Hello,On May 2nd 2023 I was looking on the *** website at various products attempting to update my current auto ship items. The website did not function correctly and I ended up viewing multiple items and was unable to add any to my cart. I would click add item or update and nothing would load. I eventually closed the browser and went about my day. On May 3rd I was charged $116.45 for items I never purchased. I never once submitted a payment or checked out or was able to even view my cart on the website where this would have been possible. I emailed customer service on May 3rd regarding this activity on their webpage and there has been no response. I was charged for looking at items on a webpage and now I cannot get my money back from their mistake. If any of the items arrive to my address I will gladly send them back. Purchased blades and a new handle on 4/18/23. My bank account was charged. Have not received the item. They do not have live support on chat, there is no phone number to call. Had to search online. Number for them on your site is always busy. They do not respond to emails, and the have not responded to ******** messages. Feeling like this is a scam.Business Response

I have been a customer for years and never had a complaint. My last shipment 4 months ago had two defective cartridges. It would snap on the razor but the first swipe it would fall off. I even tried it on a new razor I had ordered with the same results.Business Response

I paused my subscription over a year ago. I didn't receive any shipments from DSC during that time, but I just found out that my card on file was being charged $20.80 every 3 months for 6 times. I checked my DSC account and I don't have anything in my subscription page.I was just being charged every 3 months for no reasons.I need a refund on those unwanted payments.Business Response

Those orders you are seeing on the account are from 2022. The last order you were billed for was back on 4/2/22. Please check your bank statement to be sure but the recurring box on the account is empty and nothing is being billed or shipped out every 3 months. I have had a subscription plan with this company for years. They recently charged me $20.63 on 4/10/23 for an order and when I received this package 4/15/23 it only contained one heritage series handle ($7.60) and was missing the remaining contents which were club series blades and club razor handle. I have attempted to reach them by chat which is always experiencing technical difficulties, called the phone number which results in a busy signal and have sent three emails without any reply. I was just looking for the refund for the missing razors which appear to cost $9.50 plus any applicable tax. I also attempted to cancel my monthly subscription membership but the quit button doesnt actually work and nothing happens. Will not allow me to cancel subscription.Business Response

As part of my order that was delivered on April 7, I was to receive (3) four pack club series blades and (1) club series handle. I received (2) four pack club series blades and (1) club series handle. I have been reaching out to Dollar Shave Club to resolve the issue since I have received my partial order. I keep receiving responses that someone will reach out to me soon but nobody has reached out in the past week. If you are wondering what you are looking at in the razor picture that is the first layer of my scalp. Zoom in and you can see the pours on it! This was done by the recent change in razors with dollar shave club. The old razor almost a year ago come apart and sliced my head open so this is the second time. The first time I made the company aware and was told sorry. I continued with the service reluctantly until today! No longer will I use this service nor will I recommend it. On April 1st, I placed an order in the amount of $29.35 to Dollar Shave Club. They confirmed the order via email, and I was sent a tracking number.I never received this package. According to the tracking it was delivered to the mailbox at my office on Friday, April 6th, after 6 PM. However, it was not in the mailbox. This is a locked mailbox, and I was the only one retrieving mail from it, so the package was misdelivered, and still marked "scanned, delivered to mailbox". I have asked around the neighboring offices to see if they received the package by mistake, but no one has it. I emailed Dollar Shave Club to ask them to resend the package, and I got an auto reply saying they would get back to me shortly, but that was several days ago and I've heard nothing from them, since. I've left messages on their ******** account and their ******** and no response. I would like DSC to either re-send the package or issue me a refund for the $29.35.Business Response

I have been a long time customer of DSC and on March 14, 2023 I received an email that my razors were shipped. It is April 13 and I have not received my razors as of yet. I have tried numerous attempts via email to contact them about my shipment but still have not gotten a response. Usually if theres bad weather or something else going on I have always gotten an email about my shipment being delayed. I received an email that my order (March 26) had shipped. It is now April 13 and I have not received my order. The tracking info that was sent with the March 26 email states, "Sorry, tracking isnt available for your package.Its on its way to you, but if you dont receive it within ***** days of it being shipped, contact us and well help you out." They don't have a viable way of contact. The "chat" does not work. They do not reply to emails. They were paid and I have not received the product.Business Response
