    I was charged for a subscription I cancelled in January 2023. $21.74 was taken out of my account. ********************** does not answer calls at their phone number, You are referred to their website which does not help you. This is a scam club.

    How does this outfit get an A+ rating with a 1.18/5 star review on BBB.ORG? I can't get through to alter my subscription rate. The page to do that won't load, neither will the cancel subscription page. However, if I want to buy something additional, well, that page loads IMMEDIATELY. Calling my credit card company and telling them to refuse payments on future subscriptions. What a scam.

    DSC has insulated itself from direct customer contact. I recently visited DSC website to order additional razors. DSC site was slow to update and appeared not to get my order. I ended trying up canceling my order(s) and reordering. You guessed it...I am now receiving 24+ razors. DSC website does not recognize their own verification code they send to modify acct. FB Chat..no response. Very disappointed. I have been a member for years and recommended to many friends over time.

    We responded to your Facebook Private message on 1/14 saying "Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like there were 5 packs of blades and 1 handle billed. We've refunded you for 4 packs of those blades. They should reach you in a few business days."

    upon ending my subscription plan, i found that i could not permanently delete my account. Instead, it has been suspended in a sort of limbo with all of my personal information intact. That would be scummy yet acceptable if there was a simple way to remove my billing and card info from that account but there is not. I dont want to wait around for DSC to get hacked or leak my personal information. I've attempted to contact dsc through their chat bot and emailing their data department about this. I got a reply saying essentially that since i live in the wrong state, they wont comply with my request because legally, they are not compelled to. That's some bad practice and horrible customer consideration. Don't use this service, even if you try it once they'll hold your information and never let you leave *unless you live in specific states*

    If I could give no stars I would there's no way to call dollar shave club and the message system wouldn't let you talk to a member about what you need tried 3 times to contact them and no response.

    I have used the club for awhile,when I tried to cancel because it was no longer needed, the club didn't allow cancelation. I clicked on the cancelation link,and it went around forever, there was no finalized membership answer. This happened to me for the months that I tried to cancel. There is no personal representative, and the computerized version doesn't resolve issue. The $ was taken out of my account as though I never canceled. Iam fed up with this company!

    I have used DSC for years & been happy with their ******************* Most recently, however, I was COMPLETELY disappointed with them! I received an email that my order had shipped (normal procedure); but after a week or 10 days I had not received it. Tracking the package, it was listed as "Ready for ***********"...so apparently it had NOT been shipped! My account was billed, yet I do not have the products I ordered. My attempts to contact the company has been completely fruitless; all I get is auto-generated messages that they are 'receiving a high number of inquiries' and **** respond in the order it was received...but that never happens. I get auto-generated follow up messages stating they "haven't forgotten about me", and suggesting I go back to the FAQ's...which didn't help initially. The bottom line: November 10 - "Your box has shipped", and my account charged; December 2 (today) - no box, no refund, no useful response from DSC.

    Horrible **************** since getting into ******** Delivered box in trash bag because it had been crushed while out for delivery. No way to contact them. Chat doesn't work and email has never been answered. In the beginning it was great now I would warn anyone against signing up. Cancelled my subscription.

    I just tried the starter pack of a handle and two cartridges. The cartridges are poorly made and the handle is too heavy. I ended up dropping the razor twice and broke both cartridges after only using the razor maybe 6 times! Poor design and cheaply made razors

    Recently I recievehttps://*******.ebindr.com/ebindr/images/icons16x/accept.pngd an email saying that DSC could not fulfill my order as requested and offered a different product or a refund for the product that they didn't have. All you had to do was log into your account and make the selection. WELL....the company's website was defunct/out of service for well over three weeks. I couldn't ever log into my account to make the selection. I was then notified that the "box" had shipped without me ever being able to adjust my shipment. They apparently have no means of communication. The chat bot is worthless. They don't have a phone number to call. They haven't responded to any inquiries that I have put in! AND I still don't have the box that I don't really want. It "shipped" almost 30 days ago!!! I will be calling my credit card company and putting a block on this company and refuting past charges. I will never use them again. If I could give this company a 0 star or negative I would but i can't. So here is the lowest of the low one star for this place. I had been a loyal customer for many years but this is an egregious lack of customer support.
