      I ordered a package on the Forever 21 app for pickup in store. The app to this day still says they will notify me "when this order is ready for pickup."When I called today to see when I could pick it up, they said it was cancelled, and I could not get the same price despite having already paid for it.This is the first store I've dealt with that did not update their status on their app, did not give out information about the expected pick-up time on the app, and did not post anywhere that the order was cancelled.I am very disappointed with the customer service there, especially since I had already paid for the item and was just waiting for the status to change on the app so I could go pick it up.

      I ordered a package it must have been stolen. They made me wait 2 months had to do a police report and everything. Told me they couldn't help me see what the police can do for me, and also wouldn't let me speak to a manager.

      Horrible service! I had placed an order on August *******. I called back the next morning to cancel an item off because it was a duplicate item that I ordered by accident and the representative **** was rude and she didnt allow me to cancel the item nor did she allow me to speak to a supervisor. The items that I ordered hadnt shipped out yet.

      Forever 21 customer service reps are horrible and liars! I ordered clothes on July 19th. Forever 21 updated stating the package was shipped, and I should receive on July 22nd. I checked *** tracking and its stating they NEVER RECEIVE THE PACKAGED. I called forever 21 on July 29th they stated I should receive it and it was shipped (Lying) I called again today and now a rep is stating wait an additional 3 days, that the package probably got lost and it probably was not shipped. This is beyond ridiculous I am very disappointed!

      Ordered a package and never received it , call the agent 3 times. Not only they are super rude and refuse to help since they said we sent the tracking email to you , you need to call DHL company to see where your packages location from this point I will never shop this company ever again!

      The Forever 21 store location at *************** has the worst customer service I've seen! The **************** alike ignore their customers, it makes the shopping experience unpleasant. Thanks. ************************

      I ordered something online on Jan 25 for instore pick up and didnt see I got the email that it had arrived on Jan 30 and the last day was feb 6 to pick it up and I waited too long before I found it it was already past the pick up date. So it said it would automatically return after that date and I thought it would refund me automatically but no I had to contact them and they officially canceled the order on feb 24 but its been a month since I initially ordered and havent gotten the refund whenever I live chat they tell me that there was an error on their end and just kept telling me to wait so I ended up just disputing it with my bank. So beware of that! They wont refund you and just say 1-2 business days then 2-5 and so on

      I placed an online order with Forever 21 relying on the integrity of the business to be delivered to one of their locations at **************** ************** ** only to get told that my order didn't exist. I called customer service. **************** assured me that the store has had my order since February 1, 5 days already. However, the store stated they didn't have my order nor did it exist in their system. Very disappointing. I expected more from Forever 21.

      My package was stolen and forever21 did absolutely nothing to help resolve or come to a mutual resolution. I cannot express enough how i will never shop your establishment again!!!

      My daughter, who is a minor, made a purchase on their app using a gift card, but never received a confirmation email. I contacted the company via their chat app and the person on the other end kept asking repetitive questions not actually helping the situation. Then said he/she needed to escalate the issue to their manager because they couldnt find the information and my daughter would receive an email. The employee kind of rushed to get off the chat which lead me to believe nothing would actually happen. Its been 3 days and no response. Since the order was placed and since no items are being shipped I want the money put back on her gift card immediately.
