      We had a brief outage during a stretch of 100-degree days. I called to get the unit checked even though it had started to work again. **** Brothers scheduled our visit quickly. ***** came out to check the unit, found a clog in our outlet drain, and cleared it. He then checked the rest of the system to assure that everything else was working correctly. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. We can't ask for more than that.We are members of the **** Brothers Club and that makes getting service very easy plus includes regular service on our units. We highly recommend **** Brothers and want to send special kudos to *****!

      I am always impressed with the friendly folks who represent **** ***** The training in customer service is exceptional. Each person knows their "job" at my house and they do it. Booties on the feet and mask on the face. Each person that has come through my door for service know what to do and if necessary call in for an answer.
