    Earning has been secretly changing the tip out amount from $2.50 to $4.99-$8.99 plus the fee. They get away without because of course they get paid when you get paid so they think youre not going to care about extra $10-$14 theyre stealing. Ive enjoyed the app for a few years however they must of changed the service agreement or ****************** so that it makes it look like youre choosing the tip out amount but then add more tip out due to the percentage youre cashing out from them very deceptive.

    To start with, tipping isn't mandatory, and community members can tip what they think is fair as they access their earnings. If you decide to send a tip as part of a transfer, you may choose from $0 up to $14 via the tip wheel. The tip amount will be debited from your checking account (along with your transfer amount) on your next payday. We can't override the amount for you only have that option on your end.

    With the Lightning Speed feature, you will receive the funds instantly or within 30 minutes, but there will be a fee depending on how much is being requested. Please be guided that if the transfer out amount is up to $24.99, a $1.99 fee will be charged; for $25-74.99, a $2.99 fee will be charged; and for $75 to $100, a fee of $3.99 will be charged. Hence, if you choose to request funds instantly and add a tip, the transfer out amount, the tip, and the Lightning Speed fee will be debited from your upcoming pay date.

    I have been using the customer support option to try and contact them for three days straight and I have yet to receive a response. The quality of this company is really decreasing.

    I've tried telling them so many times they need to draft a day late for bank holidays that come on monday. I get paid a day later when there is a bank holiday on monday. Will they do that? Nope, they will lie to you and say they will. Then you get hit with overdraft fees and they just say, not our problem. I wish it stopped there, but now they will instead draft a whole week sooner if there is a bank holiday on monday. I still don't get paid til next week, but yeah, go ahead and draft a whole week before. Thanks for all the fees you gave me. Thank you for NEVER warning that you would do that. You put people in major financial binds because you refuse to communicate with anyone.

    Our sincere apologies for the trouble and confusion this has caused you, ********. We thoroughly checked your case and found that most of your recent direct deposits from the linked account were posted on a Monday. This is why you noticed a setup showing "Pays every other week on Monday. Holidays always pay the day before." Now, since you have notified us that you will be paid a day after whenever there's a bank holiday, an adjustment to your pay schedule was made. 

    The new setup will be "Pays every other week on Monday. Holidays always pay the day after." This will be observed, going forward. Also, as a reminder, we set our debits to post on the same day as your paycheck. The actual time it is posted to your account is up to your bank. In addition, a refund has been credited to your account for the incurred fees due to our debit transactions. This should have been reflected in your bank account last 09/04/23. We now see that you continue to enjoy the app service.

    I told them last night what happened and they couldnt help so i sent this today I suggest someone helps me move this repayment date I lost my job due to brother getting into an wreck and no way too work and no one here cares and I suggest some one starts too I understand I did a move on my repayment but I cant pay right now and I suggest you all move it or I wont pay yous and Ill let it sit and not get paid my brother is seriously injured and yous need to move it now Im not playing around I suggest yous do something now and no one there cares if you get into an wreck greedy people they are im so unhappy with them

A careful investigation was made into your case and it appears that your initial request last 8/14/23 was approved due to your brother's unfortunate event. We hope that he recovers fast. 

    On 8/25/23, there's a request to move it to 9/28/23 since the funds will be available by then. This was approved, and if the funds aren't sufficient by then, your account will be placed on a temporary hold. Not to worry, you can always reach out to us and set another date on when your bank account will be debited so you can continue using the service again.     Heartbroken. Lost. This company is completely full of tricks and schemes to get you into debt with. I get paid ***** a week and its sent to them. They then keep $1000 and give it back to you in $100 increments per day. Meaning if you have a $400 car payment, you will have to transfer yourself $100 for four days in order to pay that. Not including money you need that day for gas, food, whatever. You get $100 - A DAY!!! Now I have to have my paycheck re-routed back to a real a bank and will be $1000 in debt to them. Who even knows how to pay them back and how long it will take. Please be aware. They set things up to seem happy and easy and then youre stuck. I call them during their business hours of 8am-8pm EST and they are closed at 2:52 pm EST when I call. So youre forced to chat online with someone and they just repeat the same scripted story and the we will look into updating your earnings and then nothing changes. Its a rollercoaster of horrible experiences, and emotions, that I didnt even know a company could do to me. ****** beyond learned.

