      **** ** store. Big red signs buy one get 50% off second pair. Nothing about exclusions. Choose hands free slip ins and another brand. Sales representative rang up both at listed price. She was not sure why discount was not showing. Got the manager. Manager advised that slip ins (with red/orange dot) were excluded. This was false advertising. There was NOTHING in the store to tell you this.

      We are so sorry to hear about your experience at our ****, ** store. Just for future reference, most of our promotions will have some sort of exclusions. The exclusions are displayed in smaller print on the banners and signs in each store. We will make it a point to advertise this to customers more clearly moving forward. Thank you

      What happened to the Max ********** line? Every style that's available are "Slip Ins"!! I'm not 80 yrs old, I like to tie my shoes! I want the security of laces and hate the looks of a Slip In shoe! They look like Croc's. Bring back the Max ********** Go Run line with Laces!! I've purchased 5 pairs over the years to use at work, 10 hrs on my feet, but now have no options. Not too happy Sketchers!!

      Within the last month I have purchased three pair of shoes from Skechers I have paid for them on line, they excepted my purchase; so far the end of the story I have never received any of the shoes. I want the shoes immediately or my money back.

      I made an online purchase for a pair of weather resistant fall/winter boots. When they arrived they were NOT in a "wide" size. I sent them back for a refund. They are refusing to credit my debit card or issuing & mailing a check for the amount of purchase!!!!

      Placed order and now I am ghosted. **************** is of zero help. Never received order, never received tracking, never received any emails. Avoid purchasing online at all costs unless you like going thru the hassle of filing a chargeback with your bank.

      I've been buying sketchers for years. And it seems in the past couple of years the quality of the shoes has gone down hill.. I purchased a pair of casual shoes and a pair of the new "slip ons" . After 3 months they both pair started coming apart,stitching coming apart on one pair and the slip one souls are coming apart. For what sketchers charges they should last a lot longer. I think I'll try a different brand of shoes

      I purchased two pair of shoes and received two pairs of shoes that I did not ordered. So I returned them and have not got any updates of my refund after 2 weeks. I tried to contact customer service and it was a nightmare. First, I called and hold it for over 45 minutes and still nobody answered it. I also tried live chat. During operation hours, I tried ********** and was told ********** that no live agents available. And finally I was able to chat with a agent, she asked my all the information and told me she will check, then she ended the conversation said I was not responding. I was waiting the whole time when she was checking (if she was really doing it), and it was only 2 minutes before she ended the chat, she did not even ask again if I was still there. Horrible horrible customer service experience. Will not purchase from Skechers again.

      This company has gone downhill. I used to wear their shoes all the time and just recently ordered 2 pairs online. They were made with cheap materials and both had an odd fit so I returned both. One of them had such a wide heel that I thought I had mistakenly ordered men's shoes. When I checked, the were women's. After returning them, they issued an e-credit instead of a refund claiming that they were worn. I couldn't have worn them because they slipped right off my foot if I moved. I contacted custom support twice and they refused to do anything about it. The one customer service rep was so incredibly rude and was gaslighting me. I will never buy this brand again. Bad shoes and zero customer service. Such a shame because it used to be an awesome company.

      On 9/17/2023 me and my girlfriend went to Skechers. Soon as we entered the store I noticed the security guard watching us who is black. Me and my girlfriend are also black the guard followed us he went outside the store and was looking at us from the window in the aisles at first I thought he was on his phone until I noticed every aisle we were in he was looking at us from outside the store even when we were purchasing items at the register this guard continued to profile us when we exited the store thats when he went back in I contacted Skechers via telephone made a complaint no one responded since and I was told I would receive a follow up every time I attempt to call I cant get through the call disconnect we spend a lot of money at Skechers and should not be treated this way profiling and no response from the company maybe if we start complaining on social media itll make a difference and start spending out money at a company that cares.
