    I have had a subscription with them for some time and found I no longer use it. I have gone to their website and tried to unsubscribe, but keep getting caught in a loop on the site making it too complicated to unsubscribe. When I go to the manage subscription button it will not let me select the button to manage it or cancel my subscription.

    False advertising and complete refusal to honor satisfaction guarantee in a meaningful way. They advertise their products as being natural and using only natural sources of fragrance. Due to medical issues, I cannot tolerate strong, fake fragrances, so I buy natural. When I received my first order of several deodorants (enough to last me most of the year), they smelled so strongly of cheap cologne that I could not tolerate them and never even opened them. Several of the products do not even smell like the scents they are named after. Just cologne. I emailed customer support and they made me fill out a detailed satisfaction form. After that, they told me I could receive store credit. I explained to them that I am unable to use store credit, as I cant tolerate their products. This is not a resolution to me and I am not a satisfied customer. It is the same as them just keeping my money, because I cant use the store credit. I also cant afford to buy new deodorant that I need. This was my budget for deodorant for the next 6-12 months. They still refused to budge. They insisted they would never want any customer to have a bad experience but also that they would do nothing for me. When I explained they were forcing me to have a bad experience when it would be so easy for them to do the right thing and that taking care of customers is part of doing business and building a good reputation, they again refused to do anything while still insisting this is never the experience they would want any of their customers to have!!! Its crazy. I wish I had never gotten involved with this company. The time and effort and stress I have gone through for a month is outrageous when this should have been an easy customer service issue. I want my money back. The products are unused, and I cant use store credit, nor can I afford to lose $50 and not receive the personal hygeine items that money was budgeted for.

    I placed an order for soap on 12/3/24 and still havent received it. Ive attempted contacting them by email which is the only way to contact their customer service. I got a generic reply and then nothing. It has now been 29 days and the tracking info still only says label printed. I could buy the soap from ******* but wanted a special kind available only online for a gift. Christmas is over and I want a refund.

    Order No. #******** November 14, 2024 Total$144.05 They tried to help, but then said , its okay to send damaged product and underweight product.They sent me broken soap, which was received with corners torn off and damaged soap, they also advertised 141 grams per soap, all of the soap i received was underweight,they answered back to my inquiry, but said its their normal business practice to send broken soap in the mail to their loyal customers, and its okay if contents are damaged and liquid bottles are leaking because of shipping.this is what I ordered, ****************************************************************************** all soap was damaged, broken, underweight. all the deodorant was damaged also, and so were the liquid items.they are selling underweight and damaged product advertised as new and ripping the consumers off. they should be punished for consumer fraud.

    im making this complaint because i had one of the worst experiences ever with this company so i was looking at the Dr ******************** website because my son came to me expressing interest in purchasing some of their products so i looked around but it was just a little to expensive for soap a few minutes after leaving there website strangely i received a text from a customer service *** who offered to give me a one time promotion code which I actually gladly accepted, but I noticed a few stranger occurrences so he told me he was giving me 25% off my first order however, after attempting to use this promotional code numerous times it just wasnt adding up my order was well over 100 I believe like 132 take away 25%. It was only taking $16 off so I find that extremely strange and every time I would put different things in my cart the value of the promotion seem to change with it just seemed really strange and underhanded it was weird seem like The promotion depended on what I put in my cart and it was never close to 25% there was a few other things like they had a promotion going on if you spend over $80 get a free mens cologne but every time I use the promotional code it would take out the free cologne just Weird and It was actually making me really upset i attempted to contact customer service with minimal success still i said whatever was gonna just cut my losses i attempted to place a order the funds were immediately debited from my account 10 seconds later, I received a notification saying that my order couldnt be processed yet. They still took the money. That was the first time I had to wait two days to receive my money. **************** gave me some generic response. Didnt make much sense Still decided to give them another shot at which time the same thing happened. They debited the funds from my account 20 seconds later. I got a weird notification that my order couldnt be processed. They couldnt verify me just a bunch of nonsense again had to wait days horrible

    Company signed me up for reoccurring charges when i never signed up for them. I did not have an account with the company and they held on to my card to charge me for reoccurring payments. When asked to refund or return within hours of the charge they were unable to and kept the money. Deceptive practices and no returns or refunds for products.

    Dr. Squatch decided to enroll me in a subscription when i only ordered one time almost a year ago. This month i am notified my "subscription" has shipped!! To an address i have not lived at for over 8 months. i contact them via their only method email and get we will get back to you promptly. Nothing for over a week and you cant click anything on their website under "subscription". i will dispute charges ans file AG complaint as well. They are a Scam!

    Ive ordered soap from these people twice. The first never came and was stolen by a delivery service they use called ontrac. I talked to them and they resent that order after about a week of waiting on a response. I ordered some more because I thought customer service was nice about it. The second order I purchased said out for delivery today in ******** *************. Never came and somehow ended up in ******** again like the first order. They are lying about the whereabouts of my package. They have to stop suing ontrac and go after them for stealing customer merchandise. ****** also neeeds to be looked into. Ive seen multiple customer complaints of packages never being delivered and stolen. Something needs to be done about these two companies. This is insane and shouldnt be happening. $80 worth of merchandise just stolen.

    the trial order i made last month said i had 3 months to decide if i wanted a susbcription but at the one month mark they scheduled me for a subscription. I felt the trial product was not woth the subscription but the misleading marketing led me to believe i had time to cancel. Upon notification of the order i requested the company cancel. Instead the proceeded to repeatedly ship me extra shipping updates. Each time i responded that i did not order i did not want a subscription or the order they were sending . With sufficient time to cancel they sent the order anyway.

    October 17 2024 Company restarted my subscription without permission saying I never canceled it when I talk to somebody Via their chat option on their website six months before that saying that they would cancel my order. They proceeded to tell me that I only had a 30 minute window after the order went through to cancel which conveniently for them happened at 1 AM in the morning. Seems like shady business practice to me. They refused to work with me and kept giving me their scripted apology about how basically its my fault.
