      I ordered 3 items from Meta on Dec 18th and all items were marked as in stock and all were said to arrive by Dec 22nd, and it's turned out to be one of the more frustrating order experiences I've had. Item one (~$40) - shipped and arrived on time Item two (~$150) - never shipped and a refund was given, but no explanation was given. the arrival date passed so I wrote to for an updated arrival date and their response was to cancel the item and issue a refund without asking what I wanted to do.Item three (~$150) - shipped, but got cancelled by the courier shortly after leaving Meta (again, no explanation was shared with me). Meta said their only option is to issue a refund, but tracking shows they've had the item for 10 days and they still won't issue a refund because they keep confusing it with the other item they messed up (which happened to be the same price) so they keep replying with either 'we're investigating' even though there is a very clear paper trail, or they reply with 'we've issued a refund' because they did for the other item (which unfortunately, happened to be the same price).

      You were biased when it comes to differing wrongs from rights. You removed **************** account when it did not violate the human rights laws. Meta itself violated the human rights laws by silencing peoples their nights to freedom of speech.

      If you need customer service the only way to get it is to pay $15 a month. It is a scam. You only get robotic answers with no chance of solving your issue. Huge waste of time and money.

      Instagram is ******. They do not like it when Blacks document positive content about the **************** and will remove it, and accuse you of going against their guidelines. They are *******. Someone Black needs to start a strong social media business so we can move away from ******* like IG who are so insecure that they do not like to see other pulling themselves up out of negativity.

      I ordered parts kit and got sent wrong parts. I sent pics of everything I got and they won't send correct parts tht I paid for because its under investigation horrible customer service

      I ordered a Quest 2 and a game with the intention to do so on a payment plan. That somehow did not happen and my card was charged. I contacted them as soon as I could figure out how, which they make quite difficult. You can't call anyone. You can only chat or ***il. I requested to cancel my order mere hours after placing and was denied. I was told to return it as soon as it was delivered. Unfair I thought, they very easily could have canceled the ordered. As soon as the box was delivered I shipped it back unopened. Email states 5-7 business days for the refund to hit. No refund after 10 business days so I *** support. After 5 days of them saying g they are still looking into why I haven't received my refund, I opened a claim with PayPal and they got me my money back. I think I'd still be waiting had I not gone through PayPal.

      I bought a right controller from meta quest and two people have bought of my dad's debit without authorization and my dad authorized me to buy a controller. The day after it got delivered *************************** and ******************* spent 870$ on meta pay off my Dad's debit card. Two random employees spent that much money on the debit card and we want our money back. We are mad and frustrated. The money they stole for meta pay wasn't their money.

      Stay away from this company. It's scam. I jave paid 2200$ and have not recieve an item. And it's been 2 weeks now. They take money and do not send the item. Worst customer services ever. They do not have any contact number. Do not buy anything from them.

      I sent the company two remotes to get replaced. They send me 1 refurbished one. Claim they dont have my other remote. Even though the tracking number they gave me to ship back with fed ex shows it was delivered. It has been 3 weeks now. They keep telling me it was sent to their higher up support team and that someone will get back to me when they figured out what happened to my controller. The gaming system is expensive and you would think Meta would care enough about their customers to address the issue. This is ridiculous and getting out of hand.

      SCAM ALERT!!! My sons purchased a beat saver game and upgrades, then **** told him he asked for a refund (he didn't) and stated that they gave him a refund (they didn't) and then they proceeded to ask for his bank account information on top of it so. If I done that I could possibly add bank fraud and stolen funds! Despite requests from myself and my son Meta, refused to give him back the game he paid for back as they said they had refunded it (they didn't) even though he never asked for a refund! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It doesn't deserve one star, it deserves zero!!!
