      The policy of bans and restrictions is not clear, they banned me for "spam" for a comment I posted once. And then told me my account would still be functional with all features and I still can't use it.

      Facebook locked me out because of suspicious activity on my account. I've tried everything I could think of to access my account but nothing works. There is no way to contact them for help. I'm a senior and not very tech savvy. This is my social life. All my pics and other info gone. It has taken a part of my life.

      They have claimed that they have stopped fact checking everyone, yet I’ve had 3 posts fact checked by their “independent fact checkers”. I’m tired of them treating some people differently than others because of their opinions differ from the owners? What happened to First Amendment Rights? They only apply if you follow their own opinions? This is outrageous and unfair tactics.

      Suspended my account for "child exploitation" after someone said I was "trauma dumping" for getting sexually assaulted by women. It's been a day and a half since I appealed and they say it'll take "just over a day" to respond. Yeah,ok.

      After reading some of these prior comments there seems to be a pattern with Meta disabling accounts and not responding or giving a person any warning or ask what happened but I have to try. On 10/28/24 I tried accessing my fb account. I realized immediately that my account had been compromised/hacked. I saw soon after logging in that my fb username had even been changed and someone was using my account posing as me contacting people on marketplace. These folks were sending me messages cursing at me. I immediately contacted Meta support and was then provided with a confirmation email asking for me to send a copy of my drivers license front and back to prove my identity. The message said wait 24 hours..I never heard another thing from them. After several attempts several days by email, phone and customer support links on the website no contact has ever been made, in fact there is no way to contact anyone by any method! This is very odd that unless you have a business account you can’t contact anyone and the emails receive no response phone numbers just say meta won’t respond to you. I provided everything asked for and now it has been months and they have my drivers license info and pic and still nothing. I have never ever violated any community standards or made any violations whatsoever. How can a business run like this, take your personal info deceiving people into requesting personal info then never responding! All I want is my account enabled and an explanation as to why it was disabled without as much as any explanation.

      I recently attempted to get my Pro controller fixed/replaced for arguably software issue, but they told me I needed to pay for a refurbished model ($135). Brand new replacement controllers are $150. So I decided to go with the refurbished model to just get my problem solved. Then they told me that I needed to send the old controller to them before I could get the refurbished one. I told them no, because I was paying full price for a refurbished controller, but they insisted that they needed me to give them my old controller (for free essentially), but when I said I wouldn’t unless they gave me a discount for the refurbished model. They said they were “sorry” to hear that, and closed the ticket. This seems super shady, and extremely unethical. Especially because this is probably a software, or Bluetooth issue, which would cost them a few bucks to fix, and then sell for $135 to the next person. I’ve saved the emails.

      My Facebook was hacked email and password were changed. I followed all links to report my account and submitted my ID photo to hopefully recover my facebook of over 10 years. I've lost thousands of pictures communication with family and friends and the worst part now they won't let me create a new facebook and shut it down when I try. This is completely wrong and not only did I loose my account but I ran the youth football page for our community and have lost that as well leaving me no way to communicate with parents and players please help me get these back

      Its unmanaged, it specifically targets you, they never respond, never fix anything, and its completely Hijacked , overrun, it is very interruptive, completely useless ! I have multiple EXPIRED punishment's against me due to their so called fact checkers, that haven't been removed even tho i sent multiple requests, no matter how many times i block, hide, adjust settings i receive probably 4oo suggested sites a day on my wall. **** needs fired removed and all his cronies, and let the people enjoy social media. ZERO STARS!

      Meta Technology is Facebook and Marketplace. In December 2024, I listed Christmas bows--those things made from ribbon that people put on wreaths. Marketplace removed the posts because they said I listed dangerous and lethal weapons. The word "bow" is apparently not allowed. They did this twice, I just signed on to Facebook and was greeted with a window stating that I can no longer sell on or buy from marketplace because of those dangerous lethal weapons I listed. Clicking the review my items is worthless since there is no person to actually look to see that I was selling Christmas bows. I cannot believe that they did this. Bots should never be in charge of people. This is ridiculous.
