      01/19/2023 went to *********** to play. Have money in account go to make a cash advance and Robinhood blocks merchant. I was never sent a list of blocked merchants by Robinhood. I drove 2 hours and now have to drive 2 hours back and yet Robinhood will not release my funds nor compensate me for driving in total 4 hours.

      So Ive invested money into my Robinhood account and it was all fine until I tried to go ahead and tried to make a withdrawal transfer they stopped me multiple times and then I had to verify my identity submit my bank statements multiple times and they would give me the most stress out of everything in life and now they wants to tell me my account is closed after submitting them paperwork for the 3rd time my money is not going to be returned to me and I been trying to get on the phone with them and they never calls me

      I am rejecting this response because: I dont know what I did to loose my account and I dont know how my stocks was sold by itself and they not holding my money for no reason and they are just trying to rob me thats how I feel and this money did not come out the blue its my hard working money and I want it all back and the amount of stress and emotional torcher it really been to me for past months nothing can replace that honestly

      You have been holding my funds that my business uses to purchase product for sale. I would like ***** for the list sales over the course of the Last week. I already filed a previous complaint and it was unresolved. Now I would like Robinhood to compensate the $8667.00 in lost sales by not allowing me to send cryptocurrency to the company that supplies my business. I have a years worth of transaction ls that demonstrate this profit margin weekly and have lost out on my business due to the companies ridiculous antics and negligence.

      I have been in contact with Robinhood for over 8 months. The reason for these communications is simple. I had an ex partner try and illegally access my account and funds. During this process I attempted to change my passwords. Robinhood locked me out of my account and refused to respond to my multiple request for help to regain access.

      The exchanges first resulted in Robinhood requesting personal information from me, if picture format. The items requested were:
      Social Security Card
      State Drivers Licensed
      Bank Statements

      I initially submitted these to Robinhood and waited for a response. After 2 months and no response I sent an email and expressed serious concern. When they reached back out about a week and a half later I was given a new representative, whom needed to collect all that information all over again, as they couldn't find pictures of my most precious personal information in their system. So I resubmitted.

      After resubmitting I was once again ignored and then given a new representative who asked that I resubmit all the pictures again.

      So this time, I recorded myself doing it, I also had a witness watch the entire process. I resubmitted and surprise surprise, nothing. At that point I sent an email threatening legal action including attachments of older emails, screenshots of me uploading the requested information and screenshots of the "submission complete" page showing I in fact submitted and wasn't just making all of this up, they very quickly responded to that and setup a phone call.

      When they setup a phone call it's important to know that the lady I spoke with on the phone was my "new representative, again, so my fourth at this time. We discussed everything over the phone and I finally felt like I was going to get this resolved.

      After the phone call I once again resubmitted ALL of the information they needed, still recording screenshots and having a witness. Once again, they are re-requesting and playing ******. I'm done, I need help!!

      Robinhood has been caught stealing/scamming its customers multiple time by either bother letting them sell or profit or forcing them to sell for a loss. Robinhood is now saying a crypto they have had on their app for years, after its crashed horribly they wont support and forcing customers to sell even if they dont want to. The only option besides that would be to transfer it and pay a transfer fee to Robinhood. This is where this becomes a scam and they are profiting off forcing their customers to sell at a loss. On the opposite side over a year ago the *** stock was going crazy and Robinhood was the only trading app to shut down and decline sales as they wouldnt be making money on it. This company needs to cover all customers transfer fee and then should be shut down. I contacted them to try resolving the issue and get the answer of pretty much it ***** to be you

       I dont understand why this company continues to steal and lie and agencys continue to let it go. There is a huge forum online where customers continue to show proof of this company continuing these practices. They say they have sent a response when the only thing they sends is a pre generated email that goes to everyone. They arent taking this seriously and thats why they will be getting sued.

      My account was restricted without reason, and every attempt I have made to find out why has gone unanswered. As soon as they restricted it, I saw because I was on the app. I immediately uploaded my driver's license front and back, took the selfie they requested, and uploaded my bank statement. Two days later, they sent me an email asking about the devices I use and if all the activity on the app was verified and mine to which I responded to immediately YES. I have been waiting days and no one will bother to respond to my emails and tell me why my account was restricted or when it will be lifted. I did not get flagged as a day trader and even have over 25k in my brokerage account, yet no one will bother to respond to me, and now I can't even move my money out of this app. Their chat support tells you that your account is restricted but that they don't know why. Yet, they don't allow you to speak with the restriction department directly. I understand they have the right to do certain verifications etc per the SEC, but this should be a crime - locking people out of their money, not explaining why, asking for a bunch of personal stuff, and then ignoring them for days while continuing to hold their money hostage and not provide one explanation or timeline. I am filing this complaint because I m a customer, and customers deserve answers, responses, timelines, and CUSTOMER SERVICE, regardless if the SEC has given this company the right to do certain things with our money.

      I transferred $550 to my Robinhood account to send payment to a crypto currency company. I was then informed that Robinhood does not have the license to perform that transaction. Customer Support told me to return the money to my bank. I have been trying to transfer the money back and getting an error. I have been speaking to customer support daily and every time promised to correct the problem and get back to me. I am tired of their run around. All I need is my money back so I can close the account.

      I opened an account at Robinhood and soon afterwards it was restricted. It was restricted in probably three days maybe four days after opening it. It has been restricted for over a month now and I recently got a letter stating my account has been deactivated and I have to wait for some reason mediation process for my money. Ive been waiting to withdraw my money for over a month now since the restriction started I have no idea when Ill be able to considering every email I get states that Ill get my money whenever the mediation process ends. I am very confused and very frustrated and just wanna get my money. I dont care if they close the account I was going to close it anyways after this
