    I had an issue with them switching my pay dates to days that I dont even get paid on. They going to tell my the app set your pay days to the 4th and 20th of every month. How can they just switch your information. So now my account is overdrawn because they took money out on a day that the money was not there because it was my pay day. They told me there was no way for me to get my money back. Hopefully my bank will listen to my dispute!

Upon reviewing your case, it appears that our ******************* have made the necessary adjustments to prevent a recurrence of this situation. We acknowledge that the app sent a debit request on 10/20/23 based on the previous pay schedule from your old employer, and we understand that you changed your employer during this period.

    We would like to clarify that, unfortunately, we do not have direct contact with your new employer to automatically update your pay setup. We encourage our community members to inform us of such changes through chat so that we can manually update your account accordingly, ensuring a smooth transition to the new pay schedule.

    Moreover, our request to debit your account on the specified date has been reversed due to insufficient funds which is why no refund will be made for the failed debit transaction. Nonetheless, the overdraft charge was refunded as it was caused by our debit transaction. This should be visible in your account on 10/25/23.

    I should have read these reviews before signing up. They prey on the vulnerable who are going through hard **************** They want you to repay the money on the exact day your check comes in every month. Ok thats perfectly fine. But what they dont tell you is if it lands on a *aturday, they will take it out a day early, knowing full well you dont have any money in that account yet! Is that how yall make your money!? Knowing full well that taking it out a day early and knowing they wont have the funds yet?! How shady and scammy. Thank god my bank doesnt charge overdraft fees! But guess what!? *ince you paid late, you dont get your usual amount as always. They lower it significantly. Chat is a joke. They always give me wrong information. Whoever Ashly * is, is rude as heck. And gave me wrong information. The other guy I spoke to gave me a wrong total amount to pay. (Was way higher than it should) Its just a nightmare now!!

    I keep having issues with this app and now they are having connection issues with my back and not giving a timeline or estimate telling me to open a new bank account. I hate it that I cant access my MONEY. I hope this does take as long a month to fix as that rocked me seeing that on reddit.

    **************** is a joke. Every other week there seems to be an issue with my playdates. Ive told them MULTIPLE times I get paid every other Friday. Every single time Im asked to provide my paystub for verification. Why do I need to keep providing different paystub when you have multiple ALL WITH FRIDAY DATES. I even told them my bank has **up to 2 days early pay but that is NOT GUARANTEED** and its not, as I went 2 months without getting my direct pay a day early. Its like theyre hoping the funds arent there on Thursday so they can charge overdraft fees. It takes more than 5 minutes to get a response per message via chat so yeah their chat takes well over an hour for something that should take less than 10 minutes. Or lets speak about the fact that customer service doesnt even answer questions. They talk in circles until you start acting like a b***h. I was told today, 10/05/23 by a chat associate (will give names once they reach out) that they EarnIn changed it back to Thursdays?????? Why does someone have control over changing my account because they felt like it? They didnt authorize it by me so that shows they will make account changes on their own whims to meet their needs. Why is this an issue every other week. Why does no one care to resolve and why is this company lacking in common sense ??????? well I will be posting negative reviews everywhere until someone fixes this issue!

    Their customer support is a bunch of frauds!! They will take money from your account 7 days before its due and than do NOTHING to fix it!! You basically get a to bad, so sad response and they do not take accountability when THEY s**** up!!!! Stay away!!

    This is the worst app I have been at this issue since the 10th of September they have all ready got my repayment back and now I can't get an advance again they been giving me the run around I have talk to 30 agents and everybody is saying the same thing they say my email needs to be varied but at the bottom of the page it says it's verified thin they say. The *** I reset did the permission all that 10 times and have been back and forth to my job since the 19th the adresss hasn't changed this is ridicules like thin they say time sheets I can't do time sheets because the way my job set up I can't bring phones on floor so I can't get my time sheet off my work computer told them that as well thin had another agent say I was good to go but apparently not if I'm at this dame thing for a month u can take my money out my account quick but give me f***** he'll ti ****** back come on now

    Earnin is the worst!! Do not waste your time with this app. I have had this app since 2018, and it used to work really well for me. I managed to get my pay period *** up to 650. Stopped using it for a bit then returned remembering how helpful it used to be. I get paid semimonthly, and I had to have multiple "conversations" with the "chat team" ( I use quotes because they are such a joke, I'm so reluctant to even use those terms), and they kept changing my payment dates, resulting in over draft fees. Took me a good while before they finally got it right. But, then my pay period *** got reduced significantly, and they tried to say it was because I needed to be making my payments on time, with sufficient funds. So, I was penalized even though it was not my fault and I tried to tell them multiple times that I get paid semi-monthly, so the days that they drafted my account, obviously there was insufficient funds because I was not paid on that day. So, penalty for their mistake. Even after they finally got it right, and I had borrowed and paid on time for the past couple of paychecks, my pay period *** has reduced 50 bucks every paycheck, for no apparent reason. I have all the screenshots of their unwillingness to help me, all the conflicting information I received from multiple agents. One agent told me they could not do anything about the pay period ***, that it was determined by the app. Then when I told them I had screenshots of all the multiple conversations I had with others to change my payday, and that the **** were not my fault since they could not do their job right, all of a sudden after seeing those screenshots, the agent was somehow miraculously able to increase my pay period ***, after she told me multiple times she couldn't. Support is just awful, they lie to you, give you misinformation, and this has been more of hassle to deal with than a help. Earnin is not what it used to be, they have gone really down hill, and don't give a c*** about their clients.

    Additionally, we adjusted your pay period *** back to $600 since it was decreased due to the previous change on your pay schedule. If our debits caused your account to incur an overdraft fee, we recommend sending us a screenshot of your bank transactions through our chat support so we can review and make adjustments if need be. Also, EarnIn re-evaluates your Pay Period *** every pay period based on a number of financial health factors. It can range from $50 to $750 and can fluctuate over time.

    I filed two separate CFPB complaints. They addressed one and ignored my second claiming that the were the same issue. They aren't. They failed two times and the only times I get some kind of contact is by leaving negative reviews and filing CFPB complaints. It is a literal joke at this point in time.

    Earnin has become a complete Joke. You can't speak to a real person it feels as if you are speaking to robots. Everyone is giving you different information. How can I trust a company like this when they are not reliable for anything. This app needs to be investigated. I never had any issues as bad as now since they updated their policy. They want to charge you to withdraw and also want you to tip.. The serious is terrible...

However, another option that you can choose from and it's free, though the funds will be received within the day or the next business day, would totally depend on when the request will be made, this is following the standard processing time. 

    Regarding leaving tips for the app service is optional and not a requirement. Additionally, the information given to you were troubleshooting steps that need to be followed to know why you only see a few earnings in your account and it looked like your case at that time was resolved by manually adding your hours worked.     Initially, they send you ******, and larger quantities but then it's small quantities if they don't get the tips they want. They still charge a **** fee to deposit $$ in your account and want **** to **** tip. If you don't comply you get 3**** a few times and they the **** You borrow. It's ridiculous really.

If you think that your earnings are incorrectly added, we recommend that you send us a screenshot of your timesheet, showing the dates, hours worked, and your name. Once we obtain that, we will review it and add earnings manually. 

    In addition, please keep in mind that leaving tips for the app service is entirely voluntary and not mandatory. If you decide to receive the transfer out amount right away, your checking account will be charged with a Lightning Speed fee on the debit day. However, you can also choose a free option and receive the funds within the day or the next business day, depending on the time and day of your request, following the standard processing time.
