    3 years ago, we paid for a website. We never completed it, we never published it - we did not ask for our 3 year fee back from them. However, they have now charged us $430 claiming that the site (that was never used) had an auto-renew feature on it, so they are refusing to refund this fee. I consider this fraud, as we never asked for this to renew, and clearly did not intend for it to renew. T

    I am filing this complaint due to Wix.coms continued unauthorized charges to my credit card despite my having canceled my membership several months ago. I followed the appropriate cancellation procedures on their platform and BELIEVED my account was canceled on their end after speaking on the phone with a representative.However, *** has continued to bill my account without my consent. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company through both email and phone communication. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response, acknowledgment, or assistance from their customer service team.This lack of response and ongoing billing is unacceptable and amounts to unauthorized use of my financial information. I consider this a breach of consumer trust and a failure of Wix to uphold basic standards of service and accountability.I am requesting a full reimbursement of all charges made to my account after the date of my confirmed cancellation. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.

    I was a customer of Wix for 3 years in buying web services for a hobby website. I should have only purchased 1 year as I mostly abandoned the site within a year, but I renewed for a couple years just in case I wanted to work on it again. Unfortunately, I did not regularly check the email that I had created for the site so I lost track of the renewal date which was Feb 14. In February I noticed that I had been charged $348 in January by *** for the upcoming year of 2025. I advised Wix on 2/16/2025 that I was no longer using the site and no longer needed their services and requested a refund. *** refused every request I made simply due to their "no refund" policy after the initial 14 days for an account. They refused any kind of pro-rated refund even though I cancelled 2 days into the new period. This is an arbitrary and unfair policy by a company to treat all funds as 100% earned even before the period of service has commenced. I believe this is unfair and very poor of Wix. I wasn't displeased with their product, but very disappointed in how they handled this situation.

    April 12th we had an event that made us over 8k dollars and we had been receiving our payouts from our wix platform up until then. Once our payout was scheduled to be transfered wix put a hold on our funds. It has been since April 12th and we have not received our funds. We have verified all info that was asked of us we, made calls and sent messages and all we keep receiving is that the verification process is still pending. This process states 7-10 days to verify if needed and it has now been and exact month. I am requesting all of my funds to be sent to my approved account that was verified and has been in use since the creation of my website in 2021. All the fees charged to facilitate this transaction need to be waived at this point and included in my payout.

    wix.com account was cancelled 11/30/24, however, I have been billed via credit card for Dec 2024, Jan, Feb, March, APril and May 2025. It has been reported to both vistaprint and wix, however the charges still post to credit card.

    WIX - buyer beware. Do not go with this service. They auto-renewed my daughter's account at double the price. I spent over 30 minutes on their chat trying to get help with no resolution. Complete scam. They said they sent me an email which i never received. I only knew it renewed as the charge hit my account. Seems rather scam-ish.

    My organization, since 2015, has had a paid premium subscription with Wix.com. In an attempt to curve costs, I chose to log in on April 22, 2025 and look the current price plans. As a customer of countless online shopping vendors, I am used to seeing a log in screen with selecting ****** as the option to make a purchase. As I moved through the prompts on Wix.com in hopes of seeing several "pay later options" at the ****** POS, I not only never arrived to ******* but Wix.com took my money of $145.94 in full from my personal account.I immediately used their chat bot feature as talking to a live human being is slim to none. After chatting with one agent, then placing a phone call request and speaking to another agent, I was informed to take this matter up with ******. From April 22, 2025 until May 5, 2025, I worked with ****** in a dispute open case. I finally speak with a supervisor today who informs me that it is Wix.com who has to issue the refund. The problem with this is that both agents told me that their syste does not issue refunds and that I have to take it up with *******The ****** option is misleading. When at checkout for other sites, I see options within ****** to choose from such as accounts, pay later, etc...when I selected this option to see what I thought were additional payment options, I was billed the entire amount I am needing to dispute this as it is coming from my personal account and not the business account.I have since filed two refund requests with Wix.com, still have an open case with ****** which has been denied twice and I am still appealing. I have been denied with no accountability, and forced to pay for a premium annual subscription that I never intended buying because we already had a paid subscription since 2015.

    On 4/25/25 I purchased a premium plan and domain from Wix.com. I got an Email confirmation from Wix.com. On 4/27/25 the charges registered on my bank account. When I chose a web site template, modified it and tried to point my domain to it, I would get an error message to get a premium plan. I went through the ** chat bot, and then a live agent. They did not see the plan, and there is no direct customer service line available, the live agent told me (*******). This has been a run around with the ** Assist. I now simply want my account to be credited for the domain and premium plan charge. Wix.com appears to be denying that I paid for the service.

    Formal Complaint Against Wix Repeated Support Failures, Billing Issues, and Business Interruption To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Wix.com for ongoing failure to provide proper technical support, unreturned call requests, and surprise billing. As a paying business user, I have experienced ***eated negligence and unprofessionalism from their customer serviceparticularly when dealing with urgent issues that are actively harming my companys operations.When I requested a callback for critical site design issues, the Wix AI chatbot trapped me in an endless loop of irrelevant prompts, despite multiple clear messages like JUST GET ME THE CALLBACK PLEASE. Eventually, I was routed to a *** named *****, who failed to resolve the issue after I explained that outdated bilingual products were populating my ****** Shopping feed with no visible way to remove them from the dashboard. I asked clearly for help isolating and deleting these listings. Instead, I received vague responses and no actionable steps.Meanwhile, Ive been charged fees I never knowingly authorized, and no ***resentative has followed up with clarity or resolution. This is not just poor customer serviceits a disruption to my livelihood. I have wasted hours chasing support with no accountability or escalation path.I demand a senior-level callback, a thorough review of my billing history, and a resolution to the e-commerce feed issue.     Cancelled my service with wix.com on 3/10 wwhen I received the reminder of the yearly renewal. I spoke to customer service and she cancelled it for me and issued a refund request. Saying it would take up to 20 business days to hear back. On 3/13 they sent me a nasty message because ****** said to dispute the charge because of the 20days. Then on 3/27 they emailed saying my refund was approved and it would take up to 20days to see the refund. So Here we are at May 1. and no refund. I cannot get anyone on the phone or via chat to do anything but say someone will look into iot.
