      The sales person misrepresented aspects of the installation, the installation team misrepresented the availability of a needed breaker, and only through intervention of the sales manager did the installation proceed to completion. Also calling **** Brothers means you need to be prepared to hold for a long time before connecting with a human being. While I feel confident that my HVAC system functions well, the process was more stressful than it needed to be.

      Service agreement has been worth it in the past, except for the last one. The tech didn't do anything (no cleaning, etc.) except to tell me that I needed to replace a $20 to $45 (at Amazon) dual run compressor capacitor, which is a simple DIY project, and wanted to charge me $600.00. To be honest, the part will soon need replacement, but not for $600.00! They also recommended that I should replace the ac condenser which they said may or may not have a slight leak, at a cost of approx. $6,000.00! Other companies charge around $1,200.00 to $3,000.00. My unit is an older unit and will need work in the near future, but I think at the prices **** ***** charges I'll be looking to another company for any parts replacement. It is my understanding that **** ***** has changed ownership a couple of times since my unit was installed years ago. Apparently, the new owners (probably a corporation?) want to ***** their customers out of as much money as they can. If the service continues to go down hill, I'll be cancelling my service agreement. Also, a complete HVAC replacement (furnace and air conditioner) should be approx. $12,000.00. **** ***** tech quoted me a price of over $20,000.00.

      ******* did the annual service on my air conditioner. He was so kind, informative, and educated me on the system. It was a great experience and ******* should be a value employee.

      First Company, ever, who actually cleaned inside my air conditioner.. Cleaned blower and brought it out to show me how dirty it was,. I was impressed. Tech was clean, wearing company clothes, used shoe covers inside and friendly. I finally have found a company I will keep calling. I would highly recommend **** Brothers for heating and air conditioner. .

      Service tech was knowledgeable, polite, prompt and I felt confident he was being completely honest about the plumbing issue (sometimes women by themselves feel taken advantage of) I was able to get an appt immediately. I am very satisfied with the tech and the service.
