      *** was very personable, he was a real pleasure to have to do the maintenance on our air conditioner. He did a thorough job. We will be having him do the Maintenance on our heater this winter.

      Excellent customer service, efficient in response to coming out for service. I have always been pleased with the service l have received from this company. As a widow, l am extremely happy as they have never taken advantage of this situation. They have always been gracious and taken my concerns , and addressed them.

      ***** M is thoroughly when he is doing the maintenance on my AC and Heater. Takes his time to explain and let me know if anything is needed. Checks the filter to make sure if it needs to be replaced.

      Poor service. Repairs incomplete. No customer service to match monthly service agreement and a lack of understanding when repair has failed so the consumer absorbs documentation of the ineffective response by **** Brothers. Sad

      When my A/C died they got a tech to my home in an hour. He was professional, capable, friendly and respectful. After fixing my A/C he stayed until all my questions were answered. Im recommending **** ***** to everyone I know. **************

      ***** arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He inspected my HVAC system and explained his findings. He willingly donned a mask when requested. He cleaned up before leaving.

      *********************** was **************. He provided the yearly service of our A/C. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He came across a small problem with the installation of the water lines (installed by a different ***** and worked very hard to correct the problem. He worked for at least two hours! He was so nice. He even asked if there was anything we needed help with. Just like in their commercials, I think he would have brought in my groceries if need be!! *************** Brothers. They have always done an outstanding job for us.

      The technician who serviced my ac unit wasn't sure how to get my unit working but quoted me ******* to replace the circuit board. He said the issue could be the thermostat or the circuit board. I paid the ***** service fee and that was that. I don't feel that he was knowledgeable about what he was supposed to do. Very disappointed with *************. Will not recommend to anybody. He didn't check my thermostat but just assumed the circuit board needed replaced. My ac problem went unresolved and out ***** .

      Update to my previous review, I stand by my response. I received a second opinion to resolve the issue with my ac unit not cooling. The new technician inspected my unit and found the condenser fan motor was not working. He replaced the cond. ********* along with a new capacitor and all is working properly. I am very disappointed with **** Brothers inaccurate diagnosis for my ac unit. Like I said I spent $99 for the inspection and was told that the repair for the replacement circuit board would be *******. Please people beware of scams like this with ac system repairs. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion, I would have been ripped off by this company. Never again. They got my money for nothing.
