    I had been a customer since 2016. I had noticed that over the years the product quality had drastically gone down, yet the price had increased. The most frustrating aspect is that it is nearly impossible to speak to a live representative to resolve any issues with orders or shipments. They just have automated robots in the chat function. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their prices are now in range with in-store name brand prices and honestly I'd rather buy in store than have to deal with their poor customer service and bad products.

    I have been a member of dollar shave club for a number of years. I loved it but then I heard they recently were bought out by another company and it's completely went downhill I can't get a hold of anyone they don't have any customer service whatsoever. They have online help but it's basically no help because you're talking to a robot. I've had an issue now for the last month and absolutely no one will answer my emails.

    **************** *****. You can't get in touch with anyone. Their website has been down for a long time. What kind of business can't get their website back up? My complaint is that we have not received our last THREE orders. But I've paid for all three. They have no problem with my part of the deal. GETTING MY MONEY!!!

    Their website has been down for a week, they are not replying to anyones messages, and are still charging people for their subscription with no way to cancel it.

    I am trying to cancel my subscription and their website is constantly down. I try to call their phone line and cannot get ahold of a person. The blades they are sending me do not match the handle that I use. Changes were made to the product without consulting me the customer who buys. I am still being sent blades that I can't use and being charged each time.

    THEY SEND YOU STUFF YOU DON'T WANT, CHARGE YOU FOR IT, AND BE UNAVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED THEM [SUCH AS FOR ADVICE REFUNDS] I gave 2 out of 5 stars instead zero stars only because I like their products a lot. I wish they would re-focus. Great products are worthless without customers. I did not want to leave them, but they keep screwing me - and from what I see from a large number of BBB complaints, it appears the problems are minion. I have been a DSC customer for many years - since I first heard and saw their ads, which is likely since their first year in business. As mentioned, I love their razors and blades. The best I've ever used. And in the beginning they provided outstanding service. I started seeing their service decline about 3 years ago. I have complained directly to them. I can't even do that now because there is NO way to contact them. Their chat bot, which is the only apparent method they provide now to contact, no longer works. No matter the day or hour, no matter what you do, after you type in the chatbot box. it will do one of two things: (1) Tell you that YOUR network appears to be down (which hasn't been the case any time I've contacted them) or Tell you a representative will get back to you in 48 HOURS!. That is bad enough, but then no one DOES get to back to you - ever. They do not provide an email or phone number to reach them. And the phone # I found here on on BBB, gives a recording saying it is an information-only line (but it provides no info). I actually applied for a job with them because it is so messed up, I wish they would rebound, and I am a professional specialist in turnaround. Never hear from then, either. I need a quick refund of the last 4 orders shipments because their system would not let me stop the subscription shipments. And cancel me until DSC comes back to life.

    I am on a 3 month delivery schedule. I just received my next scheduled shipment and discovered that DSC changed their blade design. It is not as good of a design as their previous design and definitely does not perform the same. I have canceled my membership through their web site and notified my credit card company to no longer recognize their bill.

    I've tried canceling my subscription with them several times. Unable to!!!!! I've emailed them , tried canceling through there website. It's awful!!!! I'm still getting charged for these razors and not getting my product. My next step is to the bank to make a stop payment from this company!!!!
