      Complaint Against ******************** *************************************** by: *** BufferI am filing this complaint to report deceptive and potentially fraudulent business practices by ********************, owner of Facebook and Instagram.After over 18 years of use, my accounts, including @therealraybuffer, were disabled without explanation or prior notice. I was given no specific reason, no policy violation cited, and no evidence of wrongdoing. I have never posted anything that would warrant this action.If my account was hacked and something inappropriate was posted, that is the result of Metas security flaws, not my actions. Yet I was punished, and my access to appeal or speak with support was immediately revoked.Meta advertises that users can appeal account decisions or contact support through their ************ However, once an account is disabled, those tools become inaccessible. There is no customer service email, phone number, or live agent available. The system effectively blocks disabled users from seeking ******* make matters worse, the only reliable way to access support appears to be by paying for Meta Verified, which includes priority customer service. This creates a pay-to-play model for basic customer service, which is deceptive and discriminatory.Metas practices mislead consumers into believing that support is available to all users. In reality, its only accessible to active or paying users. The disabled user is left without options, regardless of the reason for the account action.This forces users like me to seek redress through regulatory or legal means, including filing complaints with the ***, state attorneys general, and the Better Business Bureau.I ask the BBB and other entities to investigate Metas conduct for:Deceptive advertising of customer serviceBlocking access to appealsTying support to paid featuresFailing to protect users from account compromiseMeta must be held accountable.

      Congrats, ***** You built a digital dictatorship where AI mods erase real people without cause or recourse. I got flagged, gave ID, and got ghosted. No reason, no appealjust silence. Youve turned community into a cold, automated hellscape. You dont connect the world. You erase it. Fix your broken systemor own that you're running a surveillance casino, not a social network.

      Facebook allows malicious users to insult, degrade and spread false information against Democrats. There's thousands of anti Dem memes and posts that they will not take down. When they're reported they always find that they didn't go against facebooks community policy. I will be talking to a lawyer about violations and if a class action lawsuit can be filed against **** and **** **********.They are always taking down or blocking Democratic memes and users....

      Meta disabled several Instagram and Facebook accounts I used to run my photography businesses, with no warning or explanation. These accounts were essential for marketing, client communication, and portfolio hosting. Their sudden removal has caused a major disruption to my work and income.Despite multiple appeals using Metas official channels, Ive received no specific reason for the ban and no opportunity to correct or appeal the decision. The entire support system feels automated and impenetrable there is no human contact or transparency.I rely on these platforms as business tools, and its deeply concerning that **** can remove access so easily, with no due process for small business owners. I am requesting a fair review and restoration of the accounts so I can continue working.

      Facebook/**** knowingly sponsored an advertisement for a scam site that is posing as wayfair. Facebook/meta in this way is assisting with personal theft.

      I made an Instagram account for the first time and their AI software immediately banned my account. I was asked to use video verification to make sure I was not a bot. Then my account was completely disabled. I have sent formal notice to their headquarters to try and resolve this along with emailing what remains of their support team. If there is no response I will seek legal action.

      ALL my accounts were suspended for the use narrative of Child Sexual Exploitation which is a total lie. They are doing it to the entire world and NOT taking ALL accountability. Not making the rights they wronged. Facebook, Instagram, & ******** ALL my accounts has been suspended because they broke every rule in the book including data privacy and protection laws, defamation, and the list goes on. Someone has gotta stop Meta and bring them to justice. Of course they WILL get away with it by bribing the courts with hush money and tossing the case and the injustice will remain in effect. No Justice for the entire world. I called the police and the lawyers about it and they cant do nothing and Facebook Support wont do s*** about it. They must feel happy of what they are doing to the entire world and letting it happen without consequences like gods on earth. Untouchable. I did NOT violate the terms of service and NEVER did the so called Child Sexual Exploitation. I blasted them on the platform x and BLUESKY Social. They dare to suspend both my x account and my BLUESKY account. This should be on the news outlet of the entire world so **** ********** can be brought to justice. He has done damage to the world and making them suffer too. Obviously the courts is going to ***** favor the rich over the poor. The systematic injustice of society. Even the courts CANNOT be trusted because they fail the people and disgrace the integrity of the country. Bet **** ********** is going to pay the courts with money off to toss the case out the window by bribery which is a *************** Felony. The courts blinded with money and corruption over the people. How low the country has fallen to corporate greed and ****. Bring **** ********** to justice so he can pay for his crimes.

      Facebook/Meta "community standards" are against constitutional rights. Telling someone literal truth is "offensive" and "hateful" and "bullying." I've been given multiple 30 days bans for doing that "violation" multiple times. Suddenly they just permanently banned my account. So I tried to create another one. They immediately banned that one as well because they invade your privacy by red flagging your IP address, device or even your name! These people swear they care about integrity but they got busted illegally accessing private information and pictures from their devices. I'm honestly surprised the government hasn't shut them down because they're basically an elite hacker who goes after people's personal information AND many, many people use Facebook, especially marketplace, to prey on people, using bugged links and such to gain access to your device and all of the information in it. Ask me how I know! I've had to get not one but two new bank cards because somehow my information got stolen via marketplace. It really ***** to lose access to it because of the people I met on there and only talk to on there. Facebook has pathetic community standards and go to extreme measures to silence people from speaking and sharing the truth.

      Terrible ... my Facebook **** said at first "Facebook by ****" and did continue for several weeks. about March 5, my Facebook **** and my personal website were gone. In that I mean I was unable to get onto either ****. I thought I must have been "hacked" whatever that means. So I said so. Since then neither **** has been available to me. So ... what is this thing? It's an unfair corporate decision to take my personal communication with my friends and family. Both META and Facebook are breaking a privacy law.

      I've had a Facebook page for more than 20 years. I've heard of people's pages getting hacked. I experience it for the first time early this year. Facebook was tell me to wait 3 business days and I should be able to get back to it. Never heard from anyone. So, tried to open a new Facebook page. All went well. They close that one down. Did 2 different attempts. They would not left me have one. I mainly used my Facebook to see what close friends, family and connecting with my churches Facebook were doing some posting. Would like to talk to a human to find out why I can't get a Facebook. Very disappointed with them. Wish I could call President ***** to get to the bottom of this.
