  Sent back items and they refuse to process my refunds. I have been calling them since 3/29/23. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are THEIFS THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN

  I had ordered over $80 worth of merchandise to start a new job the package was sent back they sent me a gift card to fix the issue when I went to use the gift card they had canceled it & not honoring the amount,

  While shopping at forever 21 at ********* I had a hard time finding anything due to everything being just a big mess. There was a lot of clothes just thrown everywhere and clothes not being where they are suppose to be.

  I placed a order with forever 21 on 03/27/2023 on 04/04/23 it say my order was derived i than contacted the shipping company Ontrac that forever 21 use. They dropped my package off at the wrong apartment .I told forever 21 even sent them picture to show it wasnt my door the package was dropped at . Ontrac than sent me a e -mail to send to forever 21 saying they unable to confirm control of my package . Forever 21 will not help me at all with this issue .I shop with forever 21 all the time i should not be treated like this when im spending my hard earned money with this company .I just need help .

  Call us boujee but my mom never allowed me to shop at stores like rue 21, forever 21, and agacci back in the day and I completely understand why. **************** and quality is everything. Today we go to Forever 21 to use Malayhas bday gift card she asked for of 50$ from her grandfather. She picks out 2 jackets for her and her bestfriend. The total purchase is 54$ and change. The cashier slides the gift card and tells us 4& and change is due. I say okay. Then the lady says ooo our system is down we cant process the gift card. I ask for our money back for the gift card. The manager tells me they dont do refunds for gift cards and the system has been down nationwide for a week and she doesnt know when the gift card system will be up again. I ask for corporates number. She tells me she only has the same one I have found on ****** which doesnt have a direct customer service line. So we get to the car. ******* tries to order online and her 50$ gift card now says the card has a 0$ balance. We walk back in the mall. The manager has pregnant me standing for a total of 16 min ( yes I counted). She comes back and says that there is nothing she can do and gives me the 0$ gift card back.So at this point Im no longer calm. I call the police cause you just stole from a 12 year old. Officer comes and the lady laughs and tells him she cant do anything when he asks her why she cant give me the items, let me pay the 4$, and she keepthe gift card. She proceeds to say there is nothing she can do and we leave with nothing after 2 hrs of standing.Forever 21 you are thieves, and customer service is poor. Give my baby her money.

  Forever 21 is defrauding their customers, and then blaming them for it. I ordered a bodysuit that was black with pink piping and straps. I received a similar black bodysuit, but it was clearly not the same one because the one I got was all black. When I tried to chat with customer service they repeatedly said it was the same bodysuit, even with pictures showing the clear difference, and said it was my fault for choosing black. They said it's a final sale item so they're not going to take it back or refund me. The woman just kept saying they sent me the right item and I'm wrong. A baby could see the difference between these two bodysuits. Forever 21 is selling clothes using fake images of what the item will look like, tricking their customers, and if you complain they'll say it's your fault.

  I have been denied entry at the Forever 21 store located in Woodfield mall (5 Woodfield Mall D 116, Schaumburg, IL XXXXX) before the store is expected to close.
  The first time it happened I went up to the mall ******* desk to confirm my suspicion( that the employee had lied to me) saying they were closed. He had also told me he was the manager.
  
  The second and most recent time I saw a employee turn away a black couple. I had looked at the hours of operation online and I still had 40 minutes to close, and sure enough the employee told me they were closed as he blocked my path. I looked at my watch in disbelief and said online says they are open, but he continued to block my path by standing in front of me and told me the store was closed as I saw other shoppers inside.
