can be cancelled last minute without notification. Ordered Premium Flowers for $275 on 1 AUG for delivery on 8 AUG for a special occasion. Received confirmation and credit card charged. Received a text on 6 AUG stating flowers could not be delivered on 9 AUG and to call to contact them. Called **************** and after looking up our order - they wanted to know ***why*** we called. We read the text and they asked if delivery on 9 AUG (one day later was acceptable). We agreed. Today noticed a full refund to our credit card. The company CANCELLED order ***without notification***. Tried to call ****************. When using phone tree option option to look up order with order number...the call was automatically disconnected. Called back again and selected the option if order information/phone number not available. **************** stated order cancelled because no local florist "had the resources" and would not accept order. Meanwhile it is too late to order from another company - and the special event is ruined. It seems from other reviews - this is a trend. A Better Business would have 1. Notified customer of cancellation 2. Explained WHY order couldn't be delivered so customer would have had time to cancel and use another vendor. 3. Have a phone tree system that would take calls from cancelled orders 4. Fixed their business model as current system is not working as local florists will not work with the company. No canned response will change the truth - or convince us to use Telaflora again. Upon reading other reviews - glad there was a 100% refund and that we saved the original conformation / tracking number to confirm order was cancelled while we still have 2 days to find a replacement.
