      **** was great a little disappointed in the price of the part he charged ****** for a ***** part sure he has the training im a senior citizen and i would think we would get a break on the service and price the only reason we got that price because we joined the club membership if we didn't join it was ****** for the repair then on top of that we were charged still ***** for the sevice call then add the ***** to join the the membership no sure if we will keep the membership after 6 months will see and ask around and see what they charge they kind of had us over the barrel because we are seniors and the heat was climbing to over a hundred i feel we were taken on the price

      The best technicians installed my air/heater. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I would recommend Bell Brothers to all my friends and family. **************

      **** was very conscientious and made several calls to try to answer my questions and concerns. He performed the plumbing checklist and then went above and beyond to try to address my problem, which was an unusual one. I respected the fact that he did not pretend to know something that was not easy to diagnose, and that he didn't try to sell me something, which in the past I'd struggled with Bell Brothers always "enhancing" their "pre-paid" service arrangement by trying to sell you a service or "upgrade" or "preventive repair" every single time. I thought he was a very good employee and an asset to the company and wholeheartedly wish that Bell Brothers had more like him and would encourage their employees to go with this approach rather than the quick sell up.

      Bell Brothers installed our system years ago. They have been doing semi annual inspections ever since. On occasion, their technicians suggest updates or repairs that aren't necessary. HOWEVER, when we need assistance for the rare outage in our system they respond within hours. I would not be without them.

      A brand new ** unit stopped working right after 2 years of service during the hottest week of the year. Bell Brothers took over a week to come out. The tech arrived over an hour late, confirmed there was a refrigerant leak. Charged me $99 bucks and still has not provided a quote to repair the leak. Luckily I was able to get someone from West Coast Air to come out and get the unit up and running. I called him and within an hour he got the ** unit fixed same day. I will never use Bell Brothers for anything in the future.

      Tell ***** he did a wonderful job. He completed checking and cleaning my air conditioner in record time. Wouldn't mine having *********** my equipment the next time its due.thank you

      Bell Brothers has top notch ************************ who explain everything up front, no hidden surprises. Our AC unit wasn't keeping up with the 100 degree heat outside. I called for their $79 19 pt promotion. After explaining what this entails he and his assistant apprentice found several issues which I was prepared for, from leaky welds to a capacitor out on our condenser causing the motor to over work and thus explain partly why our PG&E **** was running $525! Of course the place I bought the **** unit from ******* went out of business. ***** and **** made the repairs and our unit hasn't work this good since made the purchase. Very dependable & trustworthy. My faith has been restored with respect to repairs with Bells ******************************************************
