I had made a purchase on April 4th at 7:41pm, the store was a little busy but I was checking out and the person that was checking me out forgot to take off the alarming ink which I didnt notice until I had washed my clothing and it destroyed my 2 white bodysuits. I had called the store to see if something can be done about it and they said that I have to spend more money just to replace the item I had bought (she said all sales are final) which I think is actually ridiculous that I have to spend more money for the employee negligence. The employee was busy worrying about closing up the store and trying to get the line to get the line to go down. I cant even get a refund for the damages that this had caused. I was so exited to buy new clothes on my birthday and wear the items just for me to realize that I cannot wear them due to the hideous blue stains on my clothing.Initial Complaint

I purchased an order from Forever 21 online. Order number ********** on 12/2/24. The order was not delivered until be early two months later 1/23/25, by that time I no longer needed these items. I returned the order in tact with tags attached and unworn unwashed on 2/11/25. It delivered on 3/31/25. I recieved an email from the company today on 4/1/25 stating that they cannot process my return because the items are washed, damaged, worn. This is simply not possible and unacceptable. I am filing this complaint against Forever 21 in ******, **, regarding a mishandled ***** return. ***** uses Forever 21 as a third-party return partner, and I dropped off my return at the ****** location on Thursday, February 27, 2025, around 2:00 PM.When I handed my items to the cashier, she scanned my ***** return QR code, bagged my items, and told me I was good to go. She did not provide a receipt and stated that I would receive confirmation via email. However, on Tuesday, March 3, 2025, I received an email from ***** stating that they were still waiting for my returned items.I immediately reached out to *****, who advised me to contact the Forever 21 store manager. When I called the store, the manager informed me that there was nothing she could do, stating that her cashiers are trained in returns and that the store does not provide refunds for ***** orders. While I understand that Forever 21 cannot issue a refund for a third-party return, the cashier did not properly process my return, resulting in my package being lost.The store manager then directed me to contact corporate to request security camera footage as proof that I did, in fact, drop off my return. I am now left without my items and without a refund, through no fault of my own.Desired Resolution:I am seeking assistance from Forever 21s corporate office to:-Locate my returned items and ensure they are properly processed by *****.-If the return cannot be located, provide compensation equivalent to the value of my lost items.-Implement better training or protocols to prevent similar issues in the future.I appreciate your time and assistance in resolving this matter. I entered Forever 21 in **************** on February 7, 2025 around 6:52pm EST to shop. Upon entering the store, the upstairs was blocked. I asked the store representative who was standing at the door could I go up the stairs for a quick second to look for a specific item. She let me know that the top was closed and I could not go up. Because this is the only space where men's clothes are sold, I asked her to confirm with a manager that I could not shop in the men's section being the that the store was still opened. She went to the register to confirm. She came back with confirmation that I could not go up. I pulled out my cellular device to record the response, because I was flabbergasted the store was opened and I could not access the men's section. I asked her to go to the manager with me so that I could ask about the Forever 21 policy that restricts access to the men's section at a certain time. We went to the manager. The manager did not want to be recorded, but I did not stop as I desired to have evidence of this interaction. Initially, the manager said no. Then she said "it's not that big of a deal" and gave me permission to go up and made an inappropriate statement. I thanked her, went up the stairs, found the item and came back down. The manager had left the register and was standing at the front door when I passed her, it seemed that all was fine. The other representative was at the register, but she wasn't checking anyone out. A few minutes later, while I was in line with other customers, the manager came back with three officers. They questioned me about the encounter and let me know that the manager did not want me in the store and I could not purchase the item. I was shocked and when I asked the officers why they told me that she did not give them a reason. She just did not want me in the store anymore. I left, but it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. *I do have video recordings to support this complaint.Initial Complaint

Items/products said they were delivered with a picture of a envelope package near a locker which is not my front door. I looked everywhere and it could not be found. When I click the link for tracking, I am getting a message saying "Company Does Not Exist." I contacted Forever 21 the day after it said "Delivered" to see if I can get a refund and they explained they will look into this for me. I have not heard back from them yet.Initial Complaint

After day 2/6 I wont be shopping at forever 21 anymore I went the location in ************** where they had the sale that all clearance is $5 I grab two items of the rack that said $5 it didnt ring up that price and the cashier didnt honest it then I went to the location in mentor where the cashier left 2 of the security tags on my items I left the receipt because it was all clearance items and I know no return I called they gave me a hard time and no apology or anything then I went to the location in ********* again today hoping they fixed the pricing still saying they cant honor the price any other store will terrible customer serviceInitial Complaint

Ive had my forever 21 credit for some time with a limit of $750. I dont shop here often, last March 2024 my wallet was stolen and I called forever 21 comenity to report my credit card stolen. They stated they would cancel my previous card and send me a new one. I have my new card in my possession and havent made a transaction since April 2024 at my local mall. On 9/24 I was charged $637 at a mall in ********. Which also that charged should have exceeded my credit limit but it still went through. Next day, I get a fraud text asking if I was trying to use my card at *************** for $438.34 to which I replied No and was told I would get a new card in the mail. However, I see multiple charges of $100 and more being charged. No other fraud texts were sent to me to let me know and how these transactions were approved over my credit limit is beyond me. I know owe $6291.79 when my credit limit was only $750 and I havent made a purchase since April 2024. I have no idea how this happened if I have my credit card in possession and the previous compromised one should have been cancelled but clearly not since these thieves were able to still use the card. I am writing to formally file a complaint against Forever 21 regarding an undelivered order I placed on November 20th, 2024, with order number **********. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through their customer service channels, I have not received the items I purchased, nor have I been provided with a satisfactory solution.Details of the Issue:Order Number: ********** Date of Order: November 20, 2024 Shipping Carrier: *** Tracking Numbers: ************ and 1ZC6W9790319010162 The tracking information for the shipment has not been updated, and *** has been unable to provide further details about the packages location. I never received my package. Upon looking at the delivery it is stated it was left at my front door by the delivery company and that was false. I reached out to forever 21 immediately and sent them my ring footage and I was told I would be contacted within 7 business days and it has almost been a month coming up on January *******. My package was thrown out of the carriers van the carrier did not get out of the vehicle to deliver my package safely or correctly which resulted in me not receiving it.Initial Complaint

On January 3, 2025, I purchased a few items at the Forever 21 at the ************ in ********, ************. I went into return two pairs of boots valued at $9.50 each, and was denied a return as I was told it was a final sale. Not one person at the store said clearance items were final sales, nor is there one sign in the store. It is written on the receipt, but once a receipt is printed, you have already paid and you cant return the item! They refused to take my return, and there is no way to contact corporate headquarters, as customer service wont do anything either. The manager, *** *****, if that is his real name told me theres nothing he can do and thats the way that its always been. What kind of answer is that? I know the amount is minimal, its the principal. Nothing was clearly advertised that Clearance items are final sale. Even after telling the manager that and he acknowledging it, he still would not give me my money back. Their policy is very ambiguous and misleading.
