      My account was restricted with no reason given by Robinhood on 1/04/2023. They are requesting I verify my identity through other personal bank accounts or I cannot access my money! I dont even have another bank account because I was using Robinhood debit card. I was paid 1/06/2023 from my job to my Robinhood debit card and I am unable to access this money at all! I have confirmed with my payroll department that my deposit was successfully transferred to my Robinhood direct deposit on 1/06/2023. Between 1/04/2023 and 1/06/2023 Ive tried *************************************** speak to someone and I am told Ill be followed up with an email or hung up on when waiting in line for a call. I have not received any email, I have not received a reason for my restriction, I cannot access MY work money, and I cannot get an answer. Now my bills are late because Robinhood is holding my money hostage essentially.

      I am rejecting this response because: the answer you have given me is the same answer Im getting from customer service; Nothing. No one is telling me why my account is locked or addressing how I am going to get my money. I have contacted customer service countless times and am told Ill receive an email and I never do. I have told you all multiple times the same thing and I do not get an answer, only that Ill receive an email. Address this for me now, (1) Why is my account locked (2) When and how can I access MY money (its been weeks!) and (3) why are you guys asking for bank statements for my husbands card?

      I deposited 35k to Robinhood and proceeded to transfer to another wallet. Due to 5k daily restriction, I completed 4 transfers leaving almost 15k in Robinhood. Robinhood then restricted my account claiming investigation. I sent proof of funds and ID verification. They have now informed me of a complete deactivation but cannot tell me when I can get my remaining money back. Further, no one is able to say why standard transactions are investigated.

      I am rejecting this response because: Robinhood has confiscated my monies claiming that they are unable to determine the legitimacy of funds that were deposited by ACH from **** of America. I submitted my bank statement to Robinhood. I do not believe that it is up to Robinhood to determine if my funds are legitimate or not but nonetheless I sent them my bank statement showing them where the funds originated from.  I believe this is an attempt to fraudulently confiscate customer monies to improve their liquidity as it is evident by the numerous complaints on the web by other customers. This company  needs to be officially investigated and customer funds need to be returned. This scam should be publicized so that investors can be aware. As is evident from their response, they do not provide information as the only emails I received from them is that they are deactivating my account and confiscating my funds. When asked what illegal or fraudulent activities I committed, they said they are not able to say and referred me to their policies. 

      They should

      1. Explain what illegal /fraudulent activities I committed on their app
      2. Explain why I need to provide proof of legitimacy of funds
      3. Explain why they have failed to let me know what is required to determine legitimacy of funds
      4. Give a legal letter stating what laws of this land allow them to simple confiscate investors funds
      5. Immediately send my $14.8K to my BOA account where it was deposited from in December

      I have been trying to get into my account for months now, I set up a two factor authentication app on an old phone that I broke so I can no longer get the code because it's not transferable between phones. I have been told they reset it/removed it from the account but it is still there when I try and login. I have sent them pictures of myself along with my information as requested by them to verify it's me (I scanned my state ID and sent a scan of my face through a 3rd party app) I then waited 3 days for a response from them each day reminding them I had sent the requested information and still have had no response. The person I was dealing with said their name was ******** (Case ID: ********* I have $200 in this account that I need out now and they are refusing to do what they are saying they will do which is keeping me from my funds.

      On Jan 4 2023 I received a statement from my Robinhood brokerage account but could not open it to read. I looked for a customer service number but couldnt find one. I downloaded their app but couldnt log in. After nearly an hour I got my password changed, but the app still wouldnt let me log in. I submitted photos of myself and my id, and the app then asked for a code sent to my phone. I did not receive a code. I tried updating my phone and the app told me to contact customer support, only available after logging in. I contacted ******** to find a number and was told there was no number, and that 489 complaints similar to mine had been filed by Robinhood customers.

      The business continues to make me jump through numerous hoops to resolve the issue myself. It does not call the number I provided, does not engage in significant, issue resolving dialogue by e mail or messaging, and steers me toward endless dead ends. I wish to close my account and be fully refunded the amount in it, without any fees being deducted.

      About 6 months ago Robinhood the investment company had locked me out of my account. I have tried multiple times to contact a representative. No luck! They have an option to send a link to reset a password but I never received the email to reset it. They say sign on to your account for 24/7 help but thats the problem I cant sign into my account. I am frustrated because I dont have access to my own money! Please help me resolve this issue asap. Thank you very much in advance. *************************** **************

      I deleted my account, like a year ago, then today I get a letter that tells me that I need to update my email, by today, or they will charge me money. I deleted my account a year ago. so I went back and deleted it again. I have no account I will not pay you, your company is a scam, and now you try to charge people who don't have accounts, like a con artist. Delete any information you have about me and delete my account like you should have a year ago, and you will receive ZERO from me ever.

      I have been trying to retrieve my money from Robinhood since 12/20/2022 after noticing suspicious activity on my account. I was instructed to deactivate account & provided a case number. Robinhood advised someone would contact me within 1-3 business days. No call, so I contacted again through the website waiting in the cue for hours while someone is supposedly working on my account. The 1st time someone did call back requesting information (copy of drivers license, face verification & copy of bank statement). I supplied the info reluctantly & again was advised I would be contacted once review was complete. No call, I have been through this process again & again, holding for 3-4 hours. I noticed on the BBB site the same complaint, many times. I just want to close the account & transfer the money back into my account. Please if there is anything you can do or advise me who to contact to get my funds returned.

      On December 11th 2022 I got a notification from the Robinhood app about some pending transactions. When I chequed them I notices these transacctios were not authorized by me. I contacted support while these were still pending and the locked my debit card but told me I had to wait for these transactions to ****** in orde to proceed to dispute them. I did jist that and was contacted days later by their investigation team apperantly they were going to do something about it but a couple of days later they sent me an email saying that no fradulent activity was found. I provided them with all the information they asked being very specific and they were still unable to resolve the issue. All in all I was stolen a little over five thousand dollars. I replied to their email and did mo receive any response. I tried contacting suppor via phone and only received a pop up message on the app stating that i will receive a call shortly and that never happened. It is absurd to me that they could not do anything about this even when I contacted them while all these transacctions were still pending.

      I can't log into my account. I got a new phone and when I try to login it requires a text code verification that I dont receive. I tried emailing and didn't get a response, I tried calling and there are no avenues for me to log into my account. Their system keeps asking me for info that I have to be logged into my account to see (terrible system.) Can't get a callback without account number, can't get account number without being logged in... This is a terrible account recovery system I dont know why I can't just get a confirmation code through email or request a call back without being logged into my account to see my account number

      Haven't used their account in years got an obnoxious physical post mail letter saying that they're going to charge me money because I don't use them and I didn't update my email address and they're going to charge me money which I don't agree to so please cancel my account and refund me this money. I have never seen this before in my life where they will charge you money for not using their service.
