      I think facebook is horrible. You get hacked, which happens to a lot of people. You cannot recover your account which has pictures that can't be replaced. There is no way to speak with anyone. Very poor policy. No recourse when your account is gone and your phone number and e mail is hijacked.

      Their help center is a joke. Using it as a business and running ads, they don't want to help resolve issues even when they aren't getting paid. And I even had a *** tell me they had to guide me what to type so it got past the ** and to a live person. guess what, it didn't and the ** blocked it. No resolution.

      My Instagram and Facebook accounts were wrongly suspended without a valid reason. I was given 180 days to appeal, but the appeal process does not work. The Instagram login page blinks and is inaccessible. Despite multiple attempts to contact Meta, I have received no response. I use these accounts for business purposes, and this has caused financial harm. **** provides no real support, and their appeal system is broken.I want Meta to properly review my case, explain why my accounts were disabled, and allow me to appeal. I also request access to my business assets on Facebook and Instagram.

      If you get hacked they have ZERO customer service. Do not waste your time building a following on Facebook. They provide zero support or help if you get hacked or locked out of your account. Terrible. Horrible.

      I have had my Facebook profile for over 18 years, and for the first time, it was hacked this year. The hacker set up a Meta account to take over my Facebook profile. Even though I was able to change my password and get back in, I could not remove the hacker's Meta account. Because of the hacker's activity, my Facebook account has been permanently disabled.Facebook's customer service is non-existent. Their help pages are outdated, and do nothing to solve the Meta account take overs of ******************** profiles. **** owns Facebook and Instagram, but if you contact Meta, they say it's a Facebook issue, and to visit Facebook help pages. I truly do not think humans work on the ** side of Meta anymore.Quite frankly, Meta just does not care if you are not a verified paying user of ** or Insta. You would think **** would care as young people are not using ** anymore, or even Insta, so why would young people want to purchase Meta products, or verify their accounts for a few? At the end of the day, Meta is only hurting themselves in the long run.

      joke! It attracts hackers. I am *************************************************************. I was **** certified, and had I have 2 factor on. I was immediately hacked by the Chinese when I paid for meta personal and business (everything turned to chinese). ** DELETED MY ACCOUNT! I have pics. No one at facebook cares. None of their recovery methods work. I am contacting other social media and your overseeing agencies. They put my business at risk and my husband deleted my business account to stop the ** hemorrhaging. And my last name is really Stalker so they take absolutely nothing I do seriously. Where is your paid for support meta and **? I have lost 20 years of photos and zero, I mean zero help from Meta or **! Please fix my account!

      I tried to log in to my Facebook account that I was locked out or my password no longer works. I was unable to speak with a live person, they asked me for a facial recognition code, and so i did what they asked. And they did not respond. I wanted an opportunity to reset my password so I can access to my account, I have contacts and private information stored on this platform. I've been noticing this has also occurred with other users as well. If I'm not allowed back into my account, then i would like to request that they delete my account so that i can start a new account. By the way someone has using my account to solicit my contacts favors or money. Any help would be appreciated.

      A comment I posted on Instagram was deleted, marked as spam, and my account has been blocked from commenting for 72 hours for simply tagging the **** in a comment on a post of a woman getting detained by supposed ICE agents and getting taken into an unmarked vehicle. There was no other text in my comment. My appeal has gone no where thus far. This is not my 1st experience with Meta censoring. If I didn't rely on their apps to keep in touch with so many people, I'd want absolutely nothing to do with this evil company.

      I'm a Verified Account holder a restriction was placed on my account for excessive or misuse but I was only responding to bullying and trolling.?

      The policy of bans and restrictions is not clear, they banned me for "spam" for a comment I posted once. And then told me my account would still be functional with all features and I still can't use it.
