      Excellent response to our request for an upgraded time for regular servicing. The technician did a very thorough job and left us with service options if we felt these were worth handling in the short term. Each time we have used **** Brothers we have been impressed by the professional way their team handles the whole process. Wish I could say that for all our services providers!

      ****** our tech was the best there is.He worked late into the evening to resolve critical issues at out moms house and came back the next day to finish the project.

      I was very impressed by the professionalism that was shown to me. Total courtesy and respect. Everything was explained along with pictures. Suggestion for duct work was made and an estimate given BUT no pressure on me to make a decision. I will be using **** ***** from now on.

      Excellent job, easy to call to make an appointment. **************** is always helping and explained whats the problem. They explained everything whats to be done and let you know whats the best option youll have. No pressure.

      Great technician *** did outstanding job diagnosing our AC problems, including discussions with unit manufacturer. He was able to confirm the blower was still under parts warranty (one year left) and immediately worked with **** Brothers parts department to get replacement ordered. Totally outstanding work.

      Their AC Tech that I had yesterday was awesome and didn't try to upsell me or scare me. However the tech that I had from their plumbing ****** to replace my water heater expansion tank and pressure regulator is another story. That tech tried to scare me into replacing our water heater that wasn't having any problems yet, as if I have $ 4k lying around to replace a working water heater or something. We almost switched to a different company and cancelled our club membership, which is supposed to have a 24 hour turn around but instead they tried to schedule our AC service 5 days out. And in this CA heat, very irritating. Their AC Tech saved their membership with us. The plumbing tech needs some retraining on customer interaction.
