    False advertisement of product. Sent cup that was made out of resin and the spray painted the cup so it's toxic. Do not open the box in your home.

    Totally scammed like everyone else. No phone number to be found. Only poor responses on emails or at all. Lost about $100 . Guess I need to learn to research things first. I ve told ****** about this company *** also told as few social media to not post there ads. I wanted those C***** mugs ive seen so much about. They are plastic and painted on doodles.

    Total scam!Ordered the Amethyst mug. Does not come from listed address, comes from ***** instead. I just got it today, and it's a worthless plastic moulding wrapped around a metal cup, and is not even close to as advertised.Scam. Stay away.

    I placed an on-line order to this company on December 15th for two mugs. On the 16th of December, my bank account was charged. No product has arrived. The last tracking of my order in an email was that on December 29th, my order was at *********** in ***. I have emailed them asking about my order numerous times with no results. I just called their phone number on my bank activity and got a recording to leave my name but no company was announced. Very suspicious, and this was a xmas gift.

    This company is a Chinese scam company. It has it's address in *************, **********. When I emailed to find out when it will be shipped, the response was 3-5 days with delivery in ***** days. No way this is coming from **********. Nothing was said about the item ordered being out of stock.There seems to be more and more of these Chinese companies masquerading as U.S. online recently. There needs to be more transparency.

    Complete con job. Ordered a gemstone crystal mug on 12/13/24 did not arrive until 1/9/25. OK, that can happen, however, the item is nothing like what is pictured in the ad. Instead of being gemstone crystal it is plastic painted in garish colors which in no way even approximate gemstones. Furthermore the size of the mug would be barely suited to LIlliputians being just under 4 inches tall and holding only just under 6 oz.Buyer beware these people are con artists !

    Mug purchased was not as advertised. The mug arrived with an insert stating it was not safe to drink out of and to use the insert. Company also claimed the “natural insulating properties of the minerals” were what insulated the cup. In reality, it is a cheap metal insert that is not mentioned in the description. Mug can’t be used without it. The pictures are nothing like what I received. When I addressed this with the company, they stated I could return it but the customer would “shoulder” the burden of the return. They made sure to let me know that the return would take a while and be expensive as they just moved their main office to ***** although their headquarters remains in **********.

    I ordered a mineral coffee mug for a friend for Xmas. Online it was beautiful just the unique gift I was looking for. Well when I received it was not beautiful it was not a mineral coffee mug, it was ugly and plastic. What a disappointment

    Beware of ordering from this company. They say its a cup made from crystal showing one being made from a crystal and the product we received was anything but. We received a molded painted piece of junk. I contacted the company via email about returning it. Not surprisingly I received a automated response but no fallow up about returning the product. I should have came to BBB and it would have told me that I should not have ordered.
