      My Account is restricted so I cannot trade nor get my money out. They say someone is trying to access my account in *********, and Virginia If this is true I thank Robinhood for catching it.So I had to change my password, verify my Identification by taking photos of my driver license front and back also take real time head shots to get the restrictions lifted so I can continue to trade and move funds in and out of my account, I did this several times and they still have not lifted the restrictions so now my remaining money in Robinhood is $23,000 my losses are ****** dollars and it's continuing to get hammered as stocks and cryptos continue to drop. I have spoken with Robinhood several times and that they have been good at calling me back when I requested but I keep getting the same ole song that "they are reviewing my case they're satisfied with my photos and new password, email etc. and all was cleared. It has now been 4 weeks. If anyone have any answers please leave a post here **************** admit I did not know they had a bad rating like this F. I'll do my homework next time.

      I opened an account in March 2022. After a poor experience, I decided to close my account. After 3 attempts to deactivate over the course of 3 months, I finally got my money back and closed this account.Do not do business with Robinhood app.

      As many others have reported, Robinhood makes errors on investers accounts. They will transfer money from your bank twice, create problems with your bank, sell securities from your investments and do nothing to correct the errors they make. It is best not to use Robinhood and if you find yourself already invested through them, find a way out.

      I've been trying to convert my ******************* account to my new number for over 3 weeks. The digital face profile reader is c*** at best. Then when sending in a pic of myself, their non-diverse hiring practices make it hard for someone to verify my identity. I will never place any money with these people again. I wish their were a rating less than a star. they'd get .25 of a star and no more.

      After not using the app for a while, I attempted to log in to get blocked access to my funds. I was then forced to undergo an authentication process via a third party, which I completed three times. **************** was not helpful at all. Stating that they would get back to me after further authentications had been made, which was three days ago. My emails are now going unanswered...

      I been trading on Robinhood for a long time. I did a call option on Tesla and days later cash out and they are holding my funds. Its been 3 weeks now. I need this money for bills. They keeping me they need a bank statement. I sent them the same bank statement 4 times and even called to make sure they got it. Feel like they are playing with my money they wont release my funds. I do everything they ask of me. But now this is getting ridiculous.

      Please DO NOT trade on Robinhood. Their platform did two different malfunctions that cost me over $150 each time. **************** takes way too long to get in touch with. One of the three times that I have contacted them about something I was given incorrect information. Then today I watched my trade go from being up over $100 to negative over $150 while I was waiting over an hour for a customer service rep when I was originally told that the wait time would be 3 minutes. They offered no apologies and their customer service rep wasn't helpful. Even he admitted that I was wrongfully flagged by their platform as violating the *** rules that kept me from being able to place the trade when I wasn't in violation of it at all. This is the second time that their platform had a malfunction that cost me money and they don't even care. No apologies for the wait time, no apologies for costing me money, nothing. Also their platform is wildly basic to keep you an uneducated trader without the proper tools. Webull and Thinkorswim are both way better platforms with immediate customer service. If you care about your money please don't put it into Robinhood. I initiated a transfer today to send my entire account into Webull because Robinhood has screwed me over for the last time. I should have learned my ****** from the first time but there will not be a third. This is a trash platform for several reasons. I wish that I could give them negative zero stars. Wildly incompetent.

      Horrible service. They havent given me my money back and try to beat around the **** instead of being upfront. I am tired of the run around they have given me. I am no longer doing business with them as soon as they release my funds.

      The website is so confusing and vaguely incomplete you may be tricked into buying with borrowed money. Margin. I gambly invested in 45000.After a year my account was negative.

      Robinhood: I purchased 64 call options on SNDL ,cannabis stock at .50 per contract the sndl company was about to be delisted if they didn't meet compliance of a **** for 10days concecutive, the company performed a **** reverse split my options were not adjusted to the new stock price and the denominaton of stocks were not changed,I tried to reach out to customer service and no one returned my emails and my options list was blacked out and when I tried to recoup any monies I could by selling the contracts in the money at the sell time they told me my contracts expired out of the money ,I believe a class action lawsuit will follow soon I am hoping,be very careful when dealing with this brokerage as they are not available by phone.i know for a fact that I was taken advantage of and lost my money due to them not doing the right thing I will not be trading valuable time and money on there platform ever again.
