Cancelled my order twice with no explanation because it was questionable. What they dont like my choice of funeral flowers? The second time I even placed it by phone. It was cancelled again. Customer service agents barely speak English and have no idea what to do to help you. Never again.Teleflora

Do not order from this company. They are the absolute worst! They cannot even send an order confirmation with correct information on it. How am I to expect the order will be correct when the confirmation is not? I cannot confirm the order on the website because the box to put the order number in does not function. I cannot look up the order. I can call the least competent people on Earth, in another country, who will assure of things that they cannot confirm in writing. The super unprofessional solution of the girl on the phone is that I should just call Monday from the funeral when they s**** it up so they can see if they can get me a refund. IT'S A FUNERAL!!!!!! NOT A SHOPPING/SNOOPING EVENT!!!!!!! AND IT'S IMPORTANT THAT THEY BE THERE AND THAT THE NOTE AND THE PLANTS BE CORRECT!!!!!!Teleflora

I ordered 3 arrangements on line from Teleflora The arrangements were being made by the same person going to the same place, The way that online ordering process was each order had to be done individually and generated a delivery charge for each item. Since this was done during the Christmas holiday I had no idea who the florist was going to be in my area delivering. When the local Florist delivered they agreed with me that I should have been charged only one delivery charge but said they were not able to do anything because the order had been done through Teleflora and that I should contacted them to get a credit. I contacted Teleflora the day after Christmas. They said that there was nothing they could do because the order had already gone through. This is totally untrue because when I asked what would've happened if I was unsatisfied with the arrangements or if they were unable to deliver. They said they would credit me, so why can't they credit for charging me a triple delivery fee? Theyare refusing to even consider working out some type of a compensation and obviously aren't as concerned about customer satisfaction as they are profit.Teleflora

I was fraudulently charged by Teleflora. The total amount onscreen showed $64. When processed, the total amount was $70. This is an absolutely deplorable act by Teleflora. I never agreed to the amount charged. I am filing all kinds of complaints right now. This is illegal.Teleflora

Ordered a large poinsettia for my sister (based on picture). The order was left at the door (no door bell was rung, people were home) in freezing weather and when it was found was DEAD plus it was not what I ordered. Instead of one large poinsettia it was two small ones in a basket. Called **************** and was told they would contact the florist and have another plant delivered the next day. THAT DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED. Called **************** again and she offered no help to resolve the problem nor did she say anything about a note from the previous call the day before. We canceled the order and ask for a refund. What was to be a SURPRISE turned out to be a TOTAL EMBARRASSING DISASTER. I will never order from Teleflora again and will inform family and friends about the service and product I received.Teleflora

1 Star is too high a rating. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered. They were left on the doorstep (no doorbell was rung) in the freezing weather and consequently died upon being brought into the home. Teleflora offered a 30% discount on the order, no replacement, and my sister got dead flowers for her birthday. HORRIBLE product, service, and non-resolution! I'll never order from them again.Teleflora

Fake business and reviews. They specifically give you a calendar of availability and charge you accordingly. THEN they see if there are any local florists available to fill the order. If not, they call you AFTER your order was supposed to be delivered and say "sorry, we couldn't fulfill it." Then when you ask where you can leave a review, they give you an email address. They prompt reviews on the website right after you place your order - before they have a chance to mess it up and show you that they're just a B.S. agency that makes promises it can't fulfill as a business model. If you're ordering these for a scheduled event, like a funeral - you're screwed. There's zero accountability.Teleflora

I placed an order for same day delivery (paid xtra). It wasn't delivered. I called next day , they had wrong address . I never got an email, so they delivered it a day late . I had the recipient send me a picture of the arrangement it looked nothing like what I had ordered. I was embarrassed of it, and very disappointed. The money you pay for it and to have it look like they went in their yard and pulled weeds. I will not recommend that company to anyone.Teleflora

I ordered a Christmas display for my mother and father-in-law, what they received was nothing at all what I ordered. I contacted the company and let them know that I was very disappointed. I asked them for a refund or to send them what I originally ordered. The total bill for shipping and handling was $80.08 they refunded me $24.02.Teleflora

I ordered flowers for someone's birthday / Veterans Day. I got an email said it was delivered , never got them! I call that day for them to tell me they were not deliverable to that address . I live at that same address, they told me to confirm and I did . They said they will give a 30% discount. Wow cool. But still never received the flowers, I asked for the company they said they can't disclose that I formation but when I bought the flowers it gave it to me then.... I called 3 more times and still never got the flowers or an email about the complaint, at this point I want my money back and I will never order from them again! Waste of money. Horrible ****************. They have no problem taking the money fast but they don't want to give it back even without getting the arrangement.Teleflora
