    These people asked for this asked for that. And still did not authorize my funds. I closed my account and moved on. They even asked for my work schedule. I dont have a regular work schedule. I set my own hours Im a independent driver. Then they wanted check stub I gave them that Then they asked for my banking info and opened my acct. that still wasnt enough. Earn in act like they giving away a million dollars the way they ask for personal info. SMH! This is horrible! Im done!

    They have debited my account for 3 weeks the same, doubled, and changed amounts for what was owed and fully paid. I have to close my account so they don't keep debiting my account! I notified them and they said it was fixed and it's not!

    This application is deceptive. It doesn't tell you upfront that they base your *** from your banking health. I started off at $200, increased to $250 and then each pay period after I paid my advance back they kept $50. I chatted with a human and was told to look at Pay ********************* in the application to understand the decrease. That's crazy. I am currently down at $100 now from $150 and once I pay them this amount, I will stop using them.

    I signed up for earnin and was able to cash out $100 to my ************ account. My repayment was due 6/9 although I didnt know that it would be that soon until after I cashed out due to being a new user. I reached out to support at LEAST a whole day before repayment as required, to push back my repayment date. Everytime I would get connected with a human and explain my request and them confirm my request, the chat would disconnect. This happened to me at least 4 times. So I would keep reaching out again and again stating that my previous chats were disconnecting but support new and acknowledged the request for repayment to be extended. I got told that wasnt an option because by the time I was able to stay connected with someone it was 24 hours before 8am the day of repayment. ** I changed my linked bank in earnin from my regions bank to first mid ************* It was approved and I got the notification for lightening cash. When my repayment date came on 6/9 I was OVERDRAFTED $103 to my regions bank. I reached out to support multiple times and then switched back to my regions bank. Of course then, someone stayed connected with me just to tell me I was lying because I just confirmed my account that day. I explained that it shows that because I just put that one back on there bc they overdrafted me.then proceeded to say its because I had insufficient funds. No no no. Your guidelines and policies clearly state that if Im over drawn because I changed banks and earnin failed to update it in the app, fees would be repaid to me. But I can not get ANY assistance. Ive been called a liar, been talked to like Im dumb.

We did check your case and it shows that you've communicated with one of our specialists, who informed you that the old account ************** you first linked was debited on your pay date since that was the account that was linked when you requested a transfer out. 

    In order to switch banks at that time, the new account would need to go through the process of verification before it can be completely linked to the app and your direct deposits would need to be routed to the other account too so the app can update the account set up. Now that you've switched it back to the old one, this can be used to continue using the app service. However, we've received an update from your bank that our debit attempt was reversed. We recommend reaching out to our chat support so we can set a rescheduled date.

    Once this is paid, your account will be reactivated, and be able to enjoy the service again. Hope this clears any confusion and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Have a nice day!

    It DID go through the process of verification. I had it on there for days and was confirmed. Also thats not what the customer support specialist said to me at all. Ive straightened it out because I will NOT be using earnin ever again, ****** learned. Do not put the information in the little black text of disclosures if you arent going to pursue the information in the little black text. I resolved my over draft issue with my bank and no longer have to put up with disrespect of earnin and its specialists

    I will start by saying that I have used the Earnin app for about a year and didn't have a problem. It was helpful when unexpected costs occurred.However, I started a new job last month and so I updated all of my information in the app. They just "decide" what day you get paid based on your banking information. There is no way to change it yourself. I didn't realize it was set for the day before I get paid so I was surprised when I went to check my bank account and it was over drafted by almost seven hundred dollars. The customer service first lied to me, saying I get paid on the 31st and my bank "makes a habit" of paying a day early. I said no they don't, I get paid on these dates. They asked for a copy of my paystub. Why, when you have access to my bank account? Can't you just see when I get paid? **************** said "Your account was already in the negative before we started taking money out." I said "No it was not" and provided a screenshot proving them wrong. After going round and round with the so-called "rep" I asked to speak to a specialist. They said I can't until I can prove they over drafted my account and what fees I incur. I had just gotten home from the hospital where my son was and went to the pharmacy to get his meds and my card was declined. Not only did they s**** me over, they screwed my sick son over. Once this is settled and I get my money back for the overdraft fees, I'm closing my account. I have never been more upset with a company in my life. You can't even call and talk to a real person. 1 star is too many.

    Horrible customer service, lies to get you to do certain things so they can charge more then one rep will tell you one thing then another will tell you another, there are horrible business practices and then they mess with your limits its just a constant stress box totally not worth using

    To get the referral bonus, you and the person you refer both have to put in an undisclosed amount of money into a false savings account and then "they will give you $25" False advertising as this was never stated until after i talked to 7 other customer service representatives. Im probably filing a class action law suit against them.

    After 7 customer service reps and no resolve I am forced to turn to the BBB to file a complaint and submit a review. They refuse to honor the date that my company deposits my check after a holiday. They have caused the repayment to be returned and will not resolve the issue. I have texts, screenshots, bank statements, and stubs to provide them with the proof but they refuse to correct the pay dates. Its a setup for failure- stay away.

    The app is misleading and they failed to provide assistance in a timely manner! All they want is to obtain account information to take your money. Customer service is a joke and figured this out after reading several reviews. Had to change/open another account because I didn't get assistance for over a month. No resolution or apologies regarding the multiple errors so this appears fraudulent in my opinion! I can provide the back and forth emails in regards to show the extent of negligence.
