It looks like you signed up for the account back in November of 2022. When you did you were signed up for a subscription every other month. You did cancel the subscription today so nothing will be billed or shipped out going forward. I joined the ****** club for an introductory price and selected the option of every three months delivery. Two weeks three weeks tops after joining I was charged $21 and some change and theyre sending more stuff to me. Next shipment in three months. I dont need anything that quickly. I said every three months. I wasnt expecting to charge this quickly. And I dont see where they explained the program to me at all. In any of the correspondence they sent me. I have reached out to DSC multiple times via email with no response. I have tried to use the chat option for days but it says it's experiencing technical difficultly. I tried calling the numbers on the site and they are out of order. The last shipment i recieved AND PAID FOR included the incorrect blades that i cannot use. I want a refund immedietly. I canceled my membership this morning as this is not a company i want to do business with. i want a refund effective immedietly.Business Response

I purchased razors and handles with a money back guarantee and there is no way of getting them to respond. Every time I try the automated computer says that something is wrong.Business Response

I have been using dollar shave for numerous years. I order one razor a year and then refills last month. I got my razor and refill. Usually I just get the refills and its nine dollars a month every month as long as I can remember this month they decided to ship me two razors and six refills and charge me $51.34. I did not order this. *** tried to call both their phone numbers they wont respond. It just does a busy sound, I did the chat and got an email saying that they had received my information and will get back to me as soon as possible. That was two days ago. Theres no way to contact them and I tried to file a dispute with my bank but since they cant contact them either Im at $51.34 that I expect to be refunded to me. I need your help.Business Response

Long time member of this Dollar Shave Club but service is going downhill and there is no customer service. I purchased a replacement handle in another color and it was sent with my regular razor cartridges that do not fit the handle. I find there is not even a chat bot for customer service, much less a phone number. I want my phone back and a number that I can call to resolve such issues, or I will go elsewhere. Please note the many negative reviews on BBB site: they raise the question about how BBB gives an A+ rating to this company. This is a well known business, now owned by ********* which can certainly afford to invest in customer service.Business Response

I purchased my first order from Dollar Shave Club February 23rd. I loved the razors and had no issues to begin. I just received my second shipment and thought, hmm, I have way too many razors, Im going to log in and change the frequency of my shipments. Well, when I tried logging in, I got no where. My email did not work. I went to find the original email that showed my purchase in my email account. I could find no emails from DSC in my trash, spam, archived, inbox, nowhere. I tried forgot email and that did nothing. I tried forgot password, but that showed my email wasnt on file. I thought that was weird because thats the only email I use. I then thought, maybe I never created an accountso I created an account with my email. No orders showed up. I tried chatting with them, no response. I emailed through the website-no response. I tried ******** messengerno response. I tried two different numbers (including the one on the BBB website) and they are both non-working numbers. Somehow my account is nonexistent, but they are billing me monthly and I cant access my account to change or cancel my subscription. I cant get a hold of anyone to help. This is so frustrating that a company behaves this way. HELP!Business Response
