      I placed an order online at the end of November 2023. On November 29, 2023, an email confirmation was sent to notify the order was on its way with the tracking number. When I checked for delivery a few days later, the delivery comment said the package was "out for delivery" at 9 a.m., and at 1:20 p.m., the comment said "not safe to leave" without ever indicating why and not F21 or the delivery vendor ever contacted me to make an effort for the delivery attempt. 12/15/2023, I made an effort to contact F21 as I fear this package will not be delivered to me successfully and may even be "lost/missing," which I do not want to be responsible for since it was not delivered to me. I tried the online agent, and after connecting and providing my information and my confirmation number, the agent never replied, and our chat got disconnected. I called the toll-free number and waited for an agent. Spoke to the agent and described the situation and how this would've been handled more efficiently. The agent said, looking at the record, the vendor has not been able to deliver, and the package has been returned and is on its way back to us F21. However, until they receive the package, a refund will take at least 2-3 weeks. I advised the agent I would like to escalate and speak to a supervisor, and I was put on hold. Then, the agent came back on the phone line to advise that no supervisor was available and that they would only be able to call me back 24 - 36 hours later. Then I got disconnected. It is very frustrating and unprofessional, and they are holding my money, which I am not responsible for due to the undelivered package being on its way back to the F21 online.

      Forever 21's customer service is horrendous and this company is doing extremely unethical things to its customers. They charged me for an order that they cancelled, and then refused to refund me. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to sell something to someone and then fail to send the purchased item. I've been fighting the company for 10 days now trying to get my money back. I've spoken to countless customer service agents, each time waiting 2 hours in the chat queue and hours over the phone. Each time, they hang up on me when I ask to speak with their supervisor for the refund. There is literally no way to talk to customer service without waiting HOURS just for them to hang up on you. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company, which was resolved. However, BEWARE of purchasing from Forever 21. They will cancel your order, overcharge you, and it will be impossible to get your money back from them. Completely unethical.

      I bought a pair of boots and they got ruined after walking while wearing them for one day. I went to the store being super nice and the girl at the front desk was super rude, told me she had nothing to do with the quality of the shoes, and told me to call customer service. I did, they apologized and promised me a resolution in 72 hours ***. I got a call from the girl at the store, being once again very unpleasent, asking me why I had called to complain about them. I told her I didn't call to complain about her, that I had called -as she has suggested herself- to explain what had happened, and the woman at the phone was very surprised by the treatment at the store, but I had called only to ask for a refund. She said they wou ld call me, they never did. This happened several times, I asked for a case number which changed overtime as the issue escalated. I called again, they apologized, and told me they would call This never happened, so I called again. Right now, I'm calling for the 6th or 7th time and I've been waiting for an hour, still no response. I feel disrespected and lied to, I wasted hours of my time at this point, and I don't think the refund will even be enough to make me feel better after so much disrespect towards me as a customer. Basically booooo terrible terrible customer service

      I talked to **** who was VERY RUDE AND CONTINUED TO SPEAK OVER ME, CONTINUING TO SAY THAT I STATED A "REFUSAL TO PAY" because I can't afford to pay what he wanted.

      Horrible company. I dont know how they are still in business. I made the mistake of buying a sweater here. The following day I went back to return it and I had the receipt and they still argued with me. I had to wait a substantial amount of time and then get a second manager to finally refund me. They were extremely rude and argumentative. Its not rocket science to do a refund. How ignorant can you be that you dont even know how to do that. Think twice before doing business here. They dont have nothing special to sell and have horrible customer service. Look at their reviews and that speaks for itself. I will never do business here again.

      This company is terrible! I have had so many issues with online orders. My first issue was when I tried to place an order using Klarna. It would not go through on their end but I was charged through Klarna. It took weeks to finally fall off as a pending charge. Most recently I placed an order online and an item was out of stock. They said they would refund the $10 but instead recharged me! This was for the full amount. It has been weeks and is still showing as a pending charge on my Forever 21 card. Every time I call I get a different answer and told "just wait longer". I keep getting different dates and no one seems to understand what I am asking. The manager was even worse! The credit card company was even less help. The card company and forever 21 keep blaming each other. I keep being told my issue has been escalated but never hear back. Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The manager basically said they have no idea what they are talking about. She didn't know much more than they do.

      I applied for the Forever21 credit card, paid ONE of my balances late, but mind you - my account was fully paid off in MARCH. However, I kept getting notices of late payment EVEN THOUGH, I haven't shopped at Forever 21 since JANUARY. It is August. SOMEHOW the minimum interest charge is being compounded with late fees and NOW I OWE $62...which I'm only finding out about now because ***** notified me that my credit score was being impacted. This is extremely ridiculous. I was never told that there would be a $2 recurring interested charge FOR TWO MONTHS - EVEN AFTER I HAVE PAID OFF THE FULL BALANCE. Close my account immediately. Will never open another Credit Card with Forever 21. You lost a customer for life.

      Their customer service is trash. They are always late on orders, lose orders and do not offer any discounts or compensation. People barely speak English. Managers and supervisors don't give a **** about anything when you call or chat. They are terrible. Look at all the 1 star reviews. This is not just me.

      3 of the 4 items I ordered where not at all like pictured, and then their policy says I have to pay for the returns. I reached out to customer service, and while they were nice, they were not at all helpful. Even if an item arrives damaged, youd have to pay for returns. I will be disputing through my credit card company.
