    Worst Experience!!!! Blades dont stay on.... New Blades lousy!! Fraud Was trying to save money wasted a lot more!!!Blades are not the same as original - they are pathetic!You would not save money it costed me lots of money for junk product Beware - Do not fall for it

    They was doing good with the old razors a little pricey but still do the job. But them new razors. I used one and threw the rest in the trash ?? I will never make another order from Dollar Shave Club again. I'm very unhappy and looking for a new club.

    New blades/handle are junk. Blade falls off while shaving. **************** is non existent. Canceled auto ship and membership in July via email because I can no longer access my account online. They cant find my account. I never got a response to my email. In October I got an email that they were shipping product. I emailed back to not ship and cancel my membership. *** a return email saying they had a heavy volume and would respond later. *** another email that they had shipped order. Sent them an email to send prepaid label to pick up shipment, cancel auto ship and cancel membership. *** an email back that they had a heavy volume and would answer as soon as possible. Five days later, I still didnt have a reply. I went to their website and tried to chat with a rep. *** a message that I needed to email them. I clicked on the ******** messenger and got a message to email them. No phone number available on website or ****** search. I called my bank to dispute the charge. They gave me a phone number for dsc. I called and got an automated message to contact them via email and the call disconnected. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and got 3 emails from dsc within 2 hours saying they would credit my card and denying they got my emails. They also said that they changed their signin and I should have followed the link and directions in the email that they sent two weeks earlier. I didnt bother to tell them that I did click the link and follow directions and they still couldnt find my account. They could sure find it to charge my card though! STAY AWAY FROM DSC!!! And block their emails!!

    I have a $50 that is not working. Bought it at whole foods. Called the company several times, no one answers. Emailed them multiple times and no one has responded. What a scam company!

    Dollar Shave Club is a scam. They offered a test kit which I signed up for, paid my $3.24 and did not check the subscription box which was clearly labeled. They then started billing me for a subscription I did not approve of. Their next step was to start billing me for their cheap and ill designed blades at $12.96 a month. I went onto their website and there was NO RECORD of my subscription. After 5+ emails to service, I was sent a "bait sign up for a subscription" so you can communicate with us. I did not take the bait and had to cancel my card and report them to my bank. Their grifter business model is to capture your credit/debit card information with the test kit and start billing you asap. This is an absolutely horrible company with a white collar stealing money business model from the consumer. The ****************** needs to shut this company down from doing business in the USA.

    Looks like one of our Club Pros responded to your request via email over the weekend. When you signed up for the starter set, on the site we mention a subscription would be created.

    DSC will not honor my $50 gift card. They are straight-up stealing from me. I've gone back and forth with customer service, which honestly feels more like some automated robot b/c they never send me relevant feedback to resolve the problem. I don't know if they ran a real business before, but they have not resorted to stealing.

    Stay away from DSC. I have been a member for years. But now that theyve done this revamp of the company I can no longer login and make changes, they keep sending me stuff and changing me. *** sent so many emails and chats but never hear back from anyone for months now. They somehow have blocked me from logging in. I think Im gonna have to just cancel my card so they dont charge me anymore. Im going to Harrys now.

    I ordered two sets of their 6 blades. They don't fit the razor handle that I have been using for many years now. They do not have a phone number to contact them (and the 866 number listed on this website is non-functional). And there is no way to contact via chat as there is no buttons to on their website to start a chat session. I emailed them last week, they suggested one email only per issue, but except for that auto reply I have not been contacted by DSC to resolve the issue. I want them either to send me a handle for free that fits these blades. Or send me a postage paid envelop to send these blades back (as they are useless without the new handle) and give me my money back. I will buy from *****'s Shave Club instead, at least their customer service I heard is much much better than Dollar Shave Club.Desired outcome: Please resolve this issue ASAP by either sending me a free handle that fiits these newer blades, or refund my money.

    Made a one time purchase , paid and received, then 3 days later I was charged $68.89 , for who knows what and now they won't reply to my request for a refund. I have been waiting for close to 2 weeks now

    The new Handel and blades are terrible. **************** is terrible. What happened to DSC ?