We have checked your account and it looks like you were able to converse with our *******************, and they were able to explain why your direct deposit was deducted such an amount. As for the daily *** in-app transfer out request, the highest amount you can do in a day is only $100. If you want to pay for other expenses, you can access the total amount of your earnings by using the physical card for in-store and online purchases, for it has a daily spend limit of $1,500 and daily Cash Advances at an ATM is $300.

    We would suggest that before using the said card, please ensure how much of your total amount is cash and how much is your earnings, so there will be no declined transaction when you decide to push through with the payment and so youre aware of your spending. Regarding the re-routing of your direct deposits to your bank, we always respect your decision.

    You're able to pull out money but with stipulations. Many, many stipulations but they will not let you know that before you sign up and put in all your information (banking information, job, address, etc). Customer support is as helpful as a whale at a BBQ. They do not answer your question. They will go around and talk you in circles without ever answering you because I think they do not know the answer to some things. It's great if you have a steady income but they will decrease your amount with any warning leaving you in the cold. If they FEEL like you're spending too much, you'll receive a decrease, even if the amount spent is for something important like MEDICAL BILLS which is why you needed the extra money in the first place.I requested documentation from them and they said they couldn't email it to me. They said they couldn't send me my information. They said my privacy was safe but they sent me an account number and debit card number that didn't belong to me. I wouldn't trust them or use a cash card, one you don't care about when dealing with them.All in all, customer service is unequipped to answer in-depth questions. They will lower or remove your transfer out amount at will. They operate to service the companies needs and not yours. They will not send you documentation, they will only copy and paste information which is not credible. And they have a "tipping" system which is basically just like tipping at a restaurant where they want you to pay instead of them paying. It is the way they make money and don't, for one second, think it's not about a profit. If you're tipping, stop. Make the company pay for people's money transfers. They have the money.

    We are saddened to know that you are not satisfied with our service and we want to apologize if your concern was not resolved. We do respect your decision and we'll use your feedback as an opportunity to improve our services and support system.

    To give light, we've checked your case, and it shows that there were pending debits from 12/2022 that need to be settled before you can continue using the app service again. Your pay period *** did decrease due to the failed debit attempt on the previously linked checking account. This was explained to you by one of our ******************* and the dates it happened. The request for documentation was not possible as we don't have that option on our end. However, this is simply accessible on your end since you can have this reviewed on your bank account. The one that you linked last year.

    Additionally, per further review of your conversation with our advocates, only the last 2 and/or 4 digits were provided to confirm that those were the account the transactions happened when you asked to which account this happened or what was currently linked. Also, we would like to remind you that pay period Maxes are subject to change at any time as the app re-evaluates your account. This means that it can increase or decrease at any time. As for the tipping, it isn't required and it is completely voluntary.

    EarnIn has overdrawn my account several times bc they mess up your deposit dates and they refuse to credit back your money. My account is currently overdrawn by $221 and I don't get paid for another week ** of their negligence.

    I have been using Earnin for a little while now and Id have to say it has saved me on numerous occasions. I love the fact it has a piggy bank to set aside some extra funds for a rainy day. It takes the money I owe on my payday and that really helps so that way I dont forget. I also like the fact that I dont have to leave a tip if I am not able to. Absolutely love this app and I will be using for a while until I can at least get my bills caught up. Thanks Earnin!! ??

    Claims now they no longer support chime customers over being paid two days early which is a bogus claim for the longest time ive been using there service with chime and now recently ive been having issues with reconnecting my chime account with them going through customer service they asked for multiple screenshot which i gave them and other info and at the end theyve all of sudden no longer support one of there biggest customer base which loses credibility as a business in general i would suggest looking into other services instead and do not bother with them.

    Scripted instead of addressing your actual request, extremely unprofessional and illogical when it comes to business laws, trying to convince you an employee in this country gets immediate access to his or her paystub document! Unbelievable, sound like a k garden level business practitioners! ??

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our apologies for the confusion and inconvenience you've experienced. We did check your case and it appears you've communicated with our Specialists. The first one you had the conversation with explained why your request was not possible at that time, because our debit request had been sent out to your bank. We usually send out the said request to your bank one (1) business day around (8 AM PST (11 AM EST)) prior to the original debit date so that they'll have ample time to process our request.

    The time you reached out to us was past the cut-off time, which was why the request wasn't approved. In addition, you mentioned that you went back to your old employer, and we'd like to remind you that when using the app service, you can only link one employer at a time. This is why you were advised and given the steps to update your employer through the app. Once it has been updated, the app needs to set your pay schedule, and for that to happen it needs to detect a direct deposit from the newly linked employer and a paystub or if the document is not available at that time, we can wait until two (2) direct deposits reflect on your account.
