1 starBig brand tires put new brakes on my car in January and by September, without explanation, the rear brake pads need to be replaced. I brought it in three separate times, leaving it for several hours each time, and by the third appointment, they still didn't find the time to replace them. I wasted 9 hours of my time over the course of three appointments and my brakes are still not repaired and I told them I needed it done by 4:45 but they said I need to come back another day and because my car is disassembled, it won't be ready for another 30 minutes. Do not go to Big Brand Tires. They are disorganized and incompetent.Review fromStephen W

1 starThis company is garbage. They will line us up and put us off. Customer service is at an all time low here. Use anyone but Big Brand Tire & Service.
A+ rating, but shows 1.11 out of 5 on here. BBB DO BETTER. This corruption of an A+ because the company pays you, does no one justice who is trying to weed out the bad ones, just like this company.
For me, had an appt. at 1:15pm to fix a tire. Drove across town and showed up 15 minutes early. After 20ish minutes I went over to the older man at the desk, who did not want to acknowledge me, but I forced him to acknowledge me. I thought that was a strange way to treat a customer. I said, hey I have an appt. and drove across town to make it here. He said sorry, it will be at least 3-4 hours until we can get to you or better yet, come back tomorrow at 8am and we will get it done. HUH? I have an appt. for RIGHT NOW. He said sorry, you are SOL. I said, you couldn't call me to let me know, b4 you waisted my time? He said do I look like the scheduler. You work at the front desk, so yes, you do look like the scheduler. I walked towards the door and said, I will scream to the ends of this earth to let everyone know. This is just a part of my wrecking ball. Good luck to them. Next stop Lakewood ND. Already did Yelp.Review fromTony R

1 starI came in for a small leak on a tire and was told it would be best to set up an appointment for the next day which I did. I arrived promptly for my appointment. My vehicle was not touched for two hours as I sat in the less than clean waiting room. When I complained about making an appointment, I was told that it was a free service and there was usually a wait time. Really? Then why make an appointment? Not impressed! There’s plenty competition.Review fromGustavo S

1 starI was sold a discounted coupon at my place of business by Brent. He didn't mention that I had to make an appointment and once I did get to the shop I'd have to wait 3 hours (for an oil change). We'll, when I took my van in Rafael told me I'd have to wait 3 hours, I said I don't have 3 hours to wait. I asked him to refund my money. He responded that he didn't sell me the coupon so he can't refund it. I said it's a company offer, of course you can refund. Again he said no. At this point I was annoyed, I wanted my money back and I raised my voice. I know he could've done it. He said he's not helping me, so I told him FU! He came out from behind the counter and acted like he was going to do something but quickly backed out. Rafael is extremely unprofessional and I believe he's a liability to the company. The only reason I'm giving one star is that Brent was friendly.Review fromMauricio Q

Bought a set of tires from Robertson Tire. In the process, they had to replace the front right bearing on our ****** About 8K miles later, a noise started coming from the front end. It was time to have the tires rotated so I went to a "different" location from the one that performed the previous work. I was told that "it doesn't matter where you take the car to". I asked them to also check the front right bearing as there is a noise coming from the front of the car". I was told "can only do the rotation, you'll have to come back to have that check done". The noise was getting worse so went to a ***** dealership and paid to have the noise checked. It was the front right bearing. Rather than lose the $ for the diagnosis, I had it replaced. I drove to the location that did the work and pled my case. I assumed that "something" would be done to compensate for our extra expense. Nope. Was told "you should have brought it to us". I did.... a different location and was told "you have to come back". Nobody said "you have a warranty for that work. If you take it somewhere else, you can't get reimbursed". So, they have lost a lifelong customer for good. I will NEVER return and will share this story with anybody that is asking "where would you go for tires?" ****Big Brand Tire & Service

Hello! Our manager is trying to reach out to you to discuss this further. He was out of town during the incident. We do have warranty coverage, which this likely would fall under, but we can't warranty work done elsewhere so NAPA won't be able to reimburse us for the part. But we do want to try and come up with a fair resolution.Review fromJohn S

1 starBig Brands purchased a local tire and service business, Purcells Goodyear, in Phoenix. I did business with them for 30 years but decided to try the new owners. Since March 2023 to May of 2024 I've spend over $10,000 for tires and services. During this 14 months I started to see some major pricing that was a little out of control. June 6,2024, I took my sons explorer in for service and was told I needed $2,200 in repairs for a cracked radiator, rear brakes and rotors, and fluid changes. 1. they quoted me $610 for a new radiator plus labor. I checked the prices from AutoZone and O'reillys and that same radiator was $195 retail. My son replaced that radiator 7 years ago and realized it has a lifetime warranty. I asked the manager ro change out the defective one with the new one since it's covered. The answer was no we don't install customer's parts so they want me to buy theirs for $610. 2. Thay said I needed 2 rotors for $110 each but Zone retail price is $52 each. I found a mobil mechanic who just charge me labor and I can supply my parts, and thay will come to my house to do the repairs.I understand they must make a profit but that is price gauging. 1 starBig Brand on N Losee RD in Las Vegas Nevada is the worst place to head for repairs of any kind, they send you out with faulty equipment and falsely claim they fixed the issue. Then they argue with you and indirectly call you an idiot. 2,000 was paid to replace a fuel pump which failed, to which the one they replaced it with failed just several days later again.Review fromEdward M

1 starThis is about big brand tires at. 8545 N 7th Street, Phoenix Arizona. I went in for a transmission rebuild. All they did was replace some gaskets and put some additive in the transmission and said it was repaired. They never repaired it. After their second attempt to fix it. I was told not their problem , was repaired and I had done something to it.Review fromEdsel S

1 starAs much as I try to be understanding, recent experiences prompted me to put an honest review up here. It’s not my first time going to Big Brand Tire CA-27 branch. Most of the time it was pleasant. Last March 12 I got an oil change and full vehicle inspection. I paid $600 for everything including all fluid change and a filter. I was then told that I need to replace my front axles. They gave me a quotation and came back March 20. Signed the job order for confirmation, was told that the parts will be delivered in 10mins. After 5 hours, wrong part was delivered, mechanic went home and now I have to leave my car overnight. March 21 got a call from the service manager, saying they need a couple more hours. By 2pm my car was done, discussing that everything was done properly, new parts, not surplus, not welded as he mentioned that they would send the part for welding?! We are talking about new parts. Paid $1,671 left the shop believing that there wont be any problem. Now, March 24 I got my front tires replaced just to be informed that my CV axle on the driver side is leaking. You bring your car to the mechanic to get it fixed, not for them to break it. Also after the oil change, coolant warning went off, insufficient, srs airbag warning went off, but they wont reset it. None of these warnings were present before I brought my car in. No one would reach out, to try and resolve the issue. Now I need a before and after picture of the work done to make sure they are not doing a bogus job. I will be asking for the old and new part that they use. Though the next available schedule for a back job is on March 26, 2024. Imagine all the stress, wasted time, energy, and anxiety attacks I have to pay for due to a bad service. There’s so much more, but characters and limited, that’s why I did not name drop all the people I’ve talked to from corporate office. I hope they do a satisfying job on Tuesday.
