    I purchased 9 mugs from this company and they are not at all as described. They are hard plastic, and look like they were colored with crayons. They will no longer answer my emails. I am asking for a refund they are offering a 20% refund when I spent over $170 or a credit. I'm sure they laughed knowing they were sending me these horrible mugs which were not at all as described. I would have never ordered from this company if I'd known they were this dishonest.

    Came across an ad on ******** for "authentic" ********************** Mugs from the Grafton Collection and when I received it, the mug was half the size as suggested and not made of mineral at all. I've since sent 3 emails to their customer service department who responded with an auto-generated message suggesting "that our response time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service". It's been 12 days now and no response.SCAM.

    I did not receive a gemstone cup. The website shows a video of them gathering large gemstones suggesting they use real mined mineral gemstones to make the mugs. The website shows a California address, but the package arrives with a New York address. When I received two mugs, one was painted plastic creating the design and the other one was just plastic. They were not gemstone as described on the website. This was false advertisement. When I tried to return the cheap plastic cups, the return address they provided was in *****. The shipping cost to return them was 3/4 of my original cost. I would have lost money on this. I have emailed the company as they request for a return as stated on their website and they have not refunded me, and not offered an apology for their false product and deceit. They point out a 30 day return policy but I cant communicate with them (multiple emails have been sent) nor ship something back in that length of time. They have multiple addresses in the ** that would have been cheaper to return the product to but that wasnt an option. There was a tin cup that was to be used inside the fake gemstone cup in case you drink hot liquid from it. A warning was included in the packaging for the instruction to use the tin insert. The tin didn't fit the cup and moved around and you would have burned your mouth on it. This company gave a false advertisement, provided a dangerous product and misled the consumer as to where it came from. I would have still been out money for returning it which is poor business. They have not made this right after multiple emails to them.

    I ordered a mineral crystal coffee cup in vibrant orange colors and veins of other colors. What I received was a disgusting cup carved out of some kind of acrylic with painted stripes and on a dull orange color.
    The photo on their site shows piping hot coffee in this beautiful cup. The cup I received cannot have hot liquids without the metal insert that they included with the order but did not indicate on their site.
    Nowhere on their site did they say the product was coming from overseas but rather it would arrive before Christmas. It did not.
    Nowhere on their site do they allow for customers to leave reviews although they post some supposed satisfied customer views.
    I'll probably put a plant in it and order another one from a company that is legit.

    I purchased 5 crystal mugs as Christmas gifts on 11/30/24 I received them on 12/20/24. They are Not Crystal but resin. I emailed the company immediately for a return shipping label and expressed my total disappointment. No response so I emailed again, still nothing. You cant call customer service. This company is totally fraudulent and I will continue to post on any social media platform to warn other potential customers.

    What I think is they're ripping people off. I ordered a mineral mug and go a kindergarten crafted joke. Wasn't even made of minerals was a painted piece of plastic with a metal insert which wasn't even in the description of the product I bought. In process of trying to file my complaint and return of there so called item they took forever to ship from ***** by he way. So wish me luck I'm the inking I'll need it

    Misrepresented the Mineral Crystal Coffee Mug by stating “Made from mineral crystal, each mug stands approximately 4.5 inches tall, with a 12-15 ounce capacity and a weight range of 600-1100g” and picturing a mug that appears to meet that description, only to ship a plastic mug directly from China which took a considerable amount of time. After contacting customer service, I was told " I understand your disappointment with the product, and I truly regret that the mug did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, I’d like to clarify that the product you received is the correct one you ordered, and it is designed to be inspired by the look of natural gemstones, such as amethyst and agate. While the design is intended to give an elegant and artistic representation of minerals, the mug is made from durable plastic rather than actual crystals."

    sent one as a gift-totally embarassing
    company a total scam

    Zero stars! My experience is much the same as the others on here. I ordered a mug that turned out to be plastic and cheap when it was supposed to be crystal. I’ve been trying to get a refund. I’ve sent emails one after the other, and they say they must have their return label in order to refund….ya da ya da. I’ll try via ******, but I’m not holding my breath. Avoid this sight at all costs!!!!

    They showed picture of 14oz ******* Tumbler on their website. I had been looking for so I ordered from them not realizing came from *****. When received order it is a fake and also dented! I have emailed them waiting for response.
