5 starsPolite and knowledgeable service. Got right to work taking component and system performance measurements and then eagerly inspected plenum, a few air ducts, and the secondary drain pan for suspected leak. Discussed equipment condition relevant to standard range of temperature differential, pressure, and amps. Pointed out why I may want to consider extending the unit platform (attic installation), adding additional duct hangers, and encouragingly offered services to complete attic retrofit. Very good maintenance service. BB's has good technicians.Review fromjames j

5 starsOur new air conditioner was installed by **** and **** and we want to let you know how pleased we are with the job they did. They were professional and courteous. Even though the temperature was 103, they never complained and got the job done timely and with smiles.
